Abstract

(57)本发明公开了一种组合船紧固装置,用于将组合船的船体部分紧固连接,所述船体部分的连接处外周设置有凹槽;所述紧固装置包括有固持带,所述固持带上设置有与所述凹槽相适配的凸条,固持带通过凸条与凹槽相卡固而使将组合船的各个船体部分紧固连接为一体,所述固持带上还设置有可形成连接状态或分离状态的连接件。采用所述技术方案的组合船紧固装置结构简单安全,易于制造,拆装方便。

组合船紧固装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种组合船体紧固装置,尤其涉及一种组合船体近似半环形带状紧固件内侧有凸形装置,组合船体有凹槽,使之套装紧固。
背景技术:
小型船为便于运输,采用组合船体,但现有组合紧固装置存在结构复杂,操作难,安全性差等问题,例如,CN201201705Y,公开了一种组合船紧固装置,该紧固装置在各船壳的组合处端部设置有定位凸缘,该凸缘设置有防漏层,并接件与定位凸缘均设置有数个通孔,并接件与相邻两定位凸缘凹入相连,通过螺栓组件连接。螺栓连接处承受应力大,为适应该应力,连接处的质量要加强,这样重量也随之增加。这种连接方式结构较复杂,部件多,如存放、搬动、运输、组装、拆卸中,螺栓组件中的小部件有丢失的可能,螺栓的紧固和拆卸都需借用例如扳手等工具来进行。例如,CN87204101U,公开了一种紧固连接装置,该装置在两个船体的墙板处的底部和顶部,与一个底部有凹形的扣夹板与顶部另一个凹形夹,通过螺栓连接,该扣夹板用强度好的金属材料或是采用结实的木材。这种连接方式的扣夹板重量较重,而且墙板承受应力大,为适应该应力,墙板与船壳连接处的质量要加强,这样重量也随之增加,螺栓也需工具紧固与拆卸。
发明内容:
要解决的技术问题:
本方案要解决的任务是:本发明提供一种简易,安全,易于制造,拆装方便的装置。本发明主要技术特征是一种小型组合划船,及一般小船的紧固装置,该装置分为两部分。所述紧固装置是一种组合船体紧固装置,所述紧固装置用硬质材料制成近似半环形带状装置,所述带状装置内侧设置有凸形装置,所述带状装置在船沿位置处设置有铰链,所述带状装置在上部设置有锁紧扣。
在每个组合船体接合部接近处外沿周围设置有凹槽。
将所述一个带状装置套装在两个组合船体接合处,使两个组合船体的凹槽与凸形装置相互卡入,再将锁紧扣按下锁紧,使之紧固为一体。
本发明的优越性:
省略螺栓,也消除了紧固螺栓中可能发生的过紧或过松及由此带来的问题。省略螺栓,组装、拆卸不需要紧固螺栓的工具。省略螺栓,减少了因螺栓组件中各个单独部件及紧固工具在存放、运输、组装、拆卸中丢失的可能。省略螺栓,也节约了紧固、拆卸螺栓所用的时间。本发明紧固装置结构简单,船体周围紧固受力均匀,提高安全性。

以下结合附图对本发明作详细描述:
如图1至图6所示,本发明使用于划船和小型船组合船体的紧固装置,在每个组合船体1的结合部接近处周围设有凹槽3,在半环形带状装置2的内侧设有凸状体4,半环形带状紧固装置在船沿位置处设有铰链5,
在半环形带状紧固装置上部设有锁紧扣6,将一个半环形带状紧固装置套装在两个组合船体接合处,使之分别三个部件的凹槽凸形装置相互卡入,再将锁紧扣按下锁紧,使之紧固组合为一体。

1.一种组合船体紧固装置,所述紧固装置用硬质材料制成近似半环形带状装置,所述带状装置内侧设置有凸形装置,所述带状装置在船沿位置处设置有铰链,所述带状装置在上部设置有锁紧扣;在每个组合船体的接合部接近处外沿周围设置有凹槽;将所述一个带状装置套装在两个组合船体接合处,使两个组合船体的凹槽与凸形装置相互卡入,再将锁紧扣按下锁紧,使之紧固为一体。
