背景技术
目前,在食品、医药、保健品和高级化妆品中使用叶黄素浸膏由于纯度低,人体不能充分吸收。因此,研究一种从普通叶黄素浸膏中制备高纯度叶黄素浸膏的方法,是目前需要解决的技术问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种从普通叶黄素浸膏中制备高纯度叶黄素浸膏的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
一种从普通叶黄素浸膏中制备高纯度叶黄素浸膏的方法,其工艺步骤为:①将一定量的叶黄素浸膏装入超临界萃取罐,②在装罐过程中进行过滤,③在一定工艺参数下将装入超临界萃取罐的叶黄素浸膏用CO2萃取,④将萃取出的叶黄素浸膏再过滤,⑤在一定工艺参数下将杂质与叶黄素浸膏分离即得高纯度叶黄素浸膏。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案还可以是:
本发明一次生产向超临界萃取罐中装入的叶黄素浸膏的量为6.5kg。
本发明所述的过滤为用120目不锈钢过滤网进行过滤。
本发明所述的超临界萃取工艺参数为萃取过程中的压力为28Mpa,温度为50℃,萃取时间为3-4小时。
本发明所述的分离过程的工艺参数为压力为7Mpa、温度为45℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明方法生产的叶黄素浸膏祛除了人体不可吸收的杂质,易吸收。本发明方法生产的叶黄素浸膏不但纯度高,而且从原料到成品的出素率高,出素率为92%。

一次生产向超临界萃取罐中装入的叶黄素浸膏的量为6.5kg。
所述的过滤为用120目不锈钢过滤网进行过滤。
所述的超临界萃取工艺参数为萃取过程中的压力为28Mpa,温度为50℃,萃取时间为3-4小时。
本发明所述的分离过程的工艺参数为压力为7Mpa、温度为45℃。
