一种全营养精华素的制作工艺,包括如下步聚:分别将配方中的:黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、紫花豆、扁豆、分棵类大小各制由青水洗净,按大小分类,用烘箱900—1000烘熟,用800低温烘干酥,小麦胚粉、魔芋粉用900温度烘熟至干燥,核桃、大杏仁、花生仁、莲子,分类用900—1000烘熟,用800低温烘干酥;黑芝麻用900温度烘熟、黑木耳、松茸洗净烘干,再用900烘干熟,脱水胡萝卜粉用900烘干熟,把各类食物原料与维生素C片分大小与粉状类分别用纳米超细粉碎机加工成超细粉末,(万能超细粉碎机也可加工)。把各类超细粉末拌均组合就成为产品,生原料为118克,制作成100克成品。
蛋白质23.81克,脂肪18.40克,碳水化合物58.31克,膳食纤维23.2克,维生素A299.31微克,维生素B10.61毫克,维生素B20.51毫克,烟酸4.29毫克,维生素C105毫克,维生素E17.14毫克,钙240毫克,磷422毫克,钾868毫克,钠45毫克,镁166毫克,铁25.73毫克,锌6.04毫克,硒64.89微克,铜2.07毫克,锰5.78毫克。
一般成年人每天食用50—100克,就能满足常见缺乏营养素的补充,各类人群每天补充量:

Claims (3)
1、一种全营养精华素饮品冲剂,所述的全营养精华素是以黄豆、绿豆、黑豆、紫花豆、扁豆、小麦胚粉、核桃仁、大杏仁、花生仁、黑芝麻、脱水胡萝卜粉、黑木耳、松茸、魔芋粉、莲子粉为主要原料加一片含维生素C100mg的维生素C片,经纳米超细科技工艺,(万能超细粉碎机也可加工),制作成超细粉末,来调节人体常见缺乏的营养素,(如维生素VA、VB1、VB2、VC、VE、膳食纤维、钙、铁、锌、硒、钾、镁、锰等营养素)。
具体原料配方包括如下(重量份):
黄豆6—10克、绿豆3.756.25克、黑豆5.25—8.75克、紫花豆7.5—12.5克、扁豆3.75—6.25克、小麦胚粉7.5—12.5克、核桃仁3.75—6.25克、大杏仁3.75—6.25克、花生仁7.5—12.5克、黑芝麻7.5—12.5克、脱水胡萝卜粉7.5—12.5克、黑木耳7.5—12.5克、松茸7.5—12.5克、魔芋粉7.5—12.5克、莲子粉2.25—3.75克。
