Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是在吹塑成型方法中制造的且在模具中灌装和封口的塑料安瓿。
背景技术
已知这种类型的容器,其中容器体由热塑性的材料制成,如较高或较低密度的聚乙烯、聚丙烯或类似的材料,这些材料与所设置的容器内含物相容,例如参见EP 0 803 442 B1。这种容器通常用于容纳和排出用于治疗或化妆目的的液体,其中液体的排出经由位于容器体的颈部件内的嵌件实现,其排出或输出端部可以相应于规定的应用目的进行预成型,例如设有构成滴落体的、用于在释放滴落孔之后直接排出液滴例如眼药水的出口,释放滴落孔通常通过旋开容器盖实现。在这种类型的容器中嵌件的排出区域上也可以存在 接头。不管排出区域的特殊构造,排出区域可以由端部盖或封闭盖覆盖,其在使用容器内含物之前可以被移除。

通过DE102005025760A1此外已知一种容器,特别是在吹塑成型方法中制造的且在模具中灌装以及封口的塑料安瓿,具有一个与容器体邻接的颈部件(一个第一盖件可拧接到所述颈部件上)以及一个第二盖件,其至少部分在第一盖件和颈部件之间延伸并且设有至少一个具有开口的开启装置用于开启容器体,开启装置借助于第一盖件可封闭,其中借助于第一盖件的拧接过程第一盖件这样带动第二盖件,使得开启装置通常按照开启芯体的形式构成,其启动容器体的开启,其中在第一盖件拧下后一个封闭件以封闭塞的形式释放开启装置的开启并且第二盖件保留在颈部件上。这样利用仅仅一个容器可实现两个不同的开启方案,引入所谓的敞开的盖布置和利用这样的盖布置的芯体开启装置,其可以刺穿薄膜状的封闭的排出孔。
考虑到现有技术,本发明的目的在于与提供开头所述类型的塑料安瓿,其在简单和美观的构造的同时确保嵌件在容器体的颈部件中可靠的位置固定。
根据本发明上述目的通过如下所述的塑料安瓿实现。该塑料安瓿包括:容器体,该容器体具有作为轴向突起与容器体邻接的套筒形的颈部件,该颈部件带有底座;预成型的嵌件,该嵌件在一端具有用于容器内含物的排出件、而在另一端具有圆柱形的周缘面,所述周缘面能固定在颈部件的底座内并且设有至少一个具有有界限的基面的表面不规则体;相应的表面不规则体的基面的轴向延伸长度仅仅是周缘面的轴向延伸长度的一小部分;其中,容器体是以吹塑成型方法制造的且在模具中用容器内含物灌装和封口并且以其颈部件的形成底座的内侧一体成型在嵌件的周缘面的外侧上;其特征在于,相应的表面不规则体由凸点或凹部构成;在周缘面上构成至少一个凸点并且在颈部件的底座的内表面上形成相应的凹部;或者在周缘面上构成至少一个凹部并且在颈部件的底座的内表面上构成相应的凸点;其中,凸点相应地这样进入凹部中,使得嵌件相对于容器体固定,不仅防止轴向运动而且防止旋转运动嵌件是一个具有细长的排出件的空心体,该排出件邻接待容纳在容器体的颈部件内的周缘面并且以逐渐缩小的构造延伸直至排出端部,在该排出端部上存在可被释放的排出孔,该塑料安瓿具有封闭盖,该封闭盖可利用其内螺纹拧接到嵌件的外螺纹上。
通过本发明,代替在轴向方向上基本上在整个周缘面上延伸的肋条,存在一个或多个表面不规则体,其具有有限的轴向延伸长度,由此在嵌件和一体成型的容器体的颈部件之间形成克服旋转力矩以及轴向力的形锁合。
在有利的实施例中,相应的表面不规则体通过凸点构成,其中相应的凸点在横截面上看可以是圆形的、半圆形的或多角形的特别是三角形的或正方形的。
在特别有利的实施例中凸点构成球形的拱起,其中优选在嵌件的周缘面上构成突出的隆起。应当认为也可以通过在嵌件的周缘面上的凹部构成向内定向的凸点。优选如此实现布置,即在嵌件的圆柱体形的周缘面的情况下凸点在至少一个沿圆周方向延伸的圆周线上分布地设置。
在特别优选的实施例中,凸点在多个彼此以轴向间距延伸的圆周线上设置。
在此可以设置凸点的不同的模式布置,例如以这种方式,即在相邻的圆周线中地凸点沿圆周方向彼此错开地设置。
在圆周线中也可以设置不同地设计尺寸的和/或成型的凸点。
在特别优选的实施例中容器具有可拧接到嵌件的外螺纹上的封闭盖。封闭盖也可以设有内部的芯体,通过该芯体在拧接时嵌件上的排出孔可被刺穿。

具体实施方式
本发明接下来借助于实施例描述,其中一嵌件5位于安瓿形式的容器体3的颈部件1内,该嵌件5按照滴落体(Tropfer)的形式构成并且具有一排出孔7,容器内含物(例如用于治疗或化妆目的的液体,如眼药水等)可以由所述排出孔7点滴式排出。如下面仍然详细描述的,嵌件也可以按照另外的形式构成和成型,前提是,嵌件具有周缘面9,该周缘面可固定在容器体3的套筒形的颈部件1的底座11内。在附图所示的实施例中嵌件5是具有圆柱形的周缘面9的空心体,在该周缘面上邻接排出件13,该排出件朝向端侧的排出孔7逐渐缩小,其中在排出件13的初始区域内存在外螺纹15,仅仅在附图5中示出的封闭盖19的内螺纹17可与外螺纹15拧接。

7.如权利要求5或6所述的塑料安瓿,其特征在于,凸点(21)设置在多个彼此以轴向间距延伸的圆周线上。
8.如权利要求7所述的塑料安瓿,其特征在于,在相邻的圆周线中的凸点(21)沿圆周方向彼此错开地设置。
9.如权利要求5或6所述的塑料安瓿,其特征在于,凸点(21)尺寸设计为和/或成型为不同的。
10.如权利要求1所述的塑料安瓿,其特征在于,排出孔(7)可借助于操作元件通过刺穿被释放。
11.如权利要求10所述的塑料安瓿,其特征在于,所述封闭盖(19)用作操作元件,该封闭盖设有内部的芯体(25),在所述拧接时通过该芯体可封闭排出孔(7)。
