技术领域
本发明涉及汽油发动机的燃油雾化装置的维修,具体的讲是一种化油器节油维修方法。
背景技术
目前,摩托车普遍采用化油器的占了绝大部分,这种机构构造简单,维修方便,但存在明显不足之处:由于摩托车行驶时不可避免的要松减油门,在高转速向低转速过渡时,因为发动机产生的吸力大于化油器的空气进入量,燃油被大量经主喷嘴吸入发动机,导致油耗大,污染严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化油器节油维修方法,使得在保证原化油器的构造简单,维修方便的基础上,还具有降低油耗,延长发动机使用寿命,减少尾气排放,可用作汽油摩托车的化油器性能改进。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本化油器节油维修方法操作包括工具垫铁、主喷嘴缩孔棒、小铁锤。把化油器分解,取下喷油嘴,喷油嘴的两端,一边凹的一边向内斜一点点,凹的这一端是靠近油针的上面,斜的这一面是和发泡管相结合,缩孔时一定是斜的这一端,与发泡管相连接的这一端,把喷油嘴的凹面端放入垫铁的5mm小眼中,把主喷嘴缩孔棒垂直于喷油孔,用小铁锤轻轻敲击,敲击的同时边旋转主喷嘴缩孔棒,以保证喷油嘴的均匀缩小,喷油嘴的缩小量以油针在发动机怠速状态下,喷油嘴与油针的间隙为零间隙。当发动机减速时,油门减少油针下降,使得发动机在高速向低速过渡时油针在怠速的状态下刚好把喷油嘴关闭, 减少了汽油的浪费。
与已有技术比较,使用本化油器节油维修方法可不受因减速时喷油嘴与油针的不完全密封,油耗大等弊端。
综上所述,正因为本化油器节油维修方法具有减速时关闭喷油嘴的功能,使汽油化油器摩托车节油10%~25%,降低尾气污染10%。
具体实施方式
具体操作过程如下:把化油器分解,取下喷油嘴,喷油嘴的两端,一边凹的一边向内斜一点点,凹的这一端是靠近油针的上面,斜的这一面是和发泡管相结合,缩孔时一定是斜的这一端,与发泡管相连接的这一端,把喷油嘴的凹面端放入垫铁的5mm小眼中,把主喷嘴缩孔棒垂直于喷油孔,用小铁锤轻轻敲击,敲击的同时边旋转主喷嘴缩孔棒,以保证喷油嘴的均匀缩小,喷油嘴的缩小量以油针在发动机怠速状态下,喷油嘴与油针的间隙为零间隙。当发动机减速时,油门减少油针下降,使得发动机在高速向低速过渡时油针在怠速的状态下刚好把喷油嘴关闭,使汽油化油器摩托车节油10%~25%,降低尾气污染10%。
