背景技术
已知的具有隔热表层的容器, 是于纸材外表面涂布有发泡层, 以提 供隔热效果, 然而, 发泡层常不防水, 或是容器外表面常仅有部分表面 具有发泡层, 当盛装冰饮时, 外表面可能因水珠凝结渗入纸材造成纸材 软化, 使容器结构强度下降。

本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种具隔热表层的容器的制法, 能提 高粘贴强度, 并避免容器外壁遇湿时软化。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具隔热表层的容器的制法, 包含以下步骤:
(一) 备一纸制的原底材, 该原底材具有相对的一第一面与一第二 面, 于该第一面涂布一淋膜层, 该淋膜层是选自由聚丙烯与聚对苯二甲 酸乙二酯所组成的群组, 并于该第二面涂布一防水层, 该防水层是以聚 乙烯所组成;
(二) 涂布一发泡材料于该防水层上以覆盖至少部分面积的防水 层, 其中该发泡材料与该防水层的材料彼此相异;
(三)该原底材的其中一端反折粘贴而形成一预定长度的折边, 该原 底材的一第一位置与该折边彼此靠近,该折边的外露部分与该第一位置 的一粘贴处彼此粘贴, 其中, 该折边外露部分与该粘贴处皆为该淋膜层 或该防水层其中一者,该折边内凹粘贴的部分为淋膜层或该防水层的其 中另一者;
(四) 对该发泡材料加热使该发泡材料发泡而形成一发泡层, 同时 该防水层的至少部分亦受热发泡;
(五) 制成一具隔热表层的容器, 其中该淋膜层面向该容器内, 该 防水层与该发泡层朝向该容器外。
在一较佳实施例中,涂布有所述淋膜层、所述防水层与所述发泡材 料的所述原底材具有相对的一第一端与一第二端,所述第一位置位于该 第一端,所述折边位于该第二端, 该第一端与该第二端彼此靠近而卷起 成为卷筒状。

一种具隔热表层的容器的制法, 包含以下步骤:
(一) 备一纸制的原底材, 该原底材具有相对的一第一面与一第二 面, 于该第一面涂布一淋膜层, 该淋膜层是选自由聚丙烯与聚对苯二甲 酸乙二酯所组成的群组, 并于该第二面涂布一防水层, 该防水层是以聚 乙烯所组成;
(二) 涂布一发泡材料于该防水层上以覆盖至少部分面积的防水 层, 其中该发泡材料与该防水层的材料彼此相异;

(二) S2: 涂布一发泡材料于该防水层 13上以覆盖至少部分面积的 防水层 13 ; 其中, 该发泡材料是以液态粘结剂与耐热发泡粒子粉搅拌 混合而成, 该耐热发泡粒子粉为热塑性聚合物内包覆低沸点溶剂所形 成, 且该发泡材料可选择性地添加色素, 使发泡材料具有多种色彩, 并 且, 该发泡材料可仅覆盖该防水层的部分面积, 以配合图样设计或节省 用料, 例如, 可以发泡材料组成图案或文字, 或是仅于手指握持可能触 碰处涂布该发泡材料,其中该发泡材料与该防水层 13的材料彼此相异; (三) S3: 该原底材 1 1的其中一端反折粘贴而形成一预定长度的折 边 15, 该原底材 1 1的一第一位置与该折边 15彼此靠近, 该折边 15的 外露部分与该第一位置的一粘贴处彼此粘贴, 其中, 该折边 15外露部 分与该粘贴处皆为该淋膜层 12或该防水层 13其中一者, 该折边 15内 凹粘贴的部分为淋膜层 12或该防水层 13的其中另一者;于本发明的主 要实施例中, 该折边 15外露部分与该粘贴处皆为该淋膜层 12, 该折边 15内凹粘贴的部分为该防水层 13,该折边 15内凹粘贴的部分未涂布该 发泡材料, 借此, 所有彼此粘贴的表面皆为同种塑料; 此外, 于本实施 例中, 涂布有该淋膜层 12、 该防水层 13 与该发泡材料的该原底材 1 1 具有相对的一第一端与一第二端, 该第一位置位于该第一端, 该折边 15 位于该第二端, 该第一端与该第二端彼此靠近而卷起成为卷筒状, 进而可作为杯具的环壁, 于其他实施例中, 更可运用于杯具环壁与底壁 之间, 更详细地说, 杯具环壁与底壁分别以彼此独立的原底材制成, 而 该折边形成于环壁或底壁的其中一者,该粘贴处则位于环壁或底壁的其 中另一者;
(四) S4 : 对该发泡材料加热使该发泡材料发泡而形成一发泡层 14, 同时该防水层的至少部分亦受热发泡, 更详细地说, 该发泡材料中的液 态粘结剂先因受热到达软化点而软化以具有些微流动性,而后继续加热 使热塑性聚合物中包覆的低沸点溶剂沸腾汽化而膨胀,进而将热塑性聚 合物撑起, 以达到发泡作用, 形成具有一预定厚度的隔热发泡层 14, 其中, 由于低沸点溶剂是在个别发泡粒子粉中发泡, 故可形成封闭状的 气泡, 未破裂的气泡不会于发泡层表面形成坑疤的表面, 再者, 液态粘 结剂在发泡过程中借其适当流动性来填满发泡粒子之间的缝隙,更进一 步促进发泡层表面的平滑度;由于该防水层至少部分亦受热发泡,因此, 即使是防水层 13未覆有发泡材料的部分亦能提供些许的隔热性, 且由 于该防水层的热传导速率快, 可促进该发泡材料的发泡速率;
(五) S5 : 制成一具隔热表层的容器, 其中该淋膜层 12面向该容器 内, 该防水层 13与该发泡层 14朝向该容器外, 借此, 该淋膜层因具有 较佳的耐热、耐酸碱性且不易分解而释出毒素,而能直接接触食物无碍, 至于该防水层, 由于采用聚乙烯, 成本较低且不须混炼, 加工容易且能 提供良好防水性,可避免盛装冰饮时杯壁水珠凝结渗入杯体而使杯体软 化, 且被些微发泡的防水层更可提供额外的隔热效果,进而能减少发泡 材料的用量。
除了上述折边的方式之外,利用同样的概念,本发明提供的具隔热 表层的容器的制法更可以下列步骤达成, 如图 6至图 11所示:
(一) S1 : 备一纸制的原底材 11, 该原底材 11具有相对的一第一面 与一第二面, 于该第一面涂布一淋膜层 12, 该淋膜层 12是选自由聚丙 烯与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯所组成的群组, 并于该第二面涂布一防水层 13 , 该防水层 13是以聚乙烯所组成;
(二) S2: 涂布一发泡材料于该防水层 13上以覆盖至少部分面积的 防水层 13, 其进行方法如前所述;
(三) S3': 将该原纸材 11的第一面朝内、 第二面朝外卷起, 该原纸 材 11的其中一端具有一预定面积的区域是为未被该发泡材料覆盖的防 水层 13, 一纸片 20夹于该未被发泡材料覆盖的防水层 13区域与该原 纸材 11的另一端的第一面之间, 使该原纸材 11的两端借该纸片 20彼 此粘贴;
(四) S4: 对该发泡材料加热使该发泡材料发泡而形成一发泡层 14, 同时该防水层 13的至少部分亦受热发泡;
(五) S5 : 制成一具隔热表层的容器, 其中该淋膜层 12面向该容器 内, 该防水层 13与该发泡层 14朝向该容器外。
特别要说明的是, 由于纸材分别与聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸 乙二酯之间的粘贴媒合能力皆佳,故该纸片 20b相对两面可不涂布任何 材料仅为一纸张 21即进行粘合, 如图 9所示, 以避免淋膜层与防水层 之间粘贴媒合力不佳的问题; 然而, 于较佳的实施方式中, 请参考图 8、 图 10及图 11, 该纸片 20a、 20c, 20d可选择性地于纸张 21面对防水 层 13的一面涂布聚乙烯 22, 或于纸张 21面对淋膜层 12的一面涂布聚 丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 23 (与淋膜层 12的材料相同者) , 借由同 种材料彼此接触而提高粘贴媒合力,避免淋膜层与防水层彼此粘合困难 的问题。
借此, 由于所有粘贴结合的表面皆为同种类塑料,避免了异种类塑 料粘贴的不相容性而不须另外使用额外的粘结剂,进而提高了粘贴的强 度而避免破裂或渗漏, 再者, 借由防水层的设置, 可避免盛装冰饮时外 表面水珠凝结渗入造成容器软化而影响结构强度,且防水层些微发泡能 提供额外的隔热性, 不仅能补强未覆有发泡层的区域、节省发泡材料的 用料,更能借由与发泡层发泡程度不同造成的高度差异创造凹凸立体变 化, 实具进步之效。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 包含以下步骤:
(一) 备一纸制的原底材, 该原底材具有相对的一第一面与一第二 面, 于该第一面涂布一淋膜层, 该淋膜层是选自由聚丙烯与聚对苯二甲 酸乙二酯所组成的群组, 并于该第二面涂布一防水层, 该防水层是以聚 乙烯所组成;
(二) 涂布一发泡材料于该防水层上以覆盖至少部分面积的防水 层, 其中该发泡材料与该防水层的材料彼此相异;
(三)该原底材的其中一端反折粘贴而形成一预定长度的折边, 该原 底材的一第一位置与该折边彼此靠近,该折边的外露部分与该第一位置 的一粘贴处彼此粘贴, 其中, 该折边外露部分与该粘贴处皆为该淋膜层 或该防水层其中一者,该折边内凹粘贴的部分为淋膜层或该防水层的其 中另一者;
(四) 对该发泡材料加热使该发泡材料发泡而形成一发泡层, 同时 该防水层的至少部分亦受热发泡;
(五) 制成一具隔热表层的容器, 其中该淋膜层面向该容器内, 该 防水层与该发泡层朝向该容器外。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 涂布有所述淋膜层、所述防水层与所述发泡材料的所述原底材具有相对 的一第一端与一第二端,所述第一位置位于该第一端,所述折边位于该 第二端, 该第一端与该第二端彼此靠近而卷起成为卷筒状。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 于步骤 (二)中, 所述发泡材料是以液态粘结剂与耐热发泡粒子粉搅拌混 合而成, 所述耐热发泡粒子粉为热塑性聚合物内包覆低沸点溶剂所形 成。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 所述发泡材料中可添加色素。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 于步骤 (三)中, 所述折边外露部分与所述粘贴处皆为该淋膜层, 所述折 边内凹粘贴的部分为所述防水层。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 所述折边内凹粘贴的部分未涂布所述发泡材料。
7.—种具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 包含以下步骤:
(一) 备一纸制的原底材, 该原底材具有相对的一第一面与一第二 面, 于该第一面涂布一淋膜层, 该淋膜层是选自由聚丙烯与聚对苯二甲 酸乙二酯所组成的群组, 并于该第二面涂布一防水层, 该防水层是以聚 乙烯所组成;
(二) 涂布一发泡材料于该防水层上以覆盖至少部分面积的防水 层, 其中该发泡材料与该防水层的材料彼此相异;
(三) 将该原纸材的第一面朝内、 第二面朝外卷起, 该原纸材的其 中一端具有一预定面积的区域是为未被该发泡材料覆盖的防水层,一纸 片夹于该未被发泡材料覆盖的防水层区域与该原纸材的另一端的第一 面之间, 使该原纸材的两端借该纸片彼此粘贴;
(四) 对该发泡材料加热使该发泡材料发泡而形成一发泡层, 同时 该防水层的至少部分亦受热发泡;
(五) 制成一具隔热表层的容器, 其中该淋膜层面向该容器内, 该 防水层与该发泡层朝向该容器外。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 所述纸片面向该防水层的一面涂布有聚乙烯。
9.根据权利要求 7所述的具隔热表层的容器的制法, 其特征在于, 所述纸片面向该淋膜层的一面涂布有一选自由聚丙烯与聚对苯二甲酸 乙二酯所组成的群组的材料。
