目前,在高级食品、高级肉制品、高级化妆品、高级水产品、医药品、高级饲料生产领域的生产中,均采用杂质多、颜色暗淡、吸光比低的普通辣椒红色素。所生产出的产品色泽差,档次低,产品附加值低,既影响产品进入高档市场,造成生产厂家的利润低,生存困难。因此,研究一种从普通辣椒红色素中制备高纯度辣椒红色素的方法,是目前需要解决的技术问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种从普通辣椒红色素中制备高纯度辣椒红色素的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
一种从普通辣椒红色素中制备高纯度辣椒红色素的方法,其工艺步骤为:①将一定量的辣椒红色素装入超临界萃取罐,②在装罐过程中进行过滤,③在一定工艺参数下将装入超临界萃取罐的辣椒红色素用CO2萃取,④将萃取出的高色价辣椒红再过滤,⑤将杂质与辣椒红色分离即高纯度辣椒红色素。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案还可以是:
本发明一次生产向超临界萃取罐中装入的辣椒红色素的量为6.5kg。
本发明所述的过滤为用120目不锈钢过滤网进行过滤。
本发明所述的超临界萃取工艺参数为萃取过程中的压力为28Mpa,温度为50℃,萃取时间为2-3小时。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明生产的高纯度辣椒红色素颜色更亮,吸光比更高。本发明方法生产的辣椒红色素不但纯度高,而且从原料到成品的出素率高,出素率为96%。

一次生产向超临界萃取罐中装入的辣椒红色素的量为6.5kg。

1. 一种从普通辣椒红色素中制备高纯度辣椒红色素的方法,其特征在于:其工艺步骤为:①一次性将6.5㎏辣椒红色素装入超临界萃取罐,②在装罐过程中用120目不锈钢过滤网进行过滤,③在压力为28Mpa、温度为50℃的条件下,萃取2-3小时,④将萃取出的高色价辣椒红用120目不锈钢过滤网再过滤,⑤将杂质与辣椒红色分离即高纯度辣椒红色素。
