Abstract

Container thermoformed with a system for closing, sealing, opening and reclosing characterized by the following details: a neck (1) constituted by: a cylindrical part (2), a conic part (3), a threaded part (4), an open neck extremity (5); by a screw cap (6) constituted by: the handgrip (7), by cutting teeth (8) screw thread (9), conic part (10); a thermosealed top area (11) formed by a thermodeformation (12) of the open extremity (5) of the neck (1) on the handgrip (7) of the cap (6).

Description

Container with a closing.sealing, opening and reclosing system.
FIELD OF THE ART
The present invention refers to the technique of making containers formed, filled and sealed starting from rolls of material which is subsequently thermosealed and thermodeformed. In particular the present invention refers to systems for closing, sealing, opening and reclosing the thermoformed containers.
STATE OF THE ART
At present are known several types of thermoformed containers, for example those for packaging suppositories, monodose ampoules and other containers which are openable by tearing but are not reclosable.
The problem yet to be solved is the making of containers thermoformed with a system for closing, sealing, opening and reclosing.
DESCRIPTION
The present invention is described with reference to the attached drawings as a non limitative example:
Fig. 1 - It's a cross section of an empty container without the closing cap.
Fig. 2 - It's a median section of an empty container without the closing cap.
Fig. 3 - It's a cross section of a container filled and capped.
Fig. 4 - It's a median section of a container filled and capped.
Fig. 5 - Shows a detailed section of the upper top extremity of the container filled, capped but not yet sealed.
Fig. 6 - It's a detailed median section of the upper top extremity of the container filled, capped and sealed. Fig. 7 - It's a detailed cross section of the neck of the container, capped and sealed.
Fig, 8 - It's an enlarged cross sectionof the system for closing and sealing.
Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show a top view of the system for opening the sealed top area.
Fig. 1 1 - Shows the cap opened and lifted.
Fig. 12 - Shows a median section of the opened container.
Fig. 13 - Shows a top view of the opened container.
Fig. 14 - Shows a side view of the reclosed container with the cap re-screwed on.
Fig. 15 - shows a variant of the container with a short neck.
Fig. 16 - shows a variant of the container closed and sealed on the edge of the neck.
Fig. 17 - shows a variant cap opened and lifted.
Fig. 18 - shows a side view of the reclosed container with the variant cap re-screwed on.
In the drawings also every single detail is indicated as follows:
1 ) shows the neck of the thermoformed container.
2) shows the cylindrical part of the neck of the container.
3) shows a conic part of the neck of the container.
4) shows the inside thermoformed thread.
5) shows the open top extremity of the neck of the container.
6) shows the closing cap of the container.
7) shows the handgrip to screw or unscrew the cap.
8) shows the cutting teeth for tearing open the sealed area.
9) shows the screw thread of the cap.
10) shows the conic part of the cap.
11) shows the pressed and sealed area of the top extremity of the container.
12) shows the lining of the handgrip of the cap.
13) shows the notch to ease the opening by tearing of the sealed container.
14) shows the lower torn end of the unsealed cap.
15) shows the upper torn end of the unsealed container. (16) shows the perimetrical border forming a sealing edge on the thermoformed container.
(17) It's the edge of the short neck.
(18) It's the cap of the variant.
(19) shows the handgrip of the variant cap.
(20) shows the sealing of the variant cap.
(21) It's a border of the variant cap for the thermosealing of the container.
(22) shows the variant of the shorter neck.
The evidence of the drawings points out the simplicity, the economy and the affidability of the system for closing, sealing, opening and reclosing.
The invention is obviously susceptible to diverse variants of realization for what concerns either the technological choices of themosensitive rolls of material or as to the entire processing procedures.
Are therefore considered as being an integral part of this invention, all of those thermoformed containers with a system for closing, sealing, opening and reclosing as hereinabove described, illustrated and heretofore claimed.
