本发明涉及复合纺织品织物(composite textile fabric)以及制造方法。
发明内容
在至少一个实施方式中,提供了一种制造复合纺织品的方法。该方法包括提供纺织品面层(textile face layer)和非纺织背衬层(non-wovenbacking layer)。纺织品面层可例如用粘合剂连接到非纺织背衬层,而粘合剂是在各个层相对于彼此定位前提供到各个层中的至少一个上的。

详述
本发明的目的在于一种复合纺织品,其特征在于,所述复合纺织品由粘结到彼此的两层制成,第一层是纺织品面层,而第二层是非纺织材料背衬层。
纺织品面材可从纺织材料中选择,比如,像直条、Raschel以及圆形针织物(circular knit)的针织的纺织品(knitted textile),编织的纺织品(braidedtextile),以及丝绒,并且纺织品面材可由天然的、人造的,或者合成的纤维制成。
非纺织背衬层可从通过干工艺、挤压工艺或湿工艺(wet process)或这些工艺的组合制成的非纺织材料中选择。非纺织材料可被涂覆,或者也可不被涂覆,并且可由天然的、人造的,或者合成的纤维制成。
非纺织背衬层可以是通过热熔合以及化学熔合或这些熔合技术的组合而熔合的非纺织材料或非纺织片(non-woven sheet),前述热熔合比如纤维热熔合、粉末喷洒(powder sprinkling)、超声,而前述化学熔合比如浸渍、喷雾(spraying)、压按。
复合纺织品的这两层之间的联接可通过以下方式实现,即:通过在这两层的面的其中之一上火焰结合层压材料(flame bonding lamination),和/或通过用预先或非预先施加的粘合剂材料粘合这两层,通过粉末喷洒,通过喷雾,通过浸渍,通过照相凹板式涂敷器(gravure coater),通过按压,或通过这些技术的组合。粘合剂材料可设置在各个层的两面的至少其中之一上。粘合剂材料可预先包含在这两层的至少其中之一上,且其是通过浸渍、粉末喷酒、喷雾、照相凹板式涂敷器、按压或通过这些技术的任意组合而引入的,和/或其已渗入一层或两层的纤维的至少一部分中。粘合剂可以是预先或非预先引入到各层之间的双面粘合剂膜、预先或非预先引入到各层之间的可热熔合的膜(thermofusible film),或是这些火焰结合层压材料和/或粘合技术中的至少两种的组合。
背衬层可包含适合于将复合纺织品附着到其最终的支撑件(例如衬垫、木材等)的粘合剂材料。粘合剂材料可通过浸渍、粉末喷洒、喷雾、照相凹板式涂敷器、按压或通过这些技术的任意组合来引入到背衬层中,和/或渗入一层或两层的纤维的至少一部分中。
背衬层的至少一部分可在其自由面上涂覆有一层薄的适合于确保复合纺织品附着到其最终的支撑件比如衬垫、木材等的粘合剂膜。
复合纺织品可通过在分开的辊子上提供面层和背衬层来制造。各层可从其各自的辊子上连续展开和组装,并可按任意以下方式结合:
(a)在已经完成各层的面的至少其中之一的火焰结合层压材料之后;或
(b)在已经在各层的面的至少其中之一上通过喷雾、浸渍、按压、喷洒、照相凹板式涂敷器或通过这些技术的任意组合来施加胶或液体或固体粘合剂之后,热或冷粘合各层;
(c)结合至少其中之一层包含粘合剂材料的各层;
(d)通过热熔合来结合各层,其中,各层的纤维的至少一部分是可熔合的;
(e)通过超声来结合各层,其中,各层的纤维选择成能够通过超声来熔合;
(f)在各层之间引入可热熔合的膜,并通过热熔合来结合各层;
(g)在各层之间引入双面粘合剂膜,并使用上述技术(a至f)的组合通过结合来组装;
热或冷结合通常通过施加力来实现,即通常通过简单的按压或通过穿过若干个圆筒或带来实现,以确保各层之间的粘合、热结合,或通过经由加热的或未加热的熔炉或圆筒或带进行热熔合来实现。
由此形成的复合织物(composite fabric)可进行后浸渍或在背衬层的自由面上沉积粘合剂材料,其后,再送到切割台,比如借助于刀片或压机的手动或自动切割机。
本发明还描述了如上所述的这种复合纺织品的用途,其可用于覆盖及制造交通工具座椅(座椅、座椅靠背、头枕、扶手等)、门背衬、交通工具顶部面板及内部,以及装饰性织物。
根据图1所示的方法,纺织品面层条1以及非纺织背衬条2分别连续地从两个辊子1’、2’展开。
非纺织背衬条2经过小的引导辊子2”。通过类似于上面描述的技术预先施加到非纺织背衬条2上的液体或固体粘合剂材料在装置3中活化,装置3比如纺织品展幅机、熔炉、加热的带、辐射板、电加热的电阻器,并且非纺织背衬条2将经过该装置3。
在纺织品面层条1被施加到带有在装置3中活化的粘合剂材料的非纺织背衬条2之前,纺织品面层条1经过小的引导辊子1”。
纺织品面层条1和非纺织背衬条2通过经由两个压力辊子4、4’而相互支撑。
这个双层条接着在经过两个辊子5、5’时被支撑。
所得到的复合纺织品6接着被转动到织物辊子上,用于储存。
作为一个变化形式,粘合剂材料可沉积在纺织品面层条1上,或甚至同时沉积在纺织品面层条1和非纺织背衬条2上。作为另一个变化形式,其中一层或两层的纤维的至少一部分是可热熔合的。
而且,粘合剂材料可在各个条移动时,在进入活化装置3之前预沉积在各个条上。
参看图2,纺织品面层条10和非纺织背衬条20分别从两个辊子10’、20’展开。
这些条中的任何一个或两个可包含通过例如以上提到的技术而预先施加的粘合剂材料。作为一个变化形式,其中一层或两层的纤维的至少一部分是可热熔合的。
两个条10,20可通过经由两个引导辊子40和40’而相互支撑。
粘合剂材料的活化操作通过使其经过活化装置30来完成,该活化装置30可以与图1中的装置3是相同的类型。作为一个变化形式,沉积在条10上的粘合剂材料可在辊子10’和40’之间活化,和/或,粘合剂材料可在辊子20’和40’之间沉积在条20上。
离开装置30的双层条接着在经过两个压力辊子50和50’时被支撑。
所得到的复合纺织品60可接着被转动到织物辊子上,用于储存。
在至少一个实施方式中,该复合纺织品可防止在储存后打结或破裂。而且,该复合纺织品可提供成没有泡沫层,而泡沫层会增加起皱的风险,增加成本或重量,使包装和运输复杂,并使回收利用变得困难。而且,本发明发现,用非纺织背衬材料来代替泡沫层,且如果需要,代替经平-绒针组织(locknit),可使得可以用与三层复合材料相比的额外优点解决所存在的很多问题,只需要切割两层,从而减少了切割时间(并且有可能同时切割更多的纺织品垫)。
虽然已经展示和描述了本发明的实施方式,但这并不表明这些实施方式展示并描述了本发明的所有可能的形式。而且,说明书中使用的词语是说明性的词语,而不是限制性的词语,并且,应理解,可做出各种变化而不背离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (18)

1.一种制造复合纺织品的方法,其包括:
从第一辊子展开纺织品面层;
从第二辊子展开非纺织背衬层;
为纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层中的至少一个提供粘合剂;
使粘合剂在一装置中活化;
将纺织品面层定位成与粘合剂接触,以将纺织品面层结合到非纺织背衬层;以及
使纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层经过第一对辊子之间,以将纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层挤压在一起,从而形成复合织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述纺织品面层是纺织材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其进一步包括:使所这复合纺织品经过第二对辊子之间,并将所述复合纺织品转动到第三辊子上。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,粘合剂材料在所述复合纺织品退出所述第一对辊子之后提供到所述非纺织背衬层的自由面上。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述装置包括热源,且所述粘合剂由来自所述热源的热活化。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述装置包括火焰,用于将所述非纺织背衬层火焰结合到所述纺织品面层。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述装置超声地将所述非纺织背衬层结合到所述纺织品面层。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述粘合剂作为双面粘合剂膜来提供。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述粘合剂在非纺织材料层处于运动时施加到所述非纺织背衬层。
10.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述粘合剂在所述纺织品面层处于运动时施加到所述纺织品面层。
11.一种制造复合纺织品的方法,其包括:
从第一辊子展开纺织品面层,以及从第二辊子展开非纺织背衬层,其中,所述纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层中的至少一个在被展开之前包括粘合剂材料;
使纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层经过第一对辊子之间,以使得纺织品面层接触非纺织背衬层;
使粘合剂材料活化,以将纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层结合到一起;以及
使纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层经过第二对辊子之间,以将纺织品面层和非纺织背衬层挤压到一起。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述纺织品面层是纺织材料。
13.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述粘合剂材料由所述第一对辊子施加的压力活化。
