一種含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器製造方法及其容器,包含有下列步驟:將聚乙烯顆粒和氧化生物降解顆粒分別放入混料器內部,充分攪拌之後,將混合料加入到加熱機器內部,將聚乙烯溶料淋膜到被加工的淋膜紙張表面,將此紙張經過冷卻器進行冷卻降溫,送入到印刷機內,再透過切片機切割成容器形狀,再將送入到加工容器的設備內部進行成型處理,形成成品容器包括紙杯、紙碟和紙碗等。因採用聚乙烯溶料淋膜於淋膜紙張上面,使得淋膜紙張表面的塑膠顆粒先進行氧化後生物分解,避免消費者在使用時對環境做成傷害,具有綠色、環保效果。

本發明涉及一種用於消費者日常生活中的含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器製造方法及其容器,所述容器為紙杯、紙碟和紙碗等
隨著廣大消費者生活習慣的改變使得對一次性杯子的需求日益增加。
一次性杯子已經成為日常生活中重要生活用品之一;尤其是在人群流量比較集中公開場所,一次性杯子顯得尤為比較重要。
在現有生活中,因塑膠性一次性容器品質比較輕,使用方便已被廣大消費者所接納所使用。
然而,塑膠性一次性容器待使用回收之後處理極其不方便。
隨後出現一種一次性容器,該一次性容器雖然能代替現有塑膠一次性容器,使用時置於容器內部的食品、飲品或飲料不容易外泄或漏泄,回收處理方便,但是,在待加工之後一次性容器內部表面殘留一層聚乙烯的淋膜,此淋膜不僅使得在消費者使用時傷害消費者健康,而且待消費者使用之後的給環境造成莫大傷害。
有鑑於此,本發明所要解決的技術問題是提供一種可以避免消費者在使用時被傷害,以及具有的綠色,環保的含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器。
為此解決上述技術問題,本發明中的技術手段採用一種含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器的製造方法其流程為:先將聚乙烯顆粒和氧化生物降解顆粒分別放入混料器內部,充分攪拌30分鐘,混合料均勻攪拌之後,再將所述混合料加入到加熱機器內部,增加溫度由100度至300度,使得所述混合料融化成液體狀態的聚乙烯溶料,然後,將聚乙烯溶料淋膜到需要被加工的淋膜紙張表面,然後,將已經淋膜紙張經過冷卻器中進行冷卻降溫,已經冷卻淋膜紙張送入到印刷機內,根據客戶要求使用水性油墨印刷,再將已印刷的淋膜紙張透過切片機切割成容器形狀,再將該容器形狀的紙張送入到加工容器的設備內部進行成型處理,形成成品容器;其中,將99%品質比例的聚乙烯與1%品質比例的氧化生物降解顆粒混合形成混合料,之後再將混合料一起溶解,形成聚乙烯溶料,再將所述聚乙烯溶料淋膜到淋膜紙張上面,並且塑膠分子量要低於5000。
透過前述製造方法所製造的容器可為一紙杯或一紙碟或一紙碗等一次性餐飲器具。
透過本發明技術具有下列的效果:因本技術方案中採用聚乙烯溶料淋膜於淋膜紙張上面,使得將淋膜紙張表面的塑膠顆粒先進行氧化後生物分解,使得所述塑膠顆粒由高分子量轉換為低分子量,根據美國ASTM d6954要求塑膠分子量要低於5000的原理,再由微生物將低分子量的塑膠轉換成水,二氧化 碳以及有機物,從而避免消費者在使用時對環境做成傷害,與此同時還具有綠色、環保的效果。

藉由前述的製造方法所製造的容器可為紙杯、或紙碟或紙碗等一次性餐飲器具。
在本發明的實施方式中,其特點在於將99%品質比例的聚乙烯與1%品質比例的氧化生物降解顆粒混合形成混合料,之後再將混合料一起溶解,形成聚乙烯溶料,再將所述聚乙烯溶料淋膜到淋膜紙張上面即可。
在本發明的實施方式中,聚乙烯溶料是由氧化生物降解物質構成的,所述氧化生物降解物質定義在於,將塑膠顆粒先氧化後生物降解,由於塑膠顆粒的分子量太高,而令到微生物不能分解塑膠顆粒。
在本發明的實施方式中,透過添加劑令到塑膠分子量由高分子量轉為低分子量,微生物便可以將塑膠轉化為水,二氧化碳及有機物。根據美國ASTM d6954要求塑膠分子量要低於5000的原理。
透過上述敘述,本發明的具有下列的優點:
1.該含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器主要使用在所有家用行業,商業及工業用。
2.在中國,每年的一次性容器使用量已經超過百億個,每年的升幅不斷地以倍率增長;藉由使用本專利技術,可以幫助國家每年在投入廢料處理的投資減少。
3.本發明實現綠色生活的雙贏方案,讓資源重回大地及減少浪費。
4.本發明含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器具有如下優點:兼顧用品使用期限,不改變生產商現有生產設備,不影響成品的外觀及物理性,不明顯提高用家的成本,可減低國家對廢物處理的成本,針對垃圾處理問題,符合國家及世界主要的食品安全接觸及重金屬規範。
綜上所述,因本技術方案中採用聚乙烯溶料淋膜於淋膜紙張上面,使得將淋膜紙張表面的塑膠顆粒先進行氧化後生物分解,使得所述塑膠顆 粒由高分子量轉換為低分子量,根據美國ASTM d6954要求塑膠分子量要低於5000的原理,再由微生物將低分子量的塑膠轉換成水,二氧化碳以及有機物,從而避免消費者在使用時對環境做成傷害,與此同時還具有綠色、環保的效果。

  1. 一種含有可氧化生物降解材料的一次性容器製造方法,包含有:先將聚乙烯顆粒和氧化生物降解顆粒分別放入混料器內部,充分攪拌30分鐘,混合料均勻攪拌之後,再將所述混合料加入到加熱機器內部,增加溫度由100度至300度,使得所述混合料融化成液體狀態的聚乙烯溶料,然後,將聚乙烯溶料淋膜到需要被加工的淋膜紙張表面,然後,將已經淋膜紙張經過冷卻器進行冷卻降溫,已經冷卻淋膜紙張送入到印刷機內,根據客戶要求使用水性油墨印刷,再將已印刷的淋膜紙張透過切片機切割成容器形狀,再將該容器形狀的紙張送入到加工容器的設備內部進行成型處理,形成成品容器,再者,將99%品質比例的聚乙烯與1%品質比例的氧化生物降解顆粒混合形成混合料一起溶解,形成聚乙烯溶料,再將所述聚乙烯溶料淋膜到淋膜紙張,並且塑膠分子量要低於5000。
