Abstract
本發明所涉及一種含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器,流程為:先將聚乙烯顆粒和氧化生物降解顆粒分別放入混料器內部,充分攪拌之後,再將混合料加入到加熱機器內部,再將聚乙烯溶料淋膜到被加工的淋膜紙張表面,再將此紙張經過冷卻器進行冷卻降溫,送入到印刷機內,再通過切片機切割成容器形狀,再將送入到加工容器的設備內部進行成型處理,形成成品容器包括紙杯、紙碟和紙碗等。因採用聚乙烯溶料淋膜於淋膜紙張上面,使得將淋膜紙張表面的塑膠顆粒先進行氧化後生物分解,使得塑膠顆粒由高分子量轉換為低分子量,再由微生物將低分子量塑膠顆粒轉換成水,二氧化碳、有機物,避免消費者在使用時對環境做成傷害,具有綠色、環保效果。
