本发明涉及一种香精香料及其制备方法,具体地说是一种板蓝根提取物烟用香精香料及其制备方法。
背景技术
板蓝根为十字花科植物菘蓝的干燥根。秋季采挖,除去泥沙,晒干。其性状:呈圆柱形,稍扭曲,长10~20cm,直径0.5~1cm。表面淡灰黄色或淡棕黄色,有纵皱纹、横长皮孔样突起及支根痕。根头略膨大,可见暗绿色或暗棕色轮状排列的叶柄残基和密集的疣状突起,体实,质略软,断面皮部黄白色,木部黄色。气微,味微甜后苦涩。板蓝根性味与归经:苦,寒。归心,胃经。功能与主治:清热解毒,凉血利咽。用于温毒发斑,舌绛紫暗,痄腮,喉痹,烂喉丹痧,大头瘟疫,丹毒,痈肿。其主要化学成分含芥子甙,靛玉红,吲哚甙,β-谷甾醇,腺苷,棕榈酸和蔗糖等。另板蓝根含有多种氨基酸,如精氨酸、脯氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、缬氨酸和亮氨酸等。根据想关文献,查得板蓝根中总氨基酸的含量为:13.5以上,其中游离的氨基酸含量为:6.5%以上。现在板蓝根的开发利用多见于医药行业,如专利CN03117993.2介绍的是板蓝根软胶囊及其制备方法,专利CN95108259.0介绍的是板蓝根糖浆的新制作方法,专利CN03156968.4介绍的是板蓝根和益母草提取物及其药物组合物和用途等。也有在食品里的应用,如专利CN03156951.X介绍的是复方板蓝根饮料,专利CN03126137.X介绍的是板蓝根啤酒及其制备方法,专利CN99111418.3介绍的是板蓝根营养保健糖果等。在烟草行业里还没有相关的应用报道。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种板蓝根提取物烟用香精香料及其制备方法,本发明添加到卷烟中能改善卷烟的品质,增加烟香的厚实感与丰富度,并利用其药效降低卷烟的危害。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:它是将板蓝根加入到水中进行回流提取,并同时加入糖进行梅拉德反应制备而成。
其中回流提取分两次进行,第一次加5倍水,回流提取3-5小时,第二次加3倍水,回流提取0.5-2小时,两次回流提取的同时都加入5g-20g糖进行梅拉德反应。
其中所述的糖为葡萄糖、木糖或果糖。
本发明较好的制备方法是将板蓝根加入到水中进行两次回流提取,第一次加5倍水,回流提取3-5小时,第二次加3倍水,回流提取0.5-2小时,两次回流提取的同时都加入5g-20g糖进行梅拉德反应。反应完后,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,加入乙醇并控制乙醇含醇量为50%~70%,静置,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.20,即得本发明。
本发明可以作为底料添加到卷烟中,能改善卷烟的品质,增加烟香的厚实感与丰富度,并利用其药效降低卷烟的危害。
本发明的优点
1.本发明首次将板蓝根中有效成分及丰富的氮源,进行反应做成香精添加的卷烟中,具有很好的效果。
2.板蓝根的有效成分经处理后添加到卷烟里改善了卷烟的品质,提高了卷烟的评吸质量。烟气透发,有烤甜香韵,柔和度提高,增加烟香的厚实感与丰富度。
3.本发明是将提取物做为反应的氮源,在提取的过程中同时进行梅拉德反应,因此工艺简单,成本低廉。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:
取板蓝根干品1000g,第一次加5倍水,加5g葡萄糖,回流提取4小时。第二次加3倍水,加5g葡萄糖,回流提取1小时,合并煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩相对密度为1.20,加乙醇并控制乙醇含醇量为60%,静置使其沉淀,取上清液,回收乙醇,并浓缩上清液,得稠膏相对密度为1.20,即为本发明。将其做为底料添加到卷烟中。按国标评吸。
实施例二:
取板蓝根干品1000g,第一次加5倍水,加20g木糖,回流提取4小时。第二次加3倍水,加20g木糖,回流提取2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩相对密度为1.20,加乙醇并控制乙醇含醇量为70%,静置使其沉淀,取上清液,回收乙醇,并浓缩上清液,得稠膏相对密度为1.20,即为本发明。将其稀释喷洒到烟纸上。按国标评吸。
实施例三:
取板蓝根干品1000g,第一次加5倍水,加10g果糖,回流提取4小时。第二次加3倍水,加10g果糖,回流提取2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩相对密度为1.20,加乙醇并控制乙醇含醇量为70%,静置使其沉淀,取上清液,回收乙醇,并浓缩上清液,得稠膏相对密度为1.20,即为本发明。将其稀释喷洒到烟纸上。按国标评吸。
由于板蓝根含有多种氨基酸,在提取过程中添加适量得糖类物质,给足反应时间,在整个生产过程中,产生梅拉德反应。
梅拉德反应,可以产生多种风味物质。有利于提高香精香料的品质.
1.与单一的板蓝根提取物添加到卷烟中的对比实验
(1)成分对比
用同时蒸馏萃取法,将单一没有加糖一起提取反应的板蓝根提取物与加糖提取的板蓝根提取物做对比。再用气相色谱与质谱联用仪进行分析后发现:加糖反应的板蓝根提取物中比没加糖反应的多了甲基吡嗪、α-呋喃甲醛、α-呋喃甲醇、α-乙酰呋喃、5-甲基呋喃醛、α-乙酰吡咯、1—呋喃吡咯、5H-5-甲基—6,7—二氢环戊吡嗪、2-[2’-呋喃]—吡嗪、2,4—己二烯酸、2,5—二甲基吡嗪、2.3—二甲基吡嗪、三甲基吡嗪等物质。
(2)评吸对比
按国标评吸,单一没加糖的板蓝根提取物添加到卷烟中能烟气透发,柔和度提高,略有增香作用。加糖反应的板蓝根提取物添加到卷烟中烟气透发,有烤甜香韵,柔和度提高,增加烟香的厚实感与丰富度。加糖反应的效果更好。
