技术领域
发光二极管(LED)以各种形式用作基本的照明结构,如户外标志和装饰照明。基于LED的发光串已经用于槽型字母(channelletter)系统、建筑上的边界管应用、橱柜下面的照明应用、以及用于普通的照明,常常替代传统的氖气灯或荧光灯。
背景技术
提供能够替代氖气灯或荧光灯的照明系统的已知尝试包括:将LED光源机械地固定到柔性电线上。其它的已知系统将LED安装在通过电跨接线相互连接的印刷电路板上。这些已知的大功率LED产品需要安装于传导表面,以散发由LED产生的热量,并且由于外力或较差的安装技术而导致易于发生机械和电故障。这些已知系统还具有有限的柔性,且具有有限的线性分辨率。另外,这些系统中的一些不便于用户更换独立的LED或LED组件。

发明内容

IDC端子38和42刺穿包围导线18、22和24的绝缘材料26以提供电连接。IDC端子38和42均包括叉形插脚104和106,该插脚具有隔开的尖齿且足够锋利以刺穿绝缘包皮26,从而插脚不会切割导线18、22和24,而是将导线容纳在尖齿之间。IDC端子38和42还包括凸形端子销108和112,当端子被容纳在基座36的上表面84上的狭槽92和94中时该凸形端子销从基座朝向LED组件16延伸。IDC端子38和42基本上是S形的并且第一插脚104沿电缆12的纵向轴线与第二插脚106分隔。导线分隔器44在插脚104与106之间隔开,以使得如果LED组件16以并联/串联结构连接,则串联导线22就在插脚之间被切割。已经描述了具体的端子38和42;然而,也可使用其他端子取代IDC端子在导线与LED组件之间提供电连接。此外,替换端子可通过焊接、电线跨接、端子上的卷边、或其他电-机械连接而连接至电线和/或供电系统。
参照图4,电线插口组件14插入到LED组件16中。LED组件16包括安装插座(mounting receptacle)120,电线插口组件14装配到该安装插座中。更具体地,基座36和盖34的上部54被插座120容纳。如上所述的,在替换实施例中,LED组件16可插入到电线插口组件14中,或者电线插口组件和LED组件可以以其他传统方式选择性地相互连接。
返回来参照图2,LED组件16包括固定于基座124的盖122。盖122包括位于盖的相对侧上的两个侧翼片126和128以及位于盖的后部上的两个后翼片132和134。盖122还包括两个位于盖的相对侧上的两个弹性卡子136和138。弹性卡子136和138包括多个凸边142(图2中仅可见到一个)。在相应侧翼片126和128以及相应卡子136和138的前方(即,朝向电线插口组件14),一对侧壁144和146从盖122的相对侧悬垂。每个侧壁144和146均包括朝向彼此延伸的下延伸部148和152。下延伸部148和152与盖122的上表面150分隔开以限定LED组件16的安装插座120。盖122还包括开口154,LED156通过该开口伸出。
LED组件16的盖122连接于LED组件的基座124以覆盖通向LED 156的电连接。基座124包括彼此相对的侧壁160和162。每个侧壁160和162均包括容纳盖122上的相应侧翼片126和128的相应槽口164和166。后壁168连接侧壁160和162并且还包括容纳盖122的后翼片132和134的槽口172和174。侧壁160和162在每个侧壁的前方形成向外的直角弯曲以容纳弹性卡子136和138。卡子136和138装配到侧壁160和162的内部并且每个凸边142均贴附在每个侧壁的底部上以将盖122连接至基座124。
侧连接翼片176和178从侧壁160和162延伸。侧连接翼片176和178包括位于安装表面186和188中的开口182和184(图3),该开口可容纳紧固件(未示出)以将LED组件16连接至相关表面,诸如形成在槽型字母和箱体标志灯饰、穹形发光引擎、和橱柜中的表面。如图6和7中所见,安装表面186和188与平台76隔开并且在平台76的下方。参照图1,LED组件16沿比照电缆12的方向安装以提高电缆的最大柔性,也就是说,LED 156面向平行于与电缆12的导线18、22和24相交的平面的方向。
从后壁168延伸的多个翅片(fin)190可提供用于LED 156的散热器。翅片被示为散热器,然而,散热器还可包括销或其他结构以增加散热器的表面积。翅片190从后壁168向后并向下延伸。翅片向下延伸几乎到达每个侧连接翼片176和178的安装表面186和188,如图6和7中所见,以使散热器的表面积最大化。如图7中所见,翅片190还朝向前方(即,朝向电缆12)、远离基座124的上部而延伸,以再次使表面积最大化。具体地参照图6,翅片190与电线插口组件14的基架72中的狭槽74对齐,因此空气可流动通过狭槽74以及流过翅片190之间,从而冷却LED 156。
LED 156安装至支撑件192,支撑件192容纳在LED组件16的基座124中。优选地,支撑件192包括热传导材料,例如,热带、热衬垫、热油脂、或者精整光面,以使由LED 156产生的热量朝向翅片190传输,热量可在该翅片处消散。支撑件192通过紧固件194和196固定在基座124中;然而,该支撑件可采用其他传统方式固定至基座124。
电插座198安装在支撑件192上并容纳来自电线插口组件14的端子38和42的凸形端子销108和112。电插座198通过电路(未示出)电连接至LED 156的引线202和204。该电路可印刷在支撑件192上,或者可提供电线以将插座连接至引线202和204。该电路可包括电压管理电路。
在替换地实施例中,与电插座198类似的电插座可安装至电线插口组件14。电线插口组件上的这个电插座可容纳电连接至LED156的凸形插入件。可替换地,可以以其他传统方式实现导线18、22和24与LED 156之间的电连接,其中其他传统方式包括焊接、电线跨接、端子上的卷边、或者其他电-机械连接。
如图4中所见,LED组件16容纳电线插口组件14以将LED组件安装至电缆12。这种连接使得在从电缆12上拆除LED组件16时不会露出由IDC端子38和42形成的孔。参照图2,基座36和盖34的上部54容纳在下延伸部148和152与盖122的上表面之间,以使延伸部148和152装配到电线插口组件的基座36的下横向槽口100和102中。基座36的下纵向槽口98靠在LED 156的支撑件192上。凸形端子销108和112被电插座198容纳以在LED 156与导线18、22和24之间提供电连接。因此,在LED组件16与电线插口或安装组件14之间存在摩擦配合,从而可选择性地从电缆12上拆除LED组件并且由IDC端子形成的孔不会露出。LED组件16与安装组件14之间的插入式连接有助于容易的安装和LED的更换。并且,提供在LED组件16上的散热器允许发光引擎10散发热量,而不需要将发光引擎安装至热传导表面上。
参照图9,发光二极管(LED)发光引擎210的替换实施例包括可与柔性电缆12(图1)相似的柔性电源线212、以及连接于柔性电源线的多个LED组件214。发光引擎10可安装至各种不同的结构并且可用在各种不同的环境中,一些实例包括槽型字母和箱体标志灯饰(诸如图8中所示的)、穹形发光引擎和壁橱下方的加强发光引擎。
柔性电源线212包括多条电线,这些电线在所示的实施例中是正极(+)线216、负极(-)线218、以及串联电线222。该电源线还包括包围电线216、218、和222的绝缘包皮224。电线216、218和222大体上位于一个平面中,该平面会作为弯曲平面被提及。当发光引擎210被安装至平面结构时,所述实施例中的弯曲平面大体上垂直于该结构。当电源线212被放置在与弯曲平面相交的边缘上时,这种定位使该电源线能容易地弯曲。电源导线212还可包括形成在绝缘包皮224中并在相邻导线之间的V形槽。可通过其他电力输送系统将电力传输至LED组件,其他电力输送系统诸如柔性电路和/或引线框架,这些已经在上面描述过了。
参照图10,每个LED组件214大体上包括散热器230、LED232、印刷电路板234(图11)、印刷电路板定位器236、IDC端子保持器238、以及电源线盖240。参照图11,与支撑件192(图2)类似,所示实施例的印刷电路板234大体上包括金属芯242,该金属芯242具有设置在金属芯上方的绝缘层244。因此,所示实施例中的PCB 234是金属芯印刷电路板(MCPCB);然而,可使用其他的PCB和/或支撑件。电路(未示出)在MCPCB 234的绝缘表面244上形成。LED 232安装在绝缘表面244上。触点246从LED 232延伸并且在印刷电路与LED之间提供电连接。正极凸形接触端子248和负极凸形接触端子252均从PCB 234的纵向边缘延伸。接触端子248和252与印刷在PCB 234上的电路电连通。接触端子248和252被焊接至印刷电路板234并且在末端处弯曲。在所示的实施例中,电阻器254被设置在绝缘表面244上并且通过印刷在PCB 234上的电路与LED 232电连通。针对连接至导线212的不同LED组件214,PCB上的电路可能是不同的。例如,如果LED组件以串联/并联结构相互连接,则PCB上的电路可因此改变。当组装组件214时,将热膜256设置在PCB 234的下表面258上,以促进PCB与散热器230之间的热传导。
散热器230被构造成用于接收并容纳PCB 234的至少一部分。所示实施例中的散热器230由热传导材料(例如锌合金)制成。在所示的实施例中,散热器230被形成(例如铸造)为整体单元,该单元包括限定了基本平坦的上表面272和基本平坦的下表面274的上部270。该上部270限定出基本为U形的槽口276,该槽口容纳PCB定位器236和IDC端子保持器238(图10)。紧固件开口278延伸穿过散热器230的上部270。紧固件开口278容纳紧固件(例如,铆钉)以使LED组件214(图9)能够连接至相关结构。
截平的碗形部282从上部270的上表面272向上延伸。该截平的碗形部282限定出截平的或部分截头圆锥形的反射表面284,如图10中所示,当PCB 234被散热器230容纳时,该表面朝向LED 232向下逐渐缩减。该部分碗形部282和反射表面284具有关于其转动轴线去除的区段以便容纳LED 232。该部分碗形部282和反射表面284可采用其他构造,例如反射表面可以是抛物线形的并且该表面不需要像在图中所示的那样被一分为二。当印刷电路板被散热器容纳时,散热器230的上部270中的截平的碗形部282延伸越过印刷电路板234的上表面244的至少一部分。在所示的实施例中,该截平的碗形部282限定出开口,例如,半圆形槽口286,当印刷电路板234被散热器230容纳时,该槽口容纳LED 232。
一体的散热器230还包括与上部270隔开的中心部292。上部270和中心部292通过基本为U形的侧壁294而相互连接。该中心部292限定出基本平坦的上表面296和基本平坦的下表面298。中心部292在上部270下方延伸出去并进入到限定在上部270中的槽口276的下方。上部270、中心部292、以及侧壁294限定出一个空腔302,PCB 234就被容纳在这个空腔中。热膜256设置在印刷电路板234的下表面258与中心部292的上表面296之间。因此,热量通过热膜256从印刷电路板234传输到中心部292中,在中心部处热量可散布到散热器230的侧壁294和上部270中。
基本上U形的下部件310从中心件292向下延伸。下部件限定基本平坦的上表面312和基本平坦的下表面314。下部空腔316被限定在下部件310与中心件292之间。在下部310的相对侧上,L形凸缘318从中心件292的下表面298向下延伸。突出部322也从中心件292的下表面298向下悬垂。该突出部322设置在空腔316的内部。支柱324从侧壁294的前部边缘向下延伸。如图12中所见,每个支柱324均终止在与下部件310的下表面314共面的平面中。因此,支柱324和下部元件310的下表面314提供三点接触,以便保持散热器230相对于发光引擎210(图9)将被安装于其上的相关结构的平面的平面度。支柱324邻近紧固件开口278定位以向散热器230提供稳定性,从而防止在将紧固件铆接或旋拧到相关结构内的过程中的任何变形。支柱324还将电源线212与延伸穿过开口278的任何紧固件分隔开。
如图10中所示,PCB定位器236连接至散热器230。参照图13,所包含的PCB定位器236是一体形成的元件,与散热器230类似,该元件可形成(例如铸造或模塑)为整体。在所示的实施例中,PCB定位器236是由硬质塑料材料铸成的。PCB定位器236包括底壁(base wall)330,该底壁具有第一表面332和与第一表面相对的第二表面334。上槽口328在底壁330的相对端处形成,将在下面更加详细地描述该上槽口的作用。多个元件从这些表面延伸以连接至散热器230或盖238。PCB定位器236包括上悬臂部336,当PCB定位器236连接至散热器时,该上悬臂部从底壁330的第二表面334朝向散热器230延伸。一个截平的或部分的碗形部338从该悬臂部336向上延伸并限定出部分截头圆锥形的反射表面340。截平的碗形部338限定了容纳LED 232的半圆形槽口342。当PCB定位器236被固定于散热器230时,PCB定位器236的截平的碗形部338与散热器230的截平的碗形部282对准以提供用于LED 232的反射表面,在这里结合起来的反射表面284和340围绕LED 232形成了完整一周。
下中心插脚344从底壁330的第二表面334延伸。每个下中心插脚334均包括开口346和倾斜的末端348。当PCB定位器236连接至散热器230时,下中心插脚344被容纳在下空腔316的内部(图12)并且槽口342容纳突出部322。倾斜的末端348使每个插脚更容易地移动越过相应突出部322。因此,下中心插脚344是有些回弹力的,以滑动越过散热器230的槽口342(图12)。
外部插脚350也沿着与下中心插脚344大体相同的方向从PCB定位器236的底壁330的第二表面334延伸。该外部插脚350包括L形槽352。该L形槽352容纳从散热器230的中心部292悬垂的L形插脚318(图12)。外部插脚350被接收在散热器230的下部310(图11和12)的相对侧部上。凸轮臂354也沿着与悬臂部336大体相同的方向从底壁330的第二表面334延伸。凸轮臂354设置在下插脚344和350的上方。凸轮臂包括倾斜端356。当PCB定位器236被容纳在散热器的上部空腔302内部时,凸轮臂354接触散热器230的上部270的下表面274(图11和12)。凸轮臂354是有回弹力的并且在PCB 234上提供向下的力,以使PCB被压在中心件292的上表面296上,从而在PCB 234与上表面296之间提供更多的接触以促进二者之间更多的热传导。
狭槽360延伸穿过底壁330并容纳凸形端子248和252(图11),当PCB 234和PCB定位器236容纳于散热器230的空腔302内部时,该凸形端子从印刷电路板234延伸。中心L形指状部362沿大体上正常的方向从中心壁330的第一表面332向后延伸。该中心指状部设置在形成在底壁330中的狭槽360的下方。外臂364也从中心壁330的第二表面332延伸。每个外臂364均包括倾斜的末端366和开口368。
参照图15,端子保持器238通常包括一体形成的塑料本体380(例如通过铸造和模塑而形成为整体),该塑料本体具有平坦的上表面382。如图16中更清楚地看到的,本体380包括延伸远离本体其余部分的悬臂部384。返回来参照图15,开口386穿过悬臂部384而形成。端子保持器的本体380还包括多个狭槽,这些狭槽允许端子保持器借助PCB定位器236(图10)连接至散热器230(图10)并且还连接至盖238(图10)。多个翼片388(图中仅有一个可见)从本体380的相对平坦横向表面延伸。狭槽392形成在本体380中并且从翼片388朝向前部表面延伸并且在该前部表面处终止,该前部表面与悬臂部相对。翼片388朝向槽口392向下倾斜。参照图13,从PCB定位器236的底壁330的第一表面332延伸的外臂364与翼片338协作以将PCB定位器236连接至端子保持器238。外壁的倾斜端366压制倾斜翼片388,直到翼片388容纳于臂364的开口368内部为止。在所示的实施例中,该臂包括容纳在槽口392内部的连接板(web)。返回来参照图15,端子保持器238的本体380还包括在中心设置的多个L形槽道394。这些L形槽道394容纳从PCB定位器236的底壁330的第一表面332延伸的臂362(图13)。端子保持器238的本体380还包括下部中心L形槽口396,以有助于端子保持器238与盖240之间的连接。
端子保持器238容纳绝缘移位导线(IDC)端子,该端子在所示实施例中是第一或高处端子400和第二或下部端子402。该IDC端子400和402由导电材料(例如,金属)制成。第一端子400容纳于狭槽404中,该狭槽从本体380的底表面朝向上表面382向上延伸。狭槽404在底部表面开启并且被设置在中心L形槽道394与本体的侧横向壁之间。槽道404基本上是U形的。第一IDC端子400包括具有多个尖的端部的第一叉状部406,这些尖的端部插入穿过电源线212的绝缘材料224(图9)以提供电源线212的电线216、218或222中之一与LED 232的电连接。第一IDC端子400还包括与第一叉状部406相对的第二倒圆叉状部408,该叉状部被构造成用于在端子保持器238借助PCB定位器236连接于散热器230时容纳从印刷电路板234延伸的凸形正端子248(图11)。凸形正端子248的弯曲部在第一IDC端子400的第二叉状区域中被略微压缩,以便于在凸形端子248(进而在印刷电路板234)与IDC端子400之间提供更可靠的电连接。第一IDC端子400还包括U形槽道412,该槽道介于第一叉状尖部406与第二叉状部408之间。突出部414向内延伸到U形槽道412中。这些突出部414提供弹性配合,以使第一IDC端子400被贴合地保持在形成于端子保持器238的本体380中的U形槽道404内部。
第二U形槽口412也形成在端子保持器238的本体380中以容纳第二IDC端子402。由于第一尖的叉状部416被设置在第一IDC端子400的第一叉状端406下方,因此第二IDC端子被称作下部端子。第一叉状端406被插入到电源线212的绝缘材料224(图9)中以连接至电线216、218或222中之一。下部IDC端子402的第二叉状端418容纳负凸形导线252,该负凸形导线以与参照第一IDC端子400所述类似的方式从印刷电路板234延伸。第二IDC端子402还包括U形槽道422和隆起部或突起部424,它们与第一IDC端子400的U形槽道412和隆起部414类似。如图16中所见,各个IDC端子400和402的尖端406和416垂直地彼此隔开,以使它们接触电源线212的分离线(图9)。IDC端子的尖的叉状端的定位取决于LED组件214沿电源线212的定位以及LED组件是否以并联、串联、或串联/并联的结构被连接。因此,尖端406和416(即,延伸进入电源线212的端部)的位置可改变。此外,如果需要的话,隔离件(未示出)可从端子保持器238的本体380延伸以中断串联电线212,从而使得LED组件214可采用串联/并联的结构而布线。
参照图17,盖240包括具有L形结构的一体的塑料本体(例如,铸造或模塑成为整体),该L形结构包括下部430和与下部基本成直角的上部432。一对L形凸缘434从下部430的上表面436向上延伸。该上表面436大体上是平坦的。L形凸缘434容纳于形成在端子保持器238(图15)的本体380中的中心L形槽口396内。斜坡形的凸起物(protuberance)438从上部432的上端表面440延伸。该斜坡形的凸起物438容纳于端子保持器238的悬臂部384中的开口386内。该斜坡形的凸起物438向下倾斜以便于凸起物在开口386中的移动。块状的凸起物442也从上表面440延伸。该块状凸起物442容纳于端子保持器238的悬臂部384中的狭槽(不可见)内。如图18中更清楚地看到的,盖240限定了通常处于下部430与上部432相交处的电源线安装座444。安装座444被形成和构造成使得当电源线212被安装就位时,电源导线212的电线216、218和222处在基本垂直的平面中,该平面限定出电源线212的弯曲平面。
为了组装发光引擎210,如图11中所见,将印刷电路板234插入到散热器230的空腔302中并且将热膜256放置在PCB 234与散热器的中心部292的上表面296之间。PCB定位器236(图13和14)随后连接至散热器230,以使凸轮臂354朝下压在PCB 234的上表面244上,以在PCB 234与散热器230之间提供更多的热接触。不需要额外的紧固件(例如,螺钉)来固定PCB 234。随后使用现有技术中已知的灌封材料将PCB灌封在散热器230的空腔302内部。通过形成在底壁330中的槽口328和PCB定位器的底壁中的开口360将灌封材料引入到空腔中。灌封材料是热传导的以提供热路径,该热路径进一步提高散热器230的热性能并且还为安装在PCB234上的零件提供环境保护。因此,热量经由上表面244被传输通过灌封材料并进入到散热器的上部中并且经由PCB 234的下表面258通过热带256被传输。具有IDC端子(例如设置在其中的第一端子400和第二端子402)的端子保持器238连接于PCB定位器236。盖240(图17)随后将电源线212(图9)夹在盖240的上部432与端子保持器238的本体380之间,因此迫使端子400和402的叉状部406和416穿过电源线212的绝缘材料224,从而在电源线的电线与LED 232之间提供电连接。如从图10中所示的实施例中可见,将双面粘结带450贴附到盖240的下表面上。释放层452覆盖带450的粘结层。此外,组件标签454贴在盖240上。组件标签454可包括用以识别印刷在PCB 234上的电路的标记。
LED组件214的组装不需要紧固件。并且,容纳PCB 234的LED组件214的零件是标准组件。因此,当期望提供更多散热时,则可更换散热器230。
为了安装串式发光引擎210,去除粘结层452并将其粘在期望的表面上。随后使用紧固件连接LED组件214,所使用的紧固件通过形成在散热器230中的开口278(图11)而被容纳。支撑腿324与散热器230的下表面314对齐以在散热器与安装表面之间提供三点接触。如果安装表面是热传导的,则热量可传输到安装表面中。然而,散热器被设计成散发由LED产生的热能而无需将热量传输至安装表面。
LED组件214具有低轮廓以便于发光引擎210的卷绕。可通过将该柔性发光引擎缠绕在卷轴周围而封装并运输该发光引擎210。LED组件214的高度(即,散热器的下表面314(或带450的下表面)与散热器230的截平的碗形部338的最上部之间的距离)仅略微大于电源线212的高度(在弯曲平面中)。在所示的实施例中,LED组件的高度不到电源线212的高度的1.2倍。并且,部分碗形部338在LED透镜上方延伸以在搬运、卷绕和解开的过程中保护透镜。

Claims (20)

1.一种串式发光引擎,包括:
柔性电源线,包括电线和用于所述电线的绝缘材料;
散热器,连接于所述电源线;
IDC端子,插入穿过所述绝缘材料并与所述电线电连通;
PCB,至少部分地容纳在所述散热器中,所述PCB包括具有电路的第一表面和与所述第一表面相对的第二表面,所述电路与所述IDC端子电连通,所述第二表面抵靠所述散热器的表面以使热量从LED传输到所述散热器中;以及
LED,安装至所述PCB的所述第一表面并且与所述电路电连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光引擎,进一步包括热传导灌封材料,所述灌封材料布置在所述PCB的至少一部分的上方以便将所述PCB灌封到所述散热器的内部。

4.根据权利要求1所述的发光引擎,进一步包括连接于所述散热器的非导电PCB定位器,所述PCB定位器包括弹性臂,所述弹性臂将所述PCB的第二表面压在所述散热器的基本平坦的表面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光引擎,其中,所述散热器包括基本平坦的下表面,以及第一支柱和第二支柱,所述第一和第二支柱均从所述散热器延伸并终止于基本由所述下表面限定的平面中,以使所述支柱和所述下表面限定出三个接触位置,以便于所述散热器安装在相关的热传导平面件上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发光引擎,进一步包括凸形端子,所述凸形端子从所述PCB的第一表面延伸并且与所述PCB的电路电连通,并且所述IDC端子包括容纳所述凸形端子的部分,以将所述IDC端子机械地紧固于所述PCB并且在所述PCB的电路与所述电线之间提供电连通。

10.一种制造串式发光引擎的方法,所述方法包括:
将IDC端子插入到柔性电源线中;
将所述IDC端子机械地连接至设置在PCB的第一表面上的电连接器,其中,所述电连接器包括电插座和凸形端子中的至少一个,并且所述IDC端子在所述柔性电源线与安装在所述PCB的第一表面上的LED之间提供电连通;

14.一种串式发光引擎,包括:
柔性电源线,所述柔性电源线包括第一电线、第二电线和用于电线的绝缘材料;以及
连接于所述电源线的多个LED组件,每个组件包括:
热传导PCB,具有印刷在所述PCB的第一表面上的电路;
LED,安装于所述PCB的第一表面并且与所述电路电连通;
热传导第一壳体部,用于容纳所述PCB;
连接于所述第一壳体部的电绝缘第二壳体部,所述第二壳体部将所述PCB保持在所述第一壳体部的表面上;和
IDC端子,操作性地连接至所述PCB并且插入到所述电源线的绝缘材料中,以使所述LED通过所述IDC端子与所述第一电线电连通。
15.根据权利要求14所述的发光引擎,进一步包括连接于所述散热器的IDC端子保持器,所述IDC端子保持器包括电绝缘材料。
16.根据权利要求14所述的发光引擎,进一步包括连接于所述散热器的电绝缘元件,所述电绝缘元件将所述IDC端子夹入所述电源线。
17.根据权利要求14所述的发光引擎,其中,所述电源线的所述第一电线和所述第二电线基本处在一个平面中,并且所述电源线在所述电线的平面中测得距离d,而所述散热器测得限定在与所述电线的平面平行的平面中的高度h,其中1<h/d<1.2。
18.根据权利要求14所述的发光引擎,其中,所述第一壳体部包括上面放置有所述PCB的基本平坦的表面,以及朝向所述柔性电源线与所述基本平坦的表面隔开的安装开口,以使当相关紧固件容纳于所述安装开口中时,所述紧固件不会延伸穿过所述平坦表面。
19.根据权利要求18所述的发光引擎,进一步包括邻近所述开口从所述散热器延伸的支柱,所述支柱被定位成用于防止所述柔性电源线接触容纳于所述安装开口中的相关紧固件。
20.根据权利要求14所述的发光引擎,进一步包括从所述PCB的第一表面延伸的凸形端子,其中所述IDC端子机械地连接至所述凸形端子。
