本发明的目的是提供一种成本低的用铝钒土和铝酸钙粉生产聚合氯化铝的方法。本发明的技术方案是,用铝钒土和铝酸钙粉生产聚合氯化铝的方法,其特征在于:(1)将浓度为10-30%的0.8-1.3吨的盐酸在反应釜中升温到60-130℃,缓慢加入0.2-0.6吨的铝钒土恒温反应1-2小时后,(2)加入0.05-0.1吨双氧水和0.2-0.4吨的铝酸钙粉氧化反应1-2小时后,静置1小时,即得到液体聚合氯化铝。本发明与现有技术比较具有生产成本低的显著优点。
具体实施方式:
本发明的制备方法是,将浓度为10-30%的0.8-1.3吨的工业盐酸升温到60-130℃,缓慢加入0.2-0.6吨的铝钒土恒温反应1-2小时后,加入0.05-0.1吨双氧水和0.2-0.4吨铝酸钙粉,氧化1-2小时,静置1小时,即得到液体聚合氯化铝。
