背景技术
本发明涉及一种传送机,具体地说,涉及一种支承板,该支承板用于具有集成式滚柱的传送机,以通过降低传送机上的扭力、承载和阻力来沿着理想路径促进传送。
当沿着路径传送产品时,传送机经受多个力。例如,螺旋式传送机系统在广泛多种的工业中是普遍的,因为它们提供一种有效的装置,通过该装置来沿着垂直方向移动产品、零件,以及类似物品。然而,当在垂直距离间穿过螺旋状路径时,这些螺旋式传送机系统经受多个力。例如,在运行中,这些系统经受由沿螺旋状路径行进引起的扭力、由沿垂直上升或下降路径行进引起的垂直加载力、由沿路径的水平部分行进引起的水平加载力。当运送大量的负载,尤其当沿着螺旋状路径遭遇碎片的阻塞时,这些力可以被进一步混合。随着时间流逝,这些力可以导致螺旋式传送机系统的大量磨损,以及/或与传送机系统的运行发生干涉。

发明内容

Claims (15)

9.如权利要求1所述的传送机系统,其特征在于,所述路径是垂直和水平延伸的螺旋状路径。
10.一种传送机系统,包括:
具有导向表面的传送路径;以及
多个传送机支承板,每个所述传送机支承板包括:
上传送表面;
下表面,所述下表面布置成与所述上传送表面相对;
连接所述上传送表面和所述下表面的至少一个壁;
至少一个空腔,所述空腔形成在所述下表面中,并终止于所述上传送表面之前;和
至少一个滚柱,所述至少一个滚柱配合在所述至少一个空腔内,并延伸穿过所述下表面而在所述传送机支承板传送时支承所述传送机支承板;
基链,所述基链沿着所述传送路径延伸,并靠近每个所述传送机支承板的所述下表面中心与所述多个传送机支承板配合;
至少一对从所述基链延伸的臂;以及
至少一个轴承滚柱,所述轴承滚柱由各对臂支承而与所述传送路径的垂直取向且轮廓匹配的导向表面相配合;
其中每个所述传送机支承板的所述至少一个轴承滚柱构造成通过具有所述轮廓匹配导向表面的所述至少一个轴承滚柱的界面来约束所述多个传送机支承板不脱离所述传送路径;并且
其中,当每个所述传送机支承板穿过所述传送路径时,所述至少一个轴承滚柱可旋转地与所述导向表面配合并在所述导向表面上方支承所述传送机支承板。
11.如权利要求10所述的传送机系统,其特征在于,还包括按扣装置,所述按扣装置布置在所述至少一个空腔中,并构造成可旋转地将所述至少一个滚柱固定在所述至少一个空腔中。
12.如权利要求10所述的传送机系统,其特征在于,还包括:横向通道,所述横向通道共轴地延伸穿过所述至少一个空腔;以及销,所述销延伸穿过所述横向通道和形成在所述至少一个滚柱中的开口,来将所述至少一个滚柱固定在所述至少一个空腔中。
13.如权利要求10所述的传送机系统,其特征在于,每个所述传送机支承板的所述上传送表面构造成支承定位在所述多个传送机支承板上的物体。
14.如权利要求10所述的传送机系统,其特征在于,所述多个传送机支承板包括多个传送机支承板而形成环状传送机带。
15.如权利要求10所述的传送机系统,其特征在于,
所述至少一个空腔包括两个空腔,它们布置在所述基链的两个相反的侧上。
