Abstract

本发明的层叠伸缩片及其制造方法包括以下步骤:通过沿着在连续片W1、W2的流动方向上延伸的折线WL在宽度方向Y上收缩连续片W1、W2而形成能够拉伸的松弛部W1b、W2b的步骤;将能够在宽度方向Y上伸缩的弹性部件F与松弛部W1b、W2b对齐地配置在连续片W1、W2上的步骤;在配置时使弹性部件F中的宽度方向Y的至少两端部与连续片W1、W2接合而形成复合片的步骤;将松弛部W1b、W2b以及弹性部件F在宽度方向Y上拉伸的步骤;和在两端部之间的中间部间歇地接合连续片W1、W2与弹性部件F的步骤。

Description

层叠伸缩片及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种层叠伸缩片及其制造方法。
背景技术
以往,作为一次性尿布等所使用的复合片,特别是作为短裤型尿布等的废弃部所使用的复合片,为了提高该尿布的合身度,有时使用在两片无纺布之间配置有热可塑性的弹性片的层叠伸缩片(参照专利文献1、2以及3)。

发明内容
在上述日本专利第3670289号说明书中公开了一种方法,通过将粘结剂在无纺布上涂敷成旋涡状(螺旋涂抹),使弹性部件与无纺布接合,制成侧面板条(side panel)。
在上述日本特开2006-230839号中公开了以下内容:通过在弹性部件上涂敷由热熔性树脂构成的粘结剂将弹性部件与无纺布接合。
在上述日本特开2004-223238号中公开了以下内容:在弹性部件或者片状物上涂敷粘结剂将弹性部件与无纺布接合在一起。
但是,在上述各文献的发明中,由于粘结剂被涂敷在弹性部件的整个粘结面上,因此,由上述粘结剂导致侧面板条发硬等使得手感变差。此外,因热熔性粘结剂价格昂贵,故材料成本增加。
因此,本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种穿着舒服,并且能够降低制造成本的层叠伸缩片及其制造方法。
本发明的一种层叠伸缩片的制造方法包括以下几个步骤:通过在与连续的连续片的流动方向正交的宽度方向上使上述连续片松弛,在上述连续片上形成能够拉伸的松弛部的步骤;以在上述连续片的宽度方向上能够伸缩的弹性部件横跨上述松弛部的方式在上述连续片上配置上述弹性部件的步骤;在上述配置时使上述弹性部件中的上述宽度方向的至少两端部与上述连续片接合而形成复合片的步骤;将上述松弛部以及上述弹性部件在上述宽度方向上拉伸的步骤;和在上述被拉伸的状态下,在上述两端部之间的中间部间歇地接合上述连续片与上述弹性部件的步骤。
根据这种方法,由于仅在弹性部件的两端部涂敷粘结剂,在上述弹性部件中的两端部以外的部位未涂敷粘结剂,因此,上述粘结剂导致的发硬得以控制,手感难以下降。此外,能够尽可能地减少价格昂贵的粘结剂的使用量,因此,能够大幅降低成本。
而且,如果作为弹性部件使用价格便宜的线状的弹性部件,那么,能够进一步降低成本。作为上述线状的弹性部件,例如可以使用如线橡胶那样的弹性线等。
在采用线状的弹性部件的情况下,上述线状的弹性部件被夹在两片连续片之间。
即,本发明的另一种层叠伸缩片的制造方法包括以下几个步骤:通过在与连续的两片连续片的流动方向正交的宽度方向上使上述各连续片松弛,在上述各连续片上形成能够拉伸的松弛部的步骤;在上述两片连续片的松弛部相互面对的状态下搬送上述两个连续片的步骤;以在上述连续片的宽度方向上能够伸缩的弹性部件横跨上述各松弛部的方式、并且以上述弹性部件被上述两片连续片夹着的方式在上述两片连续片之间配置上述弹性部件的步骤;在上述配置时使上述弹性部件中的上述宽度方向的至少两端部与上述各连续片接合而形成复合片的步骤;将上述两个松弛部以及上述弹性部件在上述宽度方向拉伸的步骤;和在上述被拉伸的状态下,在上述两端部之间的中间部间歇地接合上述两片连续片的步骤。
在此情况下,最好在上述中间部仅对两片连续片进行超声波接合,不接合线状的弹性部件。
其目的在于防止因超声波接合导致弹性部件的弹性(伸缩性)变差。
本发明的层叠伸缩片,在包括热可塑性纤维的至少两片无纺布之间夹着线状的弹性部件,从而具有能够在规定的伸缩方向上伸缩的伸缩部,上述弹性部件被配置成具有沿着上述伸缩方向的振幅的波浪形而能够在上述伸缩方向上伸缩,上述弹性部件在上述波浪形的振幅的两端的顶部或其附近的粘结部,通过粘结剂与上述两片无纺布接合,在上述两端的两个粘结部之间的中间部,没有在上述两片无纺布之间未填入粘结剂,并且,上述两片无纺布在上述中间部被相互熔接。
本层叠伸缩片在被粘结剂所粘结的粘结部之间、即中间部并未使用粘结剂,两片无纺布被相互熔接,因此,能够提高上述手感、降低成本。
特别是由于将线状的弹性部件被配置成波浪形,因此,能够应用在与配置有多根相互平行的弹性线的部位不同的部位,例如侧面板条等中。
在本层叠伸缩片中,优选上述两片无纺布在上述中间部在多个部位且间歇地相互熔接。
在此情况下,由于没有在整个面实施熔接,因此,上述手感得以进一步提高。

实施例1
通过以下参照附图对最佳实施例所做的说明,本发明将会更加明确。但是,本实施例及附图仅是图示以及说明,并非用来规定本发明的范围。本发明的范围仅由权利要求书规定。在附图中,多个附图中相同的部件编号表示相同或者相当的部分。
下面,根据附图,对本发明的实施例进行说明。
本层叠伸缩片能够用于多种用途,但是,在以下的说明中,以在尿布的侧面板条中应用本层叠伸缩片的情况为例进行说明。
尿布3:
图1A~图4C表示实施例1。
如图4C所示,在尿布3中,覆盖穿着者腰身的腰身部3 1、32以及覆盖穿着者胯下的裆部33一体形成。上述裆部33包括具有吸收体的芯部C。在裆部33形成有用于使裆部33的端部配合在穿着者的大腿周围的腿洞Lh。
上述腰身部31、32包括覆盖穿着者背部的后腰身部31、覆盖穿着者腹部的前腰身部32。在后腰身部31与前腰身部32之间配置有上述芯部C。在上述后腰身部31的两侧接合有由层叠伸缩片W(图4B)构成的翼片(flap)34。
层叠伸缩片W:
如图4B所示,上述层叠伸缩片W在包含热可塑性纤维的两片无纺布W1、W2之间夹有线状的弹性部件(例如,线橡胶)F。
如图4A所示,上述弹性部件F被配置成具有沿其伸缩方向的振幅的波浪形,从而能够在上述伸缩方向上伸缩。如图4B所示,上述弹性部件F在上述波浪形的振幅的两端的顶部Fs、Fs的粘结部A1、A2,通过粘结剂与上述两片无纺布W1、W2粘结在一起。
在图4A所示的上述粘结部A1、A2间的中间部Wm,在两片无纺布W1、W2之间并未插入接合剂或者粘结剂。而在上述中间部Wm,上述两片无纺布W1、W2被间歇地相互熔接在一起。作为上述熔接方法,例如可以使用超声波接合。上述超声波接合最好在上述中间部Wm的避开弹性部件F的多个部位进行。
制造方法:
无纺布W1、W2
首先,如图1A所示,沿着折线WL(图1A)将上述第1以及第2连续片W1、W2折成大致Z字形状或者大致Ω字形状而使其松弛,进一步将其折叠起来,由此形成松弛部W1b、W2b。如图1A所示,上述折线WL沿着上述连续片W1、W2的搬送方向X。图2A所示的上述松弛部W1b、W2b分别形成于两个连续片W1、W2的两端部W1c、W1c(W2c、W2c)之间。在松弛部W1b、W1b(W2b、W2b)之间分别形成中央部W1a(W2a)。
第1连续片W1的松弛部W1b、W1b和第2连续片W2的松弛部W2b、W2b形成于在图2C以及图2D的使用状态(连续片W1、W2被向宽度方向Y(图2)的外侧拉的状态)下彼此相对的位置。
形成上述松弛部后,如图1A以及图2B所示,能够伸缩的弹性部件F、F,沿着与连续片W1、W2的搬送方向X大致正交的宽度方向Y被配置在上述连续片W1、W2之间,制成层叠伸缩片W。上述弹性部件F分别在形成于连续片W1、W2的一个端部附近的松弛部W1b、W2b之间、以及形成于另一个端部附近的松弛部W1b、W2b之间配置。
在此实施例的情况下,上述弹性部件F由弹性线构成,如图1B所示,以由压辊1、1夹在连续片W1、W2之间的方式被供给。
如图1A所示,上述弹性部件F由第1以及第2引导部件10、20在连续片W1、W2之间引导。上述引导部件10、20在宽度方向Y上往复移动,分别包括第1以及第2臂部11、21。在上述各臂部11、21的顶端部,分别设置有形成了一根或者多根弹性部件穿通孔的第1以及第2引导部12、22。对于一个上述弹性部件穿通孔,至少穿通一根弹性部件F。利用该臂部11、21的移动,穿通上述臂部11、21的弹性部件穿通孔的弹性部件F在连续片W1、W2之间以波浪形被导出。
关于弹性部件F的供给方法,例如可以采用日本特开2003-111796的方法。
在图1A以及图2B所示的连续片W1、W2的规定部分A1、A2预先涂敷粘结剂。结果,仅弹性部件F的宽度方向Y的两端部Fs的附近被粘结剂接合在连续片W1、W2上。
在配置上述弹性部件F的同时,图4A所示的固定件(fastener)S被接合在一个连续片W1的表面中央部。
然后,通过将图2B所示的连续片W1、W2的左右端部W1c、W2c在宽度方向Y上拉伸,如图2C所示,被折入(松弛)的松弛部W1b、W2b朝着宽度方向Y的外方被拉长,并且,弹性部件F被拉伸,从而制成复合片W3。在上述拉伸后,在图3所示的上述中间部Wm实施超声波接合,连续片W1、W2在多个部位被间歇式(散点状等)熔接。此外,上述超声波接合最好仅在避开弹性部件F的位置进行。
在上述超声波接合后,如图2D所示,上述中间部Wm以及弹性部件F的拉伸被解除而变成自由长度,制成层叠伸缩片W。
然后,如图4A所示,层叠伸缩片W的中央部分呈沿着搬送方向X的规定的波浪形状被切开,并且沿着宽度方向Y被切割成规定的长度,由此制成成为上述翼片34(图4C)的切断片Wa、Wb。
在上述切开后,最好通过使一个连续切断片的搬送速度比另一个连续切断片相对迟缓等方法,使两个连续切断片的相位一致。也可以在上述切割后,通过使一个切断片Wa(Wb)的搬送速度比另一个切断片Wb(Wa)相对迟缓等方法,使两个切断片Wa、Wb的相位彼此一致。然后,也可以在图4C所示的尿布3的后腰身部31的两端部分别接合上述切断片Wa、Wb而形成尿布3。
此外,也可以预先将各个连续片W1、W2切开将其分离成两个,在切开后或者分离后,分别配置弹性部件F。
实施例2
图5~图8C表示实施例2。
尿布3A:
在本实施例2中,取代线橡胶,使用由热可塑树脂构成的片状弹性部件F1。作为图8C所示的尿布3A的翼片34,采用图8A所示的片状弹性部件F1。
其它的构造与实施例1相同,在相同的部分或者相当的部分标注相同的符号,并且省略其详细的说明。
制造方法:
下面,对尿布3A的制造方法进行说明。在以下的说明中,主要说明与上述实施例1的尿布3A的制造方法不同的部分。
首先,如图5所示,沿着折线WL弯折由无纺布构成的第1以及第2连续片W1、W2,并分别折叠起来,由此形成图6A的松弛部W1b、W2b。
然后,如图5以及图6B所示,能够沿着与连续片W1、W2的搬送方向X大致正交的宽度方向Y伸缩的片状弹性部件F1、F1,均以对齐上述松弛部W1b、W2b并横跨其间的方式被配置在上述连续片W1、W2之间,制成层叠伸缩片W。
如图5所示,上述弹性部件F1以夹在连续片W1、W2之间的方式被供给。
此处,如图5以及图6B所示,通过在连续片W1、W2的规定部分A1、A2预先涂敷粘结剂,仅弹性部件F1的宽度方向Y的两端部Fs被粘结剂粘结。作为上述粘结剂,例如可以使用热熔性树脂等。
在配置上述弹性部件F1的同时,图7所示的固定件S被接合在一个连续片W1的中央部W1a。
然后,通过将图6B所示的上述松弛部W1b、W2b在宽度方向Y上拉伸,如图6C所示,该松弛部W1b、W2b朝着宽度方向Y的外方被拉长,并且弹性部件F1被拉伸,从而制成复合片W3。在上述拉伸后,在图7所示的中间部Wm实施超声波接合,连续片W1、W2在多个部位被熔接。
此外,也可以在上述熔接时,形成后述的通气孔H1、H2(图11B)。在此情况下,上述弹性部件F1最好以向搬送方向X(图5)略微拉伸的状态配置在连续片W1、W2之间。
在上述超声波接合后,如图6D所示,上述中间部Wm以及弹性部件F1的拉伸被解除而变成自由长度,由此制成层叠伸缩片W。
然后,如图8A所示,层叠伸缩片W的中央部分呈沿着搬送方向X的规定的波浪形状被切开,并且,沿着宽度方向Y被切割成规定的长度,从而制成作为上述翼片34的切断片Wa、Wb。
在上述切开后,最好通过使一个连续切断片的搬送速度比另一个连续切断片相对迟缓等方法,使两个连续切断片的相位彼此一致。也可以在上述切割后,通过使一个切断片Wa(Wb)的搬送速度相对迟缓等方法,使两个切断片Wa、Wb的相位彼此一致。然后,也可以在尿布3A的后腰身部31的两端部分别接合切断片Wa、Wb而形成尿布3。
图9以及图10表示变形例。
尿布3B:
如图10所示,在尿布3B的腰身部31、32的各个翼片34部分分别形成有层叠伸缩片W。上述层叠伸缩片W的部位在图9所示的片状弹性片(弹性部件)F被无纺布夹着的状态下被配置。
其它的构造与实施例1同样,在相同的部分或者相当的部分标注相同的符号,省略其详细的说明。
制造方法:
下面,对尿布3B(图10)的制造方法进行说明。
如图9所示,首先,将一对第1无纺布W1、W1沿着折线WL折成大致Z字形状,并且分别折叠起来,由此形成松弛部W1b、W1b。接下来,在第1无纺布W1、W1的宽度方向Y的两端部W1a、W1c的第1粘结部A1、A1涂敷粘结剂,第1无纺布W1、W1被分别与弹性片F、F粘结。上述第1粘结部A1沿着第1无纺布W1的搬送方向X连续设置,上述弹性片F与上述第1无纺布W1重叠配置,由此在第1粘结部A1,上述弹性片F与第1无纺布W1利用上述粘结剂相互接合。
然后,分别切断上述被接合的第1无纺布W1和弹性片F,获得包括弹性片段F1的一对切断板条P。
此外,上述一对切断板条P也可以通过切开一片第1无纺布W1以及弹性片F而制成。即,将连续的一片第1无纺布W1的左右端部折成大致Z字形状或者大致Ω字形状而使其松弛,进一步分别将其折叠起来,由此形成一对松弛部W1b、W1b,在与连续的一片弹性片F粘结后,将上述两个松弛部W1b、W1b间切开,并且切断成规定的长度,由此制成一对切断板条P。
另一方面,由作为尿布本体的连续片状物构成的第2无纺布W2沿着该第2无纺布W2的搬送方向X被搬送。通过将第2无纺布W2沿着折线WL折叠起来,形成一对松弛部W2b,并且,芯部C被间歇地接合在宽度方向Y的大致中央。
然后,分别将上述一对切断板条P间歇地配置在第2无纺布W2上的宽度方向Y的两端部。
此处,在上述第2无纺布W2的宽度方向Y的两端部附近的第2粘结部A2上,以规定的等间隔预先涂敷粘结剂,在进行上述配置时,由弹性片段F1中的宽度方向Y的两端部组成的第1粘结部A1被上述粘结剂接合在第2无纺布W2上。
通过在上述第2无纺布W2上配置切断板条P,制成在两片无纺布W1、W2之间夹着弹性片F1的复合片W3。上述弹性片段F1利用第1粘结部A1、A1以及第2粘结部A2、A2使其两端部P2分别与第1无纺布W1以及第2无纺布W2接合,并且,此时,上述两端部P2间的中间部P1仍处于未与两个无纺布W1、W2接合的状态。
然后,通过将上述复合片W3在宽度方向Y上拉伸,该松弛部W1b、W2b被向宽度方向Y的外方拉长,并且,弹性片段F1被拉伸。在上述拉伸后,图10所示的上述弹性片段F1的上述中间部P1(Wm)被超声波接合,切断板条P与第1无纺布W1、第2无纺布W2在多个部位被熔接,从而制成层叠伸缩片W。
此外,也可以在上述熔接时形成后述的通气孔H1、H2。在此情况下,上述弹性片F最好以向搬送方向X(图9)略微拉伸的状态配置在无纺布W1、W2之间。
然后,形成图10的腿洞Lh,并且,以上述层叠伸缩片W在搬送方向X上被等分的方式切断无纺布W1、W2以及弹性片段F1,切割成各个尿布3B。
封印装置1:
下面,对上述超声波接合所使用的封印装置的一例进行说明。
如图12所示,封印装置1包括:与上述多个接合部位M(图11C)对应的多个突起21、搬送复合片W3的砧20、与上述砧20协同对上述复合片W3提供振动能量的喇叭10。喇叭10具有平坦的顶端面。
上述砧20在围绕包括点O的轴线旋转的鼓轮20d的外周形成有上述突起21。随着上述鼓轮20d的旋转,复合片W3在搬送方向X上被搬送。在上述鼓轮20d中,上述突起21被设置在与图11C所示的接合部位M的图案对应的位置。
在图13A、图13B以及图13C中,仅表示出上述多个突起21中的一个突起21。突起21大致形成为圆柱形。突起21包括能够与喇叭10相对并且平坦的平坦部21b、由上述大致圆柱形的平坦部21b的外周缘构成的边缘部21a、21c。
通气孔H1、H2的形成原理:
下面,对上述通气孔H1、H2的形成原理进行说明。此外,在以下的说明中,用一条实线省略表示复合片W3,并且,以一个上述突起21为例进行说明。
在图13A中,首先,当一个突起21开始与喇叭10相对峙时,鼓轮20d存在曲率,因此,仅突起21的一部分通过复合片W3与喇叭10接触。即,突起21的边缘部的外周缘的前方部分(鼓轮20d的旋转方向的下游侧端部)21a与进行振动的喇叭10接触,由此,图11A所示的弹性片F在该接触部分被切断,在弹性片F上形成狭缝。利用弹性片F的流动方向的张力,上述狭缝沿着搬送方向X扩大,形成第1通气孔H1。
然后,如图13B所示,鼓轮20d旋转,突起21的平坦部21b与进行振动的喇叭10接触,无纺布W1、W2以及弹性片F通过超声波被相互熔接。
在上述熔接后,如图13C所示,当鼓轮20d进一步旋转时,突起21的边缘部的外周缘的后方部分21c与进行振动的喇叭10接触,与上述同样,在该接触部分切断图11A所示的弹性片F,由此在弹性片F上形成低2通气孔H2。
因此,如图11B所示,在弹性片F上形成无纺布W1、W2被相互熔接的接合部位M,并且,由仅该接合处M的外缘Mc的搬送方向X的前后被切断的切断部Mc1、Mc2形成通气孔H1、H2。此处,如前所述,在搬送方向X上,弹性片F也在略微拉伸的状态下被搬送,因此,当通过突起21的边缘部21a、21c在弹性片F上施加切断力时,弹性片F容易被切断。而且,通过上述边缘部21a、21c,弹性片F被切断成狭缝状,由此,如图11B所示,通气孔H1、H2变成在搬送方向X上略微扩大的状态。
下面,对图12的鼓轮20d的直径D1以及喇叭的宽度D2进行考察。
如前所述,为了将突起21的旋转方向的前后用作边缘,鼓轮20d的直径D1必须小到一定程度,并且,喇叭10的宽度D2必须大到一定程度以上。
另一方面,从强度上的问题来看,鼓轮20d的直径D1必须大到一定程度以上。
由上述观点可知,鼓轮20d的直径D1最好是50mm~400mm,100mm~300最佳。喇叭的宽度D2最好是10mm~40mm,15mm~30mm最佳。
另一方面,作为弹性片F的厚度,可以使用20μm~300μmm的薄膜状薄片,最好是30μm~200μmm,40μm~100μmm最佳。
如果薄膜厚,经济性以及被切断性就会下降,相反,如果薄膜薄,强度就会降低,因此,无法获得规定的伸缩力。
在上述各个实施例中,采用超声波接合将连续片与弹性部件接合,但是,作为其它的接合方法,例如也可以采用热封等热熔接的接合方法。
工业实用性
本发明能够应用在层叠伸缩片及其制造中。

Claims (4)

1.一种层叠伸缩片的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
通过在与连续的连续片的流动方向正交的宽度方向上使所述连续片松弛,在所述连续片上形成能够拉伸的松弛部的步骤;
以在所述连续片的宽度方向上能够伸缩的弹性部件横跨所述松弛部的方式在所述连续片上配置所述弹性部件的步骤;
在所述配置时使所述弹性部件中的所述宽度方向的至少两端部与所述连续片接合而形成复合片的步骤;
将所述松弛部以及所述弹性部件在所述宽度方向上拉伸的步骤;和
在所述被拉伸的状态下,在所述两端部之间的中间部间歇地接合所述连续片与所述弹性部件的步骤。
2.如权利要求1所述的层叠伸缩片的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述接合的步骤通过对所述连续片施加振动能量进行熔接的超声波接合来进行。
3.一种层叠伸缩片的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
通过在与连续的两片连续片的流动方向正交的宽度方向上使所述各连续片松弛,在所述各连续片上形成能够拉伸的松弛部的步骤;
在所述两片连续片的松弛部相互面对的状态下搬送所述两个连续片的步骤;
以在所述连续片的宽度方向上能够伸缩的弹性部件横跨所述各松弛部的方式、并且以所述弹性部件被所述两片连续片夹着的方式在所述两片连续片之间配置所述弹性部件的步骤;
在所述配置时使所述弹性部件中的所述宽度方向的至少两端部与所述各连续片接合而形成复合片的步骤;
将所述两个松弛部以及所述弹性部件在所述宽度方向拉伸的步骤;和
在所述被拉伸的状态下,在所述两端部之间的中间部间歇地接合所述两片连续片的步骤。
4.如权利要求3所述的层叠伸缩片的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述接合的步骤通过对所述连续片施加振动能量进行熔接的超声波接合来进行。
