Description

复合熔融树脂的供给方法及其供给装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于形成包含一层熔融树脂层和被该熔融树脂层包围的至少一层内侧熔融树脂层的复合熔融树脂原料的复合熔融树脂的供给方法和供给装置。
背景技术
用于形成通过空心成形来成形饮料用容器的前成形体(通常称为预成型体)或者容器盖,或者杯等容器主体的合成树脂原料已被使用。正如本领域技术人员所周知的那样,使用包含外侧熔融树脂层和被该外侧熔融树脂层包围的至少一层的内侧熔融树脂层的复合熔融树脂原料的不少。通常,作为外侧熔融树脂选定机械特性及卫生性优良的合成树脂,作为内侧熔融树脂选定气密性优良的合成树脂。
在WO2004/065101中,公开了包括供形成预成型体主层的主层形成熔融树脂流动的最外侧流路、具有在最外侧流路中开口的外侧排出口的供形成预成型体副层的副层形成熔融树脂流动的外侧流路、具有在外侧流路中的开口的内侧排出口的供形成芯层的芯层形成熔融树脂流动的内侧流路的复合熔融树脂供给装置。
在内侧排出口上附设用于选择性地开闭它的开闭部件和将副层形成熔融树脂间断地配设在外侧排出口上的间断部件。根据由熔融树脂供给装置的开闭部件实施的内侧排出口的开闭,芯层形成熔融树脂从内侧流路经外侧流路间断地流入最外侧流路。该芯层形成熔融树脂在流入最外侧流路的内侧时,被副层形成熔融树脂挤压变形。
在日本特公平6—49318号公报中,公开了包括供形成预成型体主层的主层形成熔融树脂流动的外侧流路、具有在外侧流路中开口的内侧排出口的供形成预成型体壳层的壳层形成熔融树脂流动的内侧流路、具有在内侧流路中开口的最内侧排出口的供形成预成型体的芯层的芯层形成熔融树脂流动的最内侧流路的复合熔融树脂形成装置。
在最内侧排出口上附设用于选择性地开闭它的开闭部件,根据由开闭部件实施的最内侧排出口的开闭,壳层形成熔融树脂以壳状覆盖芯层形成熔融树脂地被供给到外侧熔融树脂内。
通常,主层和副层以相同材料形成,因此可认为是一层。由WO2004/065101的技术形成的预成型体,被形成主层-芯层-主层的3层结构的预成型体(详细情况参照实施例)。由于具有功能性的芯层与主层的材质不同,所以被限定为2种3层结构的预成型体的成形。
若采用日本特公平6—49318号公报的技术,由于壳层形成熔融树脂以壳状覆盖芯层形成熔融树脂地被供给到连续地在外侧流路中流动的主层形成熔融树脂的内侧,所以能形成主层—壳层—芯层—壳层—主层的5层结构。而且,如果改变主层、壳层、芯层的材质,能形成3种5层结构的预成型体。这样,日本特公平6—49318号公报的技术就成为多种多层结构,但由于芯层及壳层是球形状,所以控制多层压缩成型品的层分布是困难的,而由壳层将芯层内包也是困难的。
本发明是鉴于这种情况的发明,其目的在于提供能够容易地形成多种多层的预成型体的复合熔融树脂的供给方法及其装置。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本发明的复合熔融树脂的供给方法具有三个步骤:第一步骤,通过开闭在多条环状流路的最内侧流动的芯层形成熔融树脂及在该芯层形成熔融树脂的外侧流动的壳层形成熔融树脂的合流层的排出部,形成由壳层形成熔融树脂内包芯层形成熔融树脂的壳体;第二步骤,间断地排出在上述壳层形成熔融树脂的外侧流动的副层形成熔融树脂,并用上述副层形成熔融树脂挤压上述壳体而使其变形;第三步骤,把包含上述挤压变形了的壳体的复合熔融树脂以壳体为单位切断并供给下道工序。
上述复合熔融树脂的供给方法,能够由阀体开闭上述芯层形成熔融树脂和上述壳层形成熔融树脂的上述合流层的排出部。
上述熔融树脂的供给方法能够使主层形成熔融树脂在设置于上述副层形成熔融树脂的外侧的环状流路中连续流动,将用该主层形成熔融树脂包含上述复合熔融树脂而进一步形成的复合熔融树脂以上述壳体为单位切断。

在上述复合熔融树脂的供给装置中,能够形成使上述壳层形成熔融树脂流动的内侧环状流路和上述芯层形成熔融树脂流动的最内侧环状流路合流的内侧合流路,在这些熔融树脂的合流层形成之后,使该合流层流通到上述外侧排出口。
在上述复合熔融树脂的供给装置中,上述开闭部件能够做成可沿轴向进退移动地配置在上述环状流路的轴心部中且在前端部形成闭塞上述内侧排出口的阀的阀体。
在上述复合熔融树脂的供给装置中,在上述内侧流路和上述外侧流路之间配设1个以上进一步内包上述壳体的壳层形成熔融树脂的流路,同时,在上述外侧排出口和内侧排出口之间配设有该1个以上的壳层形成熔融树脂的排出口。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的实施方式的熔融树脂的供给方法及其供给装置进行说明。
图1表示本发明的复合熔融树脂的供给装置的喷嘴主体。
喷嘴主体1由多个筒状部件构成,由最外侧的外侧部件2、最内侧的内侧部件6、在这些部件2及6之间从外侧向内侧依次配设的中间部件3~5构成。中间部件3~5及内侧部件6被配设成嵌合在位于各自的外侧的部件的内周部。在部件3~6的上部,嵌合安装有盖状的上部部件7。
在内侧部件6的内部形成有沿上下方向延伸的空心部16,在空心部16中配设有可沿轴向滑动的轴状的开闭阀9。在内侧部件6的上部配设有轴支承滑动阀9并使其向上下方向滑动的轴承8。
在外侧部件2的内周面和中间部件3的内周面之间形成最外侧流路11,在最外侧流路11上设置压送主层熔融树脂的主层供给口18。在中间部件3及4之间形成外侧流路12,在外侧流路12上设置压送副层熔融树脂的副层供给口19。在中间部件4及5之间形成内侧流路13,在内侧流路13上设置压送壳层熔融树脂的壳层供给口20。在中间部件5及内侧部件6之间形成最内侧流路14,在最内侧流路14上设置压送芯层熔融树脂的芯层供给口21。
如图2所示,最外侧流路11包括横截面形状为环状的导入部11a和横截面形状为圆形的排出部11b。导入部11a的下游部向下游逐渐向半径方向内方倾斜地延伸,导入部11a的下游端与排出部11b的上游端周缘部连接。在排出部11b的下游端形成喷嘴排出口11c。外侧流路12也包括横截面形状为环状的导入部12a和横截面形状为圆形的排出部12b。导入部12a的下游部向下游逐渐向半径方向内方倾斜地延伸,导入部12a的下游端与排出部12b的上游端周缘部连接。
排出部12b比较短,在其下游端形成外侧排出口12c,该外侧排出口12c在上述最外侧流路11的排出部11b中的上游端中央部开口。
内侧流路13的横截面形状是环状,而且在其内侧流动的最内侧流路14的横截面形状也是环状。这些流路13、14在下游侧形成合流的内侧合流路15。该内侧合流路15包括横截面形状为环状的导入部15a和横截面形状为圆形的排出部15b。导入部15a的下游部向下游向半径方向内方倾斜地延伸,导入部15a的下游端与排出部15b连接。排出部15b比较短,在其下游端形成内侧排出口15c,该排出口15c在上述外侧流路12的排出部12b中的上游端开口。
如图2所示,最外侧流路11的主层供给口18(参照图1)与最外侧熔融树脂供给部件26连接。最外侧熔融树脂供给部件26包括挤出机27和连接在其下游的齿轮泵28,从挤出机27挤出的熔融状态的最外侧熔融树脂A经齿轮泵28供给到最外侧流路11。外侧流路12的副层供给口19(参照图1)与外侧熔融树脂供给部件29连接。
外侧熔融树脂供给部件29包括挤出机30和连接在其下游的齿轮泵31。从挤出机30挤出的熔融状态的外侧熔融树脂B经齿轮泵31供给到外侧流路12。
最外侧熔融树脂A和外侧熔融树脂B可以是同样的,例如,在聚酯的情况下,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯特别合适。
内侧流路13的壳层供给口20(参照图1)与内侧熔融树脂供给部件32连接。内侧熔融树脂供给部件32包括挤出机33和连接在其下游的齿轮泵34,从挤出机33挤出的熔融状态的内侧熔融树脂C经齿轮泵34供给到内侧流路13。
最内侧流路14的芯层供给口21(参照图1)与最内侧熔融树脂供给部件35连接。最内侧熔融树脂供给部件35包括挤出机36和连接在其下游的齿轮泵37,从挤出机36挤出的熔融状态的最内侧熔融树脂D经齿轮泵38供给最内侧流路14。
在按照本发明构成的装置中,如图1所示,配设用于选择性地开闭配设在上述内侧合流路15的下游端的内侧排出口15c的开闭部件。开闭部件包括轴状开闭阀9。轴状开闭阀9具有与内侧合流路15的排出部15b的内径实际上相同的外径,其前端部形成圆锥形状。能够由未图示的凸轮机构或者流体压缸机构等构成,通过向其轴向前进移动轴状开闭阀9,能够使内侧排出口15c为闭状态,通过后退移动,能够使内侧排出口15c选择性地位于开状态。当轴状开闭阀9位于开位置时,配设在内侧合流路15的下游端的内侧排出口15c被打开,内侧合流路15与外侧流路12连通。当轴状开闭阀9位于闭位置时,配设在内侧合流路15的下游端的内侧排出口15c被关闭,内侧合流路15与外侧流路12被切断。
如图2所示,在这种复合熔融树脂供给装置中,最外侧熔融树脂供给部件26最好连续地动作(挤出机27连续地动作,同时齿轮泵28也连续地动作),从而连续地向最外侧流路11供给最外侧熔融树脂A。内侧熔融树脂供给部件32及最内侧熔融树脂供给部件35也优选连续动作(挤出机33、36连续动作,同时齿轮泵34、37也连续动作)。但是,附设在内侧合流路15中的轴状开闭阀9需要交替地位于开位置和闭位置。
流经内侧流路13的内侧熔融树脂C及流经最内侧流路14的最内侧熔融树脂D在内侧合流路15中合流,在环状流路的外侧流动的内侧熔融树脂C在环状包围在内侧流动的最内侧熔融树脂D的周围这样的环状2层流形态下在内侧合流路15内流动。
当轴状开闭阀9处于开位置时,供给到内侧合流路15中的内侧及最内侧熔融树脂C、D,经外侧流路12的排出部12b流入最外侧流路11的排出部11b,当轴状开闭阀9处于闭位置时,内侧合流路15的内侧排出口15c被关闭,内侧及最内侧熔融树脂C、D不会流入外侧流路12的排出部12b。
另一方面,外侧熔融树脂供给部件29需要根据轴状开闭阀9的开闭而间断地动作(挤出机30连续地动作而齿轮泵31间断地动作)。优选的是,外侧熔融树脂供给部件29与轴状开闭阀9处于闭位置而关闭内侧排出口15c的同时开始动作或者在此之前开始动作,与轴状开闭阀9处于开位置而打开内侧排出口15c的同时动作或者在此之前动作。轴状开闭阀9处于闭位置而关闭内侧排出口15c的时间间隔是轴状开闭阀9位于开位置而打开内侧排出口15c的时间间隔的1至4倍左右是合适的。
具体地讲,如图3的C所示,在轴状开闭阀9使排出口15c成为关闭状态之后,如图3的A所示,轴状开闭阀9向上方后退移动而开阀。在此状态下,内侧熔融树脂C处于最内侧熔融树脂D的外层,导入部15a的下游侧向半径方向内方向下侧倾斜地延伸。由于轴状开闭阀9的前端部为圆锥形状,所以如图3的A所示,内侧熔融树脂C绕到最内侧熔融树脂D的底部并内包最内侧熔融树脂D。另一方面,外侧熔融树脂B处于间断状态,被内侧熔融树脂C覆盖的最外侧熔融树脂D成为雨滴形状,从而形成内包最内侧熔融树脂那样的壳体X。然后,从内侧合流路15经外侧流路12的排出部12b流入最外侧流路11的排出部11b内。然后,此雨滴形状的壳体X被供给到在成为间断状态之前供给的外侧熔融树脂B之上。
如图3的B所示,轴状开闭阀9向下方前进移动,在与使内侧排出口15c成为关闭状态的同时或比其更早,将外侧流路12的外侧熔融树脂B从间断状态变为供给状态。这样,外侧熔融树脂B挤压雨滴形状的壳体X的同时流入排出部12b,如图3的C所示,雨滴形状的壳体X向横向扩展并成为平坦的形状。在排出部12b的开口附近,成为中央向下侧突出的大致月牙形状。如上所述,最外侧流路11的最外侧熔融树脂A在排出部11b的周缘部连续地排出,外侧熔融树脂B及壳体X流入最外侧熔融树脂A内。
以这样的作业为一个周期反复进行数次,在每一周期中,当壳体X供给到排出部11b的开口之前时,上次形成的被未图示的切断部件切断。熔融树脂经输送部件供给下道工序的压缩成型机。
在压缩成型机中,当熔融树脂被压缩并形成预成型体时,如图4的向视A的圆内所示,形成了从预成型体周壁的内侧向外侧方向重叠主层/副层50、壳体51、芯层52、壳层51、副层/主层50的由于预成型体的多层合成树脂。最外侧熔融树脂A和外侧熔融树脂B用相同的熔融树脂,另外,如果内侧熔融树脂C和外侧熔融树脂D采用不同的功能性树脂,则能形成3种5层的预成型体。
这样,在本实施方式中,通过使由壳树脂层内包的芯树脂变形成适于压缩成型的形状,压缩成型多层熔融树脂块,能够得到形成5层以上的层的多层成形品。
气密层或粘接层等功能性树脂,价格比较高,由于即使薄也有充分的功能,所以希望减薄厚度,因而,如本实施方式那样,通过由壳树脂层内包芯层,能够将各中间层(各壳体层、芯层等功能性树脂)的厚度形成得较薄。
另外,如图2所示,由于从下游侧向上游侧依次排列喷嘴排出口11c、外侧排出口12c、内侧排出口15c,所以排出口不会集中在1个部位上,不会使喷嘴主体1的中央排出口的结构复杂化,而使多层化成为可能。
这样,如图4所示,预成型体做成瓶45、保温瓶46、杯47、盖48等一次成型品使用,通过吹塑成型预成型体,形成图5所示的瓶主体45a、保温瓶主体46a、杯主体47a等二次成型品。这些容器的周壁,如图5的向视B的圆内所示,从容器周壁的内侧向外侧方向重叠主层/副层50a、壳层51a、芯层52a、壳层51a、副层/主层50a而形成。
再有,在本实施方式中,对于在最外侧流动的最外侧熔融树脂(主层)A,有时也可以根据熔融树脂B~D的材质(粘度)或分量(流量)而不使用。在那种情况下,由于省略了主层,因此形成了重叠副层50a、壳层51a、芯层52a、壳层51a、副层50a的二次成型品。
接着,对本发明的复合熔融树脂的供给方法及其供给装置的第二实施方式进行说明。另外,对于与上述第一实施方式相同的部分,标注相同的附图标记来说明,省略其详细的说明。
在上述第一实施方式中,形成了3种5层的预成型体,在本实施方式中,是形成5种9层的预成型体的方法。
如图6所示,在外侧流路12和内侧流路13之间,形成配设在外侧的外中间流路41和配设在内侧的内中间流路42。这些中间流路41、42在其下游侧的中间合流路43处合流,如图7所示,在外侧流动的内中间侧熔融树脂E环状包围在内侧流动的外中间侧熔融树脂F的周围,在此环状2层流形态下,在中间合流路43内流动。
该中间合流路43包括横截面形状为环状的导入部43a和横截面形状为圆形的排出部43b。导入部43a的下游部向下游向半径方向内方倾斜地延伸,导入部43a的下游端与排出部43b连接。排出部43b比较短,在其下游端形成内侧排出口43c,该排出口43c在外侧流路12的排出部12b中的上游端开口。
再有,在这些外中间流路41和内中间流路42的上游侧,设置未图示的中间侧熔融树脂供给部件,配设挤出机及齿轮泵(参照图2)。
采用这样的结构,如图8的C所示,在轴状开闭阀9使排出口15c、43c为闭状态之后,如图8的A所示,轴状开闭阀9向上方后退移动而开阀。在此状态下,内侧熔融树脂C处于最内侧熔融树脂D的外层,导入部15a、43a的下游侧向半径方向内方向下侧倾斜地延伸。再有,由于轴状开闭阀9的前端部是圆锥形状,因此,如图8的A所示,成为最先开阀的中间合流路43的外层的外中间侧熔融树脂E绕到内中间侧熔融树脂F的底部。接着,这些熔融树脂E、F与内侧熔融树脂C一起绕到最内侧熔融树脂D的底部,形成为用3层内包最内侧熔融树脂D。另一方面,外侧熔融树脂B处于间断状态,熔融树脂C、E、F和被它们覆盖的最内侧熔融树脂D形成雨滴形状,从内侧合流路15经外侧流路12的排出部12b流入最外侧流路11的排出部11b内。然后,由该雨滴形状的熔融树脂C~F构成的壳体X被供给到在成为间断状态之前供给的外侧熔融树脂B之上。
如图8的B所示,轴状开闭阀9向下方前进移动,使排出部15b成为闭状态,同时,使外侧流路12的外侧熔融树脂B从间断状态变为供给状态。这样,外侧熔融树脂B在挤压壳体X的同时流入排出部11b,如图8的C所示,雨滴形状的壳体X慢慢向横向扩展而成为平坦的形状,在排出部11b的开口附近,成为中央向下侧突出的大致月牙形状。如上所述,最外侧流路11的最外侧熔融树脂A向排出部11b的外周部连续地排出,外侧熔融树脂B及壳体X流入最外侧熔融树脂A内。
以这样的作业为一个周期反复进行数次,在每一周期中,当壳体X被供给到排出部15b的开口之前时,上次形成的被未图示的切断部件切断。
这样,形成了从预成型体周壁的内侧向外侧方向重叠内主层、内副层,内第1壳层,内第2壳层、芯层、外第2壳层、外第1壳层、外副层、外主层的用于形成预成型体的熔融树脂。如果最外侧熔融树脂A和外侧熔融树脂B使用相同的熔融树脂,而内侧树脂C,外侧树脂D、中间树脂E、F采用各自不同的功能性树脂,则能形成5种9层的预成型体。
通过由壳树脂层内包芯层,能够将各中间层(各壳层、芯层)的厚度形成得较薄。
如此前所述,如果利用本发明,在使用3种材料时能够得到5层的成型品,在使用5种材料时能够得到9层的成型品,当设材料种类数为n时,层数表示成2n-1。因此,如果再将芯流路或者壳流路数分割成6种,7种......,则能够得到层数为11层,13层......的成型品。这样,通过一次使用更多种的材料,就能够一次组合不同性质的材料,可得到兼具各种各样性能的高性能的成型品。
再有,在本实施例中,对于在最外侧流动的最外侧熔融树脂(主层)A,有时也可以根据熔融树脂B-F的材质(粘度)或分量(流量)而不被使用,这与上述第一实施例是相同的。
本发明的复合熔融树脂的供给装置,由于在喷嘴部设置供主层形成熔融树脂流动的最外侧环状流路与在上述最外侧环状流路的内侧副层的形成熔融树脂流动的外侧环状流路合流的外侧排出口,设有在配设于上述外侧环状流路内侧的内侧环状流路中流动的壳层形成熔融树脂和在配设于上述内侧环状流路内侧的最内侧环状流路中流动的芯层形成熔融树脂合流的内侧排出口,从熔融树脂的流动方向的下游侧向上游侧依次配置上述外侧排出口、上述内侧排出口,设置使上述主层连续流出的供给部件、开闭上述内侧排出口的开闭部件、使上述副层形成熔融树脂间断排出的间断排出部件,上述芯层形成熔融树脂和上述壳体层形成熔融树脂根据上述开闭部件,而形成上述壳层形成熔融树脂内包上述芯层形成熔融树脂的壳体,在该壳体通过上述外侧排出口之后,上述副层形成熔融树脂挤压壳体而使其变形,所以,能够形成在预成型体周壁的用主层及副层形成的树脂层之间重叠壳层、芯层、壳层的预成型体,能够形成多种多层(3种5层)的预成型体。另外,由于从熔融树脂的流动方向的下游侧向上游侧依次配置外侧排出口、内侧排出口,所以,排出口不集中在喷嘴部的中央部的1个部位上,不会使喷嘴部的中央排出口的结构复杂化,从而使多层化成为可能。
在上述复合熔融树脂的供给装置中,由于形成使供上述壳层形成熔融树脂流动的内侧环状流路和供上述芯层形成熔融树脂流动的最内侧环状流路合流的内侧合流路,形成这些熔融树脂的合流层之后,使该合流层流通到上述外侧排出口,所以,能够形成壳层和芯层的双层合流层。
在上述复合熔融树脂的供给装置中,由于上述开闭部件可沿轴向进退移动地配置在上述环状流路的轴心部,且前端部做成形成闭塞上述内侧排出口的阀的阀体,所以通过阀的开闭能够有效地形成壳体,通过上述间断排出部件的间断动作,能够有效地挤压壳体使其变形。
在上述复合熔融树脂的供给装置中,由于在上述内侧流路和上述外侧流路之间配设1个以上的进一步内包上述壳体的壳层形成熔融树脂的流路,同时,在上述外侧排出口和内侧排出口之间配设该1个以上的壳层形成熔融树脂的排出口,所以在用预成型体周壁的主层及副层形成的树脂层之间,例如,在追加1个壳层形成熔融树脂的流路的情况下,能够形成重叠了第2壳层、壳层、芯层、壳层、第2壳层的4种7层的预成型体,再有,在增加壳层形成熔融树脂的流路的情况下,能够形成更多的多种多层(当设材料种类数为N时,层数为2n-1)的预成型体。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明当然可以基于本发明的技术思想,进行各种变形或变更。
关于上述喷嘴主体1的各流路(最外侧流路11、外侧流路12、内侧流路13、最内侧流路14、内侧合流路15、外中间流路41、内中间流路42、中间合流路43)的形状,可以是直线形状,或包含曲线形状。流路的宽度(部件间的间隔)可以是恒定的宽度,也可以在流路的中间设置形成台阶的宽幅部。另外,也可以仅在熔融树脂的排出口部形成为环状流路,该环状流路的上游侧形成为螺旋状。
最外侧熔融树脂供给部件26连续地动作,从而连续地供给熔融树脂,因此,可以根据要求省略齿轮泵28。但是,为了使被连续供给的熔融树脂的流动均匀且顺畅,优选配设齿轮泵28。
另外,关于使用齿轮泵28、31、34、37进行的间断排出方法,除齿轮泵之外,还可以选择交替使用多个阀芯(plunger)的方法,开闭阀销、旋转阀的方法等与材料的种类、成形品的重量(挤出重量)、成形速度对应的适当的方法,从而适宜地挤压壳体而使其变形。

Claims (7)

1.一种复合熔融树脂的供给方法,包括三个步骤:
第一步骤,通过开闭在多条环状流路的最内侧流动的芯层形成熔融树脂及在该芯层形成熔融树脂的外侧流动的壳层形成熔融树脂的合流层的排出部,形成由壳层形成熔融树脂内包芯层形成熔融树脂的壳体;
第二步骤,间断地排出在上述壳层形成熔融树脂的外侧流动的副层形成熔融树脂,并用上述副层形成熔融树脂挤压上述壳体而使其变形;
第三步骤,把包含上述挤压变形了的壳体的复合熔融树脂以壳体为单位切断并供给下道工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合熔融树脂的供给方法,由阀体开闭上述芯层形成熔融树脂和上述壳层形成熔融树脂的上述合流层的排出部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合熔融树脂的供给方法,使主层形成熔融树脂在设置于上述副层形成熔融树脂的外侧的环状流路中连续流动,将用该主层形成熔融树脂包含上述复合熔融树脂而进一步形成的复合熔融树脂以上述壳体为单位切断。
4.一种复合熔融树脂的供给装置,在喷嘴部中设置:
供主层形成熔融树脂流动的最外侧环状流路与在上述最外侧环状流路的内侧供副层形成熔融树脂流动的外侧环状流路合流的外侧排出口,
设有在配设于上述外侧环状流路内侧的内侧环状流路中流动的壳层的形成熔融树脂和在配设于上述内侧环状流路的内侧的最内侧环状流路中流动的芯层形成熔融树脂合流的内侧排出口,
从熔融树脂的流动方向的下游侧向上游侧依次配置上述外侧排出口、上述内侧排出口,
设置使上述主层连续流出的供给部件、开闭上述内侧排出口的开闭部件、使上述副层形成熔融树脂间断排出的间断排出部件,
上述芯层形成熔融树脂和上述壳层形成熔融树脂根据上述开闭部件而形成上述壳层形成熔融树脂内包上述芯层形成熔融树脂的壳体,在该壳体通过上述外侧排出口之后,上述副层形成熔融树脂挤压壳体使其变形。
5.根据权利要求4所述复合熔融树脂的供给方法,形成使供上述壳层形成熔融树脂流动的内侧环状流路和供上述芯层形成熔融树脂流动的最内侧环状流路合流的内侧合流路,在这些熔融树脂的合流层形成之后,使该合流层流通到上述外侧排出口。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的复合熔融树脂的供给装置,上述开闭部件是可沿轴向进退移动地配置在上述环状流路的轴心部中,且在前端部形成闭塞上述内侧排出口的阀的阀体。
7.根据权利要求4~6的任一项所述的复合熔融树脂的供给装置,其特征在于,在上述内侧流路和上述外侧流路之间配设1个以上进一步内包上述壳体的壳层形成熔融树脂的流路,同时,在上述外侧排出口和内侧排出口之间配设该1个以上的壳层形成熔融树脂的排出口。
