Description

本发明与容器有关,特别是有关于一种具滤网的容器及热结合装置。 背景技术
一般冲泡式包装结构包含一冲泡杯体与至少一定量的冲泡材所组 成, 为达到便利使用的目的,冲泡杯体使用抛弃式的或可回收的材料制 成,并且在冲泡杯体内通常设有至少一可供拦阻、过滤冲泡材的过滤体, 为了使冲泡材有足够空间可完全舒展达到最佳冲泡效果,过滤体与冲泡 杯体间预留有一预定空间以供冲泡材完全舒展, 然而,冲泡杯体彼此叠 置时,却大幅增加了冲泡杯体的叠置高度,因此增加了运输的成本支出, 故如何克服预留空间的问题与有效降低运输的成本,为本发明努力的方 向。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的具滤网的容器及热结合 装置, 以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具滤网的容器及热结合装置,可使 多数杯体叠杯时, 彼此间可达到最紧密的贴靠效果, 可供大量堆叠并可 有效地使用储放空间,减少空间的浪费与降低运输成本, 且可提供冲泡 材在加水后有足够的冲泡空间,冲泡材得以完全舒展并产生美味的饮用 风味, 功效佳、 品质良好。
为达成上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具滤网的容器, 包含:一杯体, 包含一周壁及一连结于该周壁 一端的底部, 围构有一容置空间与一开放侧, 该开放侧具有一开口; 一 过滤层,包含一环结于该周壁的内面的连结部及一朝该底部凹设可移动 的可动部; 一冲泡材, 设于该底部与该过滤层之间。

值得一提的是, 可动部 22的可移动的冲泡空间可通过调整底面 42 与环加热部 50 间的预定距离而可改变, 换句话说, 为调整可动部 22 沿底部 12的部分与连结部 21之间的可动距离,举例而言, 通过增加预 定距离可使得可动部 22产生更大的冲泡空间, 因此可提供容易膨胀的 冲泡材 30 (例如茶叶) 使用。

综上所述, 本发明的整体结构设计、 实用性及效益上, 确实是完全 符合产业上发展所需,且所揭露的结构发明是具有前所未有的创新构造, 所以其具有「新颖性」应无疑虑, 又本发明可较己知结构更具功效的增 进, 因此亦具有 「进步性」 。

8、 一种热结合装置, 供制备如权利要求 1至 7其中任一项所述的 具滤网的容器, 其特征在于, 该热结合装置包含:
一本体, 具有一外周面及一与该外周面连结的底面, 该外周面概 与该杯体的周壁内面的形状及尺寸相对应,该外周面于远离该底面一预 定距离处设有一环加热部; 其中, 该本体将该过滤层压入该杯体中, 而 使该过滤层概沿该周壁内面朝该底部凹设且该连结部环结于该周壁的 内面。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的热结合装置, 其特征在于, 所述杯体的内面覆 设有一防水膜,所述环加热部具有一预定温度而将所述过滤层环结于所 述周壁的内面, 该预定温度低于该防水膜的熔点。
