本发明公开了一种隔热纸容器的制备方法及其产品。该方法包括:a.将高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或高分子聚丙烯颗粒与黏着剂混合,经搅拌后形成聚合物材料;b.将聚合物材料透过押出机加热及押出而形成薄膜,将该薄膜淋膜附着于纸匹表面;c.附着有薄膜的纸匹进行辗轮冷却与辗压;d.将纸匹没有附着薄膜的另一面通过喷涂或轮转或彩色印刷连续涂布发泡材料,经烘干再予以卷收,而后供裁切成半成品后成型为纸容器;或透过成型纸容器后再涂布发泡材料于纸容器外缘;e.采用加热装置对该发泡材料加热发泡成型,即得。本发明方法可有效提升发泡的均匀度与生产效率,减少次品的产生,所制备的产品具有环保、隔热和保温等多种优点。

隔热纸容器的制备方法及其产品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸容器的制备方法,尤其涉及一种隔热纸容器的制备方法,实现该制备方法的加热装置,以及由该方法所制备得到隔热纸容器,属于日用品加工领域。
背景技术
申请人在先前的发明公开了一种具隔热表层之纸制容器改良制法(中国台湾第271364号),其隔热保温的发泡层是以液态接着剂与热发泡粒子粉进行混合,经涂布于纸容器或半成品纸板上再成型纸容器后,通过100至140℃加热温度进行发泡,使该发泡层结合于该纸容器的外缘,达到保温、隔热、防烫的效果,而该纸容器的内膜则是以聚乙烯PE(Polyethylene)披附,因此,为防止该内膜因发泡时温度过高而遭破坏,遂限制该加热温度及所使用的复合涂料,经搭配后,方能制成该隔热纸容器。
另,以目前文献记载,其隔热纸容器的发泡层大都以低熔点热塑性合成树脂,且依据其密度不同(0.91~0.95g/3)与所使用发泡前披附的厚度不同,其熔点约为105~135℃,以达成发泡效果,然该达到发泡熔点的时间约为2~4分钟,也即是说,其发泡的时间过长,实无经济效益。
发明内容
一、本发明所解决的技术问题:
1.由于前述隔热纸容器的制成受限于复合涂料的种类,若该复合涂料使用高温发泡或发泡时间较长,往往在该发泡层未发泡前即已破坏纸容器的内膜,致令纸容器产生变形及内膜产生毒性。
2.由于一般纸容器的内膜皆使用聚乙烯PE(Polyethylene)披附,以提供纸容器的渗透效果,然该聚乙烯PE(Polyethylene)无法使用于微波炉或烤箱中烹调,若一旦被破坏即产生毒性,实无环保效果,且使用的安全性堪虞。
3.一般隔热纸容器外缘的发泡层是采用低熔点热塑性合成树脂,其发泡时间过长,因此容易破坏纸容器内膜,而产生毒性。
4.前述的隔热纸容器大都采用低熔点热塑性合成树脂,若内膜以耐高温的材料所披附,于加热发泡时不会破坏该内膜,然由于发泡时间过长,将使生产缓慢,相对提更成本,实无经济效益。
5.一般隔热纸容器的发泡层,由于加热发泡是经由一烘烤箱加热,其整体发泡无法平均,容易造成其凹凸不平现象,且不良率增加。
为了解决上述技术问题,本方面采用了以下的技术方案:
一种隔热纸容器的制备方法,包括:
a.将高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)颗粒与黏着剂混合,经搅拌后形成聚合物材料;
b.将聚合物材料透过押出机加热及押出而形成薄膜,将该薄膜淋膜附着于纸匹表面;
c.辗轮冷却与辗压;
d.将纸匹没有附着薄膜的另一面通过喷涂或轮转或彩色印刷连续涂布发泡材料,经烘干再予以卷收,而后供裁切成半成品后成型为纸容器;或透过成型纸容器后再涂布发泡材料于纸容器外缘;
e.采用加热装置对该发泡材料加热发泡成型,即得。
为了获得更好的技术效果,上述制备方法中,该纸匹可两面披附有聚合物材料后再予以成型纸容器。
步骤a中所述的黏着剂优选为油性的聚氨酯树脂(PU),其用量占聚合物材料总重量的5%~20%;
步骤e中所述的加热温度为80至200℃或以上;所述的加热发泡成型时间为1~5秒;
步骤e中所述的加热发泡成型可以是将加热装置包覆于该纸容器外缘,并对该发泡材料直接接触或近距离非接触进行瞬间加热,使该发泡材料瞬间快速发泡后,随即将纸容器与加热装置分离;或者应用一加热装置进入该纸容器内缘,并在该内缘近距离非接触进行瞬间加热,使该外缘的发泡材料受内缘导热进行瞬间快速发泡后,随即将纸容器与加热装置分离。
步骤e中所述的加热装置内缘制成与该纸容器的外缘形状相当,且可包覆该纸容器的发泡材料外缘;或者该加热装置外缘制成与该纸容器的内缘形状相当,且可置于该纸容器内缘;其中,所述的加热装置的装设有电热线、远红外线灯管或以热媒介质导引热源。
为了更好的提升生产效率,该加热装置可装配于纸容器成型机生产线的纸容器成型完成最后步骤之后,以对该纸容器作自动包覆外缘或进入内缘或同时包覆与进入内、外缘,以达成自动化快速发泡生产的功效。
1.本发明系以高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)颗粒添加适量黏着剂,经搅拌后形成一聚合物材料,透过押出机加热及押出而形成一薄膜,该薄膜即对纸匹表面淋膜附着,经辗轮冷却与加压,使该纸匹表层披附有高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)薄膜层,而另一面则经由连续涂布发泡材料,再予以成型纸容器,或透过成型纸容器后再涂布发泡材料于纸容器外缘,并依该涂布发泡材料的种类选择其加热发泡所需温度,该加热温度可达约200℃以上不变质,使该涂布发泡层的发泡时间缩短外,且该纸容器内缘披附的高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)内膜不会遭受破坏,达到环保、无毒性的安全效果。
2.本发明的纸匹两面可分别披附高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)后其中一面再进行外缘涂布发泡材料,而后予以成型一纸容器,以提供无法于纸容器表层直接附着的发泡材料,通过高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)的表层相互结合,且可提供加热发泡而不会变形被破坏及变形。
3.本发明于该纸容器外缘涂布的发泡材料,可应用一加热装置进入该纸容器外缘或内缘或内、外缘,并在该发泡层直接接触或近距离非接触或纸容器内缘近距离非接触之瞬间加热,使该发泡层瞬间或快速发泡后,随即将加热装置与该纸容器分离,以提供该纸容器发泡层快速发泡,并提升其发泡的均匀度与生产效率。
4.本发明于隔热纸容器应用该加热装置于该发泡材料进行瞬间加热发泡,其发泡层的成型时间可缩短至1~5秒,提升其生产效率外,更能减少不良率。

具体实施方式
请参阅第一、二图所示,是以高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)颗粒1添加黏着剂2(黏着剂是油性的聚氨酯树脂(PU),其用量占聚合物材料总重量的5%~20%),经搅拌3后形成一聚合物材料,透过押出机4加热及押出而形成一薄膜41,该薄膜41即对纸匹6表面淋膜5附着,经辗轮7冷却与辗压,使该纸匹6表层披附有高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)薄膜层51,,而另一面则经由喷涂8或轮转8’或彩色印刷8”连续涂布发泡材料80烘干后卷收60,或将其裁切成半成品61,再成型纸容器62,或透过喷涂8或轮转8’或彩色印刷8”连续涂布发泡材料80烘干后再涂布发泡材料80于已成型纸容器62’外缘,并依该涂布发泡材料80的种类选择其瞬间加热发泡H所需温度,而该高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)薄膜层51于发泡材料80加热发泡时可耐高温达200℃以上,使该涂布发泡材料80经瞬间加热H所形成之发泡层801(如第二图-A)的发泡时间缩短,且该纸容器62、62’内缘披附的高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)薄膜层51不会遭受破坏,达到环保、无毒性的安全效果。
请参阅第一、三图所示,依据前述的制法,该纸匹6两面可分别以高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)1、1’与黏着剂2、2’经搅拌3、3’后,如第三图所示,再分别透过押出机4、4’将一薄膜41、41’进行表面淋膜5、5’披附于前述半成品61的两面形成薄膜层51、51’,再由其中一面再进行外缘涂布发泡材料80同时烘干再予以卷收60,或裁切成半成品61(第四图-A)之后再制成纸容器62(如第四图-B、C)或直接成型一纸容器62’(如第四图-B、C);或将该两面披附有高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)1的纸匹先予以成型纸容器62后,以提供无法于纸容器表层直接附着的发泡材料80,通过高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)的表层相互结合(如第三图-A),且可提供加热发泡H而形成发泡层801不会破坏内膜及变形。
请参阅第五图-A~C及第六图-A~C所示,该纸容器62、62’外缘涂布的发泡材料80,可应用一加热装置9、9’进入该纸容器62外缘(如第五图-A~C图)或内缘(如第六图-A~C图),并在该发泡材料80直接接触或近距离非接触或纸容器62、62’内缘近距离非接触的瞬间加热,通过热传导方式对纸容器62、62’而对外缘的发泡材料80瞬间快速发泡后形成一发泡层801,立即将纸容器62、62’与加热装置9、9’分离,以提供该纸容器62的发泡层801快速发泡,提升生产效率。
该加热装置9、9’可装设电热线91、91’(如第五图-A、第六图-A)、远红外线灯管92、92’(如第五图-B、第六图-B)或以热媒介质导引热源93、93’(如第五图-C、第六图-C),其温度可控制在80至200℃以上,且该加热装置9、9’之加热位置系制成与该纸容器62的外缘形状或内缘形状相当,且可包覆该纸容器62的发泡材料80外缘作接触或近距离非接触瞬间加热发泡(如第五图-A~C),亦可置于纸容器62的内缘近距离非接触导热至外缘的发泡材料80进行瞬间加热发泡(如第六图-A~C),以形成发泡层801,使其不会破坏可耐高温的高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate)或高分子聚丙烯PP(Polypropylene)所披覆于纸容器62、62’内缘或外缘的薄膜层51、51’。
请参阅第七图-A~C所示,前述的加热装置9、9’可同时包覆纸容器62、62’的发泡材料80外缘与置于纸容器62、62’内缘,以提升对该发泡材料80更快速的发泡效果,达到提升生产效率的目的,同时具有提升其发泡的均匀度。
因此,依据纸容器62、62’的发泡材料80的特性,可应用具有电热线91、91’(如第五图-A、第六图-A)、远红外线灯管92、92’(如第五图-B、第六图-B)或以热媒介质导引热源93、93’(如第五图-C、第六图-C)的该加热装置9、9’交替互换装配使用于该纸容器62、62’上的发泡材料80进行瞬间加热发泡,其发泡层801的成型时间可缩短至1~5秒,以提升其生产效率外,更能减少不良率。
前述的加热装置9、9’可装配于纸容器成型机生产线(为习知设备)的纸容器62、62’成型完成最后步骤之后,可达成自动化快速生产的功效。

Claims (9)

1、一种隔热纸容器的制备方法,包括:
a.将高分子聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或高分子聚丙烯颗粒与黏着剂混合,经搅拌后形成聚合物材料;
b.将聚合物材料透过押出机加热及押出而形成薄膜,将该薄膜淋膜附着于纸匹表面;
c.附着有薄膜的纸匹进行辗轮冷却与辗压;
d.将纸匹没有附着薄膜的另一面通过喷涂或轮转或彩色印刷连续涂布发泡材料,经烘干再予以卷收,而后供裁切成半成品后成型为纸容器;或透过成型纸容器后再涂布发泡材料于纸容器外缘;
e.采用加热装置对该发泡材料加热发泡成型,即得。
2、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a中所述的黏着剂为油性的聚氨酯树脂,其用量占聚合物材料总重量的5%~20%。
3、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b中将该薄膜淋膜附着于纸匹的两个表面。
4、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤e中所述的加热发泡成型温度为80至200℃或以上。
5、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤e中所述的加热发泡成型时间为1~5秒。
6、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤e中所述的加热发泡成型是将加热装置包覆于该纸容器外缘,并对该发泡材料直接接触或近距离非接触进行瞬间加热,使该发泡材料瞬间快速发泡后,随即将纸容器与加热装置分离;或者应用一加热装置进入该纸容器内缘,并在该内缘近距离非接触进行瞬间加热,使该外缘的发泡材料受内缘导热进行瞬间快速发泡后,随即将纸容器与加热装置分离。
7、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤e中所述的加热装置内缘制成与该纸容器的外缘形状相当,且可包覆该纸容器的发泡材料外缘;或者该加热装置外缘制成与该纸容器的内缘形状相当,且可置于该纸容器内缘。
8、按照权利要7的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的加热装置的装设有电热线、远红外线灯管或以热媒介质导引热源。
9、按照权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加热装置装配于纸容器成型机生产线的纸容器成型完成最后步骤之后,以对该纸容器作自动包覆外缘或进入内缘或同时包覆与进入内、外缘。
