Description
本發明係關於一種容器,特別係關於一種具隔熱且可自然分解之環保容器者。
習用紙製品之容器,其表層披覆有一PE淋膜層,惟該容器於使用丟棄後,該PE淋膜層無法去除,造成紙製品無法自然分解,不符合環保需求。
遂有人開發出一種生質材料,乃利用玉米製成的聚乳酸(PLA)作為其原料,其雖號稱可分解、可回收,然實際上確有諸多限制:
(1)聚乳酸無法在一般環境下分解,需在密閉式垃圾處理廠以厭氧菌處理,故會增加回收成本;
(2)聚乳酸在分解過程中會製造甲烷,而甲烷卻是溫室作用比二氧化碳高出23倍的溫室氣體,反助長溫室效應惡化;
(3)聚乳酸與一般常見的PET材質外觀相同,民眾容易將兩者混合丟棄,反而讓原本可回收處理的PET遭到污染,致使再製成物出現表面剝落等問題,無法使用;
(4)聚乳酸需使用原本為糧食的玉米作為原料,反倒影響糧食正常供應,導致糧食價格飛漲。
有鑑於聚乳酸在使用上的諸多限制及其未必環保的顧慮,部分國家甚至考慮禁止使用或不建議改用聚乳酸製成的產品。
由於聚乳酸無法成為解決塑膠、保麗龍容器氾濫之最佳解答,尋求其他環保材質的需求乃一刻也未停止,對於本領域從業人員而言,如何提供一種兼具可自然分解功能、優秀加工性能與合理成本的環保容器,乃為亟待解決之課題。
本發明之主要目的是為了提供一種具隔熱且可自然分解的環保容器。
本發明為了達成上述目的所提供之容器,係包括一紙製容器本體,具有一供與食物、飲料接觸之內表面及一相對內表面設置之外表面;一防水層,係經由淋膜加工處理而設置於容器本體之內表面,該防水層主要係由含水硅酸鎂、樹脂及碳酸鈣之混合物所組成;一發泡層,係設置於容器本體外表面之至少一部分,該發泡層係由液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉所組成,且該液態粘結劑係與耐熱發泡粒子粉預先混合後,再塗布於容器本體外表面,最後經加熱處理使耐熱發泡粒子粉發泡,形成該發泡層;其中,該液態粘結劑係選自由醋酸乙烯樹脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯酸類樹脂及其混合物所組成之群組其中一者,而該耐熱發泡粒子粉則係由熱塑性聚合物包覆低沸點溶劑所組成。
在本發明的容器中,其紙製本體、防水層及發泡層皆係可自然分解者,且又同時兼具內層防水、外層隔熱的優異性能,不啻是解決上述聚乳酸材料之缺憾,並滿足使用者之使用需求。
以下將藉由一較佳實施例說明本發明之技術特徵及其預期達成之功效,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至圖3。本發明具隔熱且可自然分解之容器包括一紙製容器本體10、一防水層20及一發泡層30。
其中,該紙製容器本體10具有一供與食物、飲料接觸之內表面11及一相對內表面11設置之外表面12。在本實施例中,該紙製容器本體10係呈杯狀,其包括一胴部13及一設置於胴部13底端之底部14,該胴部13及底部14內側圍構一容置空間,以供盛裝飲用水等流體或其他物質。其中,上述防水層20較佳者應淋膜於胴部13及底部14的完整內表面,使紙製容器本體10具有防水性,而上述發泡層30則僅設置於胴部13外表面之至少一部分,即發泡層30可完整設置於胴部13的完整外表面,或者於胴部13形成有鏤空狀或立體花紋設計者。
該防水層20係經由淋膜加工處理而設置於容器本體10之內表面,在一實施例中,該防水層20主要係由含水硅酸鎂、樹脂及碳酸鈣之混合物所組成,其中,含水硅酸鎂佔15-40重量份,樹脂佔2-10重量份,且碳酸鈣佔50-83重量份,而在本實施例中,該樹脂係選用環氧樹脂。又,在本發明另一實施例中,該防水層20主要係由含水硅酸鎂、樹脂、碳酸鈣及烯烴類聚合物之混合物所組成,其中,含水硅酸鎂佔15-40重量份,樹脂佔2-10重量份,碳酸鈣佔50-83重量份,且烯烴類聚合物佔10-70重量份,而該烯烴類聚合物則可選自由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯及其混合物所組成之群組其中一者。本發明所提供之防水層配方,其結構伸張率優良,使其容易加工,且其耐水性、耐老化性能及表面平滑度較佳,同時更具有優秀的高溫穩定性及化學穩定性表現,而適於作為容器內面防水材質,並用來盛裝各式飲品。又,更重要的一點,本發明之防水層配方,其可在一段時間後經生物代謝而分解,並與紙製容器本體相互分離,即便經由焚化處理亦不會產生毒性,符合現今環保需求。除此之外,於前述防水層中,更可依需求添加適量遠紅外線材料顆粒及奈米銀顆粒,使該防水層具有殺菌與活化保鮮功效者。
該發泡層30係由液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉所組成,且該液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉預先混合後,再塗布於容器本體外表面,最後經加熱處理使耐熱發泡粒子粉發泡,形成該發泡層。需注意的是,於加熱處理之前,可針對容器本體外表面的液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉的混合塗層進行烘乾處理,而不立即進行加熱發泡處理,如此即可將塗布有發泡層半成品的容器本體儲存堆疊,俾利妥善利用、分配產能。在本發明中,該液態粘結劑係選自由醋酸乙烯樹脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯酸類樹脂及其混合物所組成之群組其中一者,而該耐熱發泡粒子粉則係由熱塑性聚合物包覆低沸點溶劑所組成。其中,亦可於液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉的混合物內混摻染料,使其呈現不同色澤,形成各式圖樣、訊息者。
其中,在加熱發泡過程中,上述液態粘結劑將會預先軟化,而後繼續升溫後,該熱塑性聚合物所包覆的溶劑才達到沸點而汽化,並撐大熱塑性聚合物使其膨脹,此時由於液態粘結劑已預先軟化,故具有適度流動性而填塞於發泡粒子粉之間的縫隙。因此,該發泡層將具有較低的表面粗糙度,而可在發泡完成後續行印刷處理。又,該發泡層因其組織綿密,且為封閉氣孔(close cell)之發泡層,因此亦具有防水性。其中,上述發泡層之加熱發泡溫度,較佳者係介於80-160℃,且最好是採逐漸升溫的加熱步驟,俾供液態粘結劑軟化、且發泡粒子發泡過程更為均勻、不破裂。同時,藉由該發泡層的設置,熱量在傳遞的過程中需在不同相且不同介質之間傳遞,則可降低熱傳係數,因而具有隔熱功效者。最重要的一點,本發明之發泡層,其更進一步地具有生物可分解特性,而得以利用好氧菌對其進行分解,將該發泡層分解成無污染的水及二氧化碳,而極具環保效能者。
由上可知,本發明藉由將內層防水層、外層發泡層都設置為生物可分解特性,乃為完全符合環保趨勢的綠色容器。此外,本發明無論是防水層或發泡層,其加工容易,卻可配合使用者之不同需求而進行適度調整,當可滿足使用者之不同需求,即具備有良好的市場競爭力,同時在原料使用上,其材料亦無須耗費糧食資源且成本便宜,卻可兼具內層防水、外層隔熱的優良性能,乃係不可多得之突破性發明,且目前市面上亦未見有同時在紙製容器內、外層同時使用有相同於本發明之防水層及發泡層者。
上述實施例雖係以紙杯作為說明,惟實際上,本發明乃可應用於其他容器,例如紙碗、紙盤、紙盒及其他紙製容器,同樣可藉由設置防水層及發泡層而達成上述多重進步功效者。

Claims (7)
- 一種具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,包括:一紙製容器本體,具有一供與食物、飲料接觸之內表面及一相對內表面設置之外表面;一防水層,係經由淋膜加工處理而設置於容器本體之內表面,該防水層主要係由含水矽酸鎂、樹脂及碳酸鈣之混合物所組成,其中含水矽酸鎂佔15-40重量份,樹脂佔2-10重量份,且碳酸鈣佔50-83重量份;一發泡層,係設置於容器本體外表面之至少一部分,該發泡層係由液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉所組成,且該液態粘結劑係與耐熱發泡粒子粉預先混合後,再塗布於容器本體外表面,最後經加熱處理使耐熱發泡粒子粉發泡,形成該發泡層;其中,該液態粘結劑係選自由醋酸乙烯樹脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯酸類樹脂及其混合物所組成之群組其中一者;其中,該耐熱發泡粒子粉係由熱塑性聚合物包覆低沸點溶劑所組成。
- 如請求項1所述之具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,其中該容器本體包括一胴部及一設置於胴部底端之底部,該胴部及底部內側圍構一容置空間,且該發泡層係設置於該胴部外表面之至少一部分。
- 如請求項1所述之具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,其中於防水 層內更添加有遠紅外線材料顆粒及奈米銀顆粒。
- 一種具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,包括:一紙製容器本體,具有一供與食物、飲料接觸之內表面及一相對內表面設置之外表面;一防水層,係經由淋膜加工處理而設置於容器本體之內表面,該防水層主要係由含水矽酸鎂、樹脂、碳酸鈣及烯烴類聚合物之混合物所組成,其中含水矽酸鎂佔15-40重量份,樹脂佔2-10重量份,碳酸鈣佔50-83重量份,且烯烴類聚合物佔10-70重量份;一發泡層,係設置於容器本體外表面之至少一部分,該發泡層係由液態粘結劑與耐熱發泡粒子粉所組成,且該液態粘結劑係與耐熱發泡粒子粉預先混合後,再塗布於容器本體外表面,最後經加熱處理使耐熱發泡粒子粉發泡,形成該發泡層;其中,該液態粘結劑係選自由醋酸乙烯樹脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯酸類樹脂及其混合物所組成之群組其中一者;其中,該耐熱發泡粒子粉係由熱塑性聚合物包覆低沸點溶劑所組成。
- 如請求項4所述之具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,其中該容器本體包括一胴部及一設置於胴部底端之底部,該胴部及底部內側圍構一容置空間,且該發泡層係設置於該胴部外表面之至少一部分。
- 如請求項4所述之具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,其中該烯烴類聚合物係選自由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯及其混合物所組成之群組其中一者。
- 如請求項4所述之具隔熱且可自然分解之容器,其中於防水層內更添加有遠紅外線材料顆粒及奈米銀顆粒。
