技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对连铸产品进行加热和/或温度平衡的辊底加热炉,这连铸产品尤其是由钢或者钢材料组成并以适合加热炉的分段长度可以在辊子上通过炉腔输入并又输出,以及涉及这加热炉在热轧带精轧机列前的布置,在这精轧机列里还将热轧带轧制、冷却并在一个卷取站里被卷绕成卷盘。
背景技术
这样的辊底加热炉很长并有热损失,并且由于氧化皮的回炉重烤而长时间地置于辊子上使其压入到连铸产品的底面上,这随后在轧制时就造成轧件,尤其是轧带的质量降低。
一种这样的布置在热轧带精轧机列前的辊底加热炉例如由DE4411216A1中就已知了。这种炉子具有固定炉底和提升炉底,在其耐火炉衬上放置了加热件。在这耐火炉衬里加工有倾斜凹处,其作用应该是下部加热和排除氧化皮。氧化皮经过炉床之间的输送槽并通过氧化皮落井被排出。
在由辊子构成的炉床中虽然通过辊子间距可以更有利地在短的间距上使氧化皮排出,但是余下的氧化皮由于重的连铸产品,例如象板坯-分段长度的重量而压入到连铸材料里并引起所提到的表面误差,这种误差正如前面所述,会一直继续到制成产品。设有辊子的提升炉床例如已在EP 0 361 057 B1中公开。然而一种这样的结构类型是一种极复杂的结构作为由运输辊子组成的滚动-和提升炉床装置,这些运输辊子设置于炉膛之外并且可以通过在提升炉床的中间腔里的炉子侧壁板的开孔移入和移出。因此产生很大的热损失并具有低的热效率。
发明内容
本发明的任务是对传统的辊底加热炉进行改进,从而实现缩短了其长度和缩减了整体设备(例如象一种CSP-/紧凑条板生产),这些设备包括有连铸设备和热轧带精轧机列,同时改善了热效率并因此节省了能量。同时在连铸产品底面上较少有损伤性的压入。
所提任务按照发明通过以下途径来解决:在这开头所示出的辊底加热炉中在一个进入侧设有第一个在炉子的纵向方向上布置的由辊子组成的辊列,其长度相当于连铸产品的宽度;而在出口侧设有第二个辊列,它与第一个辊列平行;而且在第一和第二个辊列之间设有一个缓冲区,它具有提升元件用于对连铸产品进行横向运输。优点是缩短了炉子的长度,因此缩减了整体设备,由于缩减而改进了效率,因此实现节能。由于缩减很少有氧化皮压入到连铸产品的底面上,因此随后在轧制时提高了钢带的质量。
一种设计方案规定:第一个在炉子纵向方向上布置的辊列和/或第二个辊列都有一个加热区。因此有利于改善热效率和节能。板坯可以在需要时更强烈地进行加热。因此可以扩展铸-轧设备的产品品种。
另一种用于改善温度水平的设计方案在于:在缓冲区里设有另一个可以接入的加热区和/或一个保温区。
按照发明的另一个特征提升元件可以由提升横梁组成。
在连续浇铸液态金属,尤其是液态钢材料,成板坯条或者扁平薄条,所谓薄板坯时,这些板坯在辊底加热炉里进行加热和温度平衡之后在一个热轧带-精轧机列里(去氧化皮,按分段长度切割)被轧制成热轧板坯,使之冷却并在一个卷取站里被卷绕成卷盘,按照另一个发明按照如下方法进行一种这样的辊底加热炉的布置:在一个多路连铸设备里设有一个共同的辊底加热炉或者每路连铸流各设有一个分开的辊底加热炉,每路连铸流各有由平行的辊列构成的一个入口侧和一个出口侧和一个位于它们之间的缓冲区,这缓冲区由用于随后的共同的工序路线的提升元件组成。优点是缩减了整体设备和实现了节能,并且因此改善了热效率并在机械方面得到改善。
按照一种设计方案(第二种备选方案)建议:一个共同用于一个双路连铸设备的辊底加热炉的出口侧布置在随后工序路线的线路中,因此具有相同辊列的二个入口侧和具有一个辊列的在中间的出口侧处于一种镜像的位置上。随后的热轧带精轧机列因此可以以较短的间距供给部分长度的连铸条。
第三种备选方案规定:对于一种多路连铸设备和一个各自分开的辊底加热炉来说连于出口边并在以下的工序路线之前设有一个使二个辊底加热炉运行着连接起来的“渡船”。因此可以由一个双路连铸设备的二个连铸设备将一个部分长度的连铸件输送给随后的工序路线。
本发明也考虑了一种位于单路或者多路连铸设备之前的传统的辊底加热炉,这种炉子可以按如下方法进一步被利用:除了具有一个入口边和出口边和一个位于它们之间的由提升元件构成的缓冲区的一个辊底加热炉之外还设有一个在纵向方向上平行地工作的辊底加热炉,而且这些辊底加热炉连接于另一个连于随后工序路线的辊底加热炉,这个加热炉具有入口边和平行的出口边和一个位于它们之间的由提升元件构成的缓冲区(第四种备选方案)。
最后规定了:在一个紧凑铸轧设备(CSP)里的工序路线由一种具有七个轧机机座的热轧带精轧机列组成。

具体实施方式
辊底加热炉(图1)用于使连铸产品2(图2至5)加热和/或保温和/或温度平衡,该连铸产品由板坯条或者扁平薄条3(所谓薄板坯)铸成。为此从浇铸桶4里流出液态钢经过一个具有连铸结晶器6的配料槽道,其中二个盛钢桶对峙布置着在一个盛钢桶转塔5上可以转动到出钢位置上。这在连铸结晶器6里所形成的连铸条6a被冷却并在一个轧机支承机座7里继续进行冷却和支承。各自的连铸产品2在一个去氧化皮装置8里被去除氧化皮并在一个剪切机9里按几米长度的分段长度10切断。符合炉子和轧制的分段长度10由连铸条的尺寸和随后的轧制工序来确定。
分段长度10(图1)在进口侧11通过第一个布置于炉子1的纵向方向12上的辊列13进行运输。辊子13a的长度相当于具有附加额的连铸产品3的宽度。
类似于进口侧11,在出口侧14设有第二个辊列15,它同样也由这样的辊子13a组成。连铸产品在出口侧14沿纵向方向12离开辊列15。在第一个辊列13和第二个辊列15之间形成一个缓冲区16,这缓冲区由未详细示出的提升元件17组成。提升元件17用于在箭头18方向上横向运输连铸产品2。第一个布置于纵向方向12上的辊列13和/或第二个辊列15构成一个加热区19,这加热区由通常的加热装置例如煤气燃烧器、感应加热装置和其它类似装置组成。在缓冲区16里可以设有另外一个可接入的加热区19和/或一个保温区。提升元件17由通常的提升横梁17a组成。
在剪切机9上对于每个连铸线分别连有一个所述的辊底加热炉1,其中备选地设有各种不同实施形式的布局。在出口侧14在图4实例中设有一个“渡船”20,用于通过一个备用剪切机21连接一个双路连铸设备,在一个多机座热轧带精轧机列23之前连接另外一个去氧化皮装置22。
在轧制成薄的热轧带24之后使金属带在一个冷却路段25里冷却成具有相应组织的钢带并在一个卷取站26里卷绕成卷盘27。轧制的工序路线28就此而言在图2至5所示的实施例中是相同的。
按照图2在一个多路连铸设备29中每个连铸线分别设有一个分开的辊底加热炉1(按照发明是一种所谓辊底提升加热炉),如对图1所作的说明那样。分段长度10被每个辊底加热炉1侧向运输至工序路28的生产线中。
在图3中进行从二个连铸线起在相反的箭头方向18(第二种备选方案)上的横向运输。
按照图4虽然为每个连铸线设有二个分开的辊底加热炉1,它们并不位于随后工序路线28的生产线上。因此通过“渡船”20使分段长度10运输至共同的工序路线28的生产线里。
由图5可见,紧随一个(左)连铸线使用了一个只是在纵向方向上工作的辊底加热炉30,并将这按照本发明的辊底加热炉1用于另一个(右)连铸线。分段长度10可以接着又通过一个按照本发明的辊底提升加热炉一起被输送至下一个工序路线28之前(第四种备选方案)。

Claims (9)
1.用于对连铸产品(2)进行加热和/或热平衡的辊底加热炉(1),所述连铸产品尤其是由钢或者钢材料组成并按适合于炉子的分段长度(10)在辊子(13a)上通过炉腔输入和又输出,其特征在于,在一个进口侧设有第一个、布置在炉子(1)的纵向方向(12)上的由辊子(13a)组成辊列(13),辊子的长度相当于连铸产品(2)的宽度;在一个出口侧(14)设有第二个辊列(15),它平行于第一个辊列(13);而且在第一和第二个辊列(13,15)之间设有一个缓冲区(16),该缓冲区具有提升元件(17)用于连铸产品(2)的横向运输。
2.按权利要求1所述的辊底加热炉,其特征在于,第一个布置于炉子(1)纵向方向(12)上的辊列(13)和/或第二个辊列(15)分别形成一个加热区(19)。

8.按权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,除了一个具有一个进口侧和出口侧(11,14)和一个位于它们之间的由提升元件(17)组成的缓冲区(16)的辊底加热炉(1)之外,设有一个在纵向方向(12)上平行工作的辊底加热炉(30);而且辊底加热炉(1,30)连接于另外一个、与随后的工序路线(28)相连的辊底加热炉(1),该加热炉(1)具有进口侧(11)和平行的出口侧(14)和一个位于它们之间的由提升元件(17)组成的缓冲区(18)。
9.按权利要求5至8所述的布局,其特征在于,在一个紧凑型铸-轧设备(CSP)里的工序路线(28)由一个具有七个轧机机座的热轧带精轧机列(23)组成。
