背景技术
现有技术中,双面都有绒的毛毯在织造过程中通过起毛机将毛绒从一面抽取 大约 40%到另外一面,这种毛毯的两面毛绒密度不一致,起毛消耗而且这样的织 造方法所使用的一般是经编机, 经编机具有价格高、 织造成本高的缺点。
发明内容
发明目的: 本发明为了解决现有技术的不足, 提供了一种目的在于降低生产 成本, 并且能够使得毛毯双面毛绒密度一致的双层一体式毛毯, 与此相应, 本发 明要解决的另一个问题是提供一种能使得现有的单面毛毯粘合在一起,从而达到 毛毯双面毛绒密度一致的复合机。
技术方案: 为了实现上述发明目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种双层一体式毛毯,包括连接成一体的两个单面毛毯, 所述的单面毛毯由 相互连接的毛绒层和基布层组成。
所述的两个单面毛毯通过两个基布层粘接成一体。
一种织造双层一体式毛毯的方法, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 单面毛毯织造: 将 300Dd/144f大有光面纱或 300Dd/96f大有光面纱, 用圆型纬编机织造, 分成 7路底纱, 14路面纱, 排列方式为面纱- -面纱 _底纱 _ 面纱 _面纱-底纱, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13口总收针三角去除不吃底纱, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13下三角切毛三角去除不切毛, 用 2、 4、 6、 8、 10、 12、 14 口切毛三角切毛, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13 口底纱输纱器去除不吃底纱, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13路底纱托纱盘去除不放底纱, 开车织造, 即成高密度 单面毛毯;
(2)复合: 将单面毛毯的布头用引布接上, 背面涂上复合胶水, 再和另一块 单面毛毯背面粘合, 即成双层一体式毛毯。
作为优选, 步骤 (2) 中, 粘合温度为 185~195°C,

有益效果: 与现有的技术相比, 本发明双面毛绒密度一致, 手感厚实, 其织 造过程简单, 使用的纬编机和复合机价格较低, 而且适于推广应用。

3、 一种织造权利要求 1所述双层一体式毛毯的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以 下步骤:
( 1 )单面毛毯织造: 将 300Dd/144f大有光面纱, 或 300Dd/96f大有光面纱, 用圆型纬编机织造, 分成 7路底纱, 14路面纱, 排列方式为面纱- -面纱 _底纱 _ 面纱一面纱-底纱, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13 口, 总收针三角去除不吃底纱, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13下三角切毛三角去除不切毛, 用 2、 4、 6、 8、 10、 12、 14 口切毛三角切毛, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13 口底纱输纱器去除不吃底 纱, 将 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13路底纱托纱盘去除不放底纱, 开车织造, 即成高 密度单面毛毯;
(2)复合: 将单面毛毯的布头用引布接上, 背面涂上复合胶水, 再和另一块 单面毛毯背面粘合, 即成双层一体式毛毯。
4、 如权利要求 3所述织造双层一体式毛毯的方法, 其特征在于: 步骤 (2) 中, 粘合温度为 185~195°C,
5、 一种权利要求 3所述织造双层一体式毛毯的方法的专用复合机, 其特征 在于: 包括传送装置、单面毛毯上胶装置和双层毛毯粘合装置; 所述的传送装置 包括工作台 (1 )和设置于工作台上的若干送布管(2)组成; 所述的单面毛毯上 胶装置包括胶槽 (3) 和设置于胶槽上方的上胶辊 (31 ) 组成, 在所述的上胶辊
(31 ) 上方设有压辊 (32); 所述的双层毛毯粘合装置包括加热辊 (4), 在所述 的加热辊 (4) 上设有压合坯布用的网带 (5), 所述的网带 (5) 和加热辊 (4) 之间设有进布口 (41 ) 和出布口 (42)。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的织造双层一体式毛毯的方法的专用复合机, 其特征 在于: 所述的送布管 (2) 为 3个。
