Abstract

Description

电驱动装置
技术领域
本发明从根据独立权利要求1的分类的电驱动装置(其例如从文件DE 39 30 144 A1可知)出发。该文件公开了一种用于驱动机动车中的刮水器的电动小型马达,其具有布置在传动装置罐部的凹处中的去干扰模块(Entstoermodul),该去干扰模块同时承担从电马达的电刷至外接头的电联结件的功能。在此,马达的电刷组件座装在支撑着突入到传动装置壳体中的去干扰模块的板上,该去干扰模块在其一方须分别地以单独地相应于传动装置壳体的结构型式和定位(Ausrichtung)的方式而设计。尤其是在所需工具多样性和由此导致的工具成本等方面,电驱动装置的这样的结构是高成本的。
发明内容
相反,根据本发明的带有独立权利要求的特征的电驱动装置具有这样的优点,即,可通过用于不同传动装置位置的、包括电刷架和去干扰模块的相同的组合件的使用而明显地降低工具多样性和工具成本。
通过在从属权利要求中所叙述的措施,独立权利要求中所说明结构型式的有利的改进方案和改善的是可能的。
在此,尤其适宜的是,在去干扰模块处和在电刷架处的保持器件设计为槽与键连接(Nut-und Feder-Verbindung),因为这样的保持器件在其共同作用方面相当可靠且同时可容易地被制造,由此可显著地降低工具成本。在此优选的是,在电刷架处的凹部的相对而置的侧面处构造有相同的键凸起部且在去干扰模块处构造有对此呈镜像地布置的槽,因为在电刷架处伸延的引导肋可容易地被成型且在构造为插入件的去干扰模块处仅需设置有所属的槽状的切口。
优选地,在去干扰模块内,两个结构相同的去干扰电抗器(Entstoerdrossel)在相同的高度上彼此镜像对称地布置且在去干扰模块内被锁定,从而,在去干扰模块的电气部件方面也可实现部件多样性的进一步的降低。相对应地,如有需要,还可额外地在去干扰模块中安置一个或多个去干扰电容器。
本发明的其它设计方案和细节可从本发明的从属权利要求和下面所讨论的实施形式中得出。

具体实施方式
在图1a和1b中以参考标号10标识出了用于刮水器装置的电驱动马达的电刷架,该驱动装置的完整的组件随后借助于图2a和图2b而详细被描述。
在电刷架中保持有电刷12,14和16,其中,相对而置的电刷12和14在较低的转速下对马达进行供电且电刷14和16在较高的转速下对马达进行供电。在电刷架10下面显示出了两个相同的去干扰模块18,其以机械和电的方式与电刷架10相连接以用于电联结和用于马达的去火花干扰(Funkentstoerung,有时或称消除无线电干扰)。对于电驱动装置的不同传动装置位置,结构相同的去干扰模块在此可在电刷架10处在转过180°的两个安装位置中被装配,从而,对于两种不同的驱动装置可采用相同的去干扰模块和相同的电刷架。
去干扰模块18具有夹状的插接触点(Steckkontakt)20和22以用于去干扰模块18与外部电接头的电连接,该插接触点20和22根据安装位置的不同而与相应的传动装置位置相对应地指向相反的方向。作为抗干扰元件,在图1a和图1b中,两个相同的去干扰电抗器24和26彼此错开180°地接合到去干扰模块18中,从而,用于电抗器的联结的线端28和30指向相反的方向。线端28,30与电刷组件的联结片31,33相连接。插接触点20,22以及去干扰电抗器24,26在此布置在充当去干扰模块18的壳体的塑料压铸件32中,其中,插接触点20和22在塑料压铸件的下端部处被接合,同时,去干扰电抗器24和26通过指状的凸起部34而在其各自的位置中被保持。
为了去干扰模块18在电刷架10处或在电刷架10中的固定,塑料压铸件在去干扰电抗器24,26两侧具有向着两侧突出的另外的凸起部36和38,在其中加工出带有相同的位置和大小的槽40,在插入到电刷架10处的矩形状的凹部42中时,其连同在该处在侧面上作为键而被设置的肋44和46一起形成电刷架10处的用于去干扰模块18的相协调(korrespondieren)的保持器件。去干扰模块18的接合方向由箭头48示出。
图2a和2b在透视分解图中显示了在附装在马达壳体50处的传动装置52的彼此转过180°的两个安装位置中的电驱动装置的组装,其中,和在图1中一样,相同的部件设有相同的参考标号。
在图2a和2b中,电驱动装置的转过180°的传动装置位置明显可见。在此,带有输出轴53的传动装置壳体54在图2a中定位成相对于马达轴58和从马达壳体50中突出的驱动蜗杆在右侧,在图2b中则与之相反在左侧。这种的不同的传动装置位置例如在车辆的刮水器驱动装置中对于在右车身侧和左车身侧上的刮水器而言是必需的,其中,根据本发明,对于两种安装位置均可使用相同的包括电刷架10和去干扰模块18的组合件。仅该带有传动装置壳体54和传动装置盖56的传动装置52须针对不同的安装位置而单独地设计。
电刷架10和传动装置盖56的接合方向在图2a和图2b中由箭头60和62给出。在此,插接触点20和22相应地指向传动装置壳体54的敞开侧,并且随后可通过传动装置盖56处的相对应的触点通过外部接头而被触接以用于马达的电压供应。对于两种传动装置位置,驱动装置的马达部分由相同的部件组成,其差异仅仅在于电刷架10中的去干扰模块18的成镜像的接合位置。

Claims (5)

1.一种电驱动装置,尤其是用于车辆的刮水器驱动装置,带有在马达壳体(50)中的电马达,突入到所述马达壳体(50)中的电刷架(10),以电和机械的方式与所述电刷架(10)相连接的、用于电联结并用于所述马达的去火花干扰的去干扰模块(18),并且带有附装在所述马达壳体(50)处的、部分地容纳所述去干扰模块(18)的传动装置(52),该传动装置(52)与输出轴(53)相对于所述马达的驱动轴(58)的预定位置相对应地被设计,其特征在于,所述去干扰模块(18)和所述电刷架(10)装备有相协调的保持器件(40,44),所述保持器件(40,44)允许了结构相同的去干扰模块(18)在所述电刷架(10)处的、在转过180°的两个安装位置中的装配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电驱动装置,其特征在于,在所述去干扰模块(18)处和在所述电刷架(10)处的所述保持器件设计为槽(40)与键(44)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的电驱动装置,其特征在于,所述保持器件具有在所述电刷架(10)处的键凸起部(44)和在所述去干扰模块(18)处的镜像对称地布置的槽(40)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动装置,其特征在于,所述电刷架(10)具有矩形的、在其侧壁处带有镜像对称且平行地伸延的键凸起部(44)的凹部(42)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电驱动装置,其特征在于,结构相同的两个去干扰电抗器(24,26)镜像对称地并排布置在所述去干扰模块(18)中。
