Abstract
一种压缩机有机壳,有固定在机壳一端上的前壳,和用两径向轴承支承在前壳中作旋转的传动轴。一个轴封机构放在两径向轴承之间,在机壳的内外侧之间密封。外侧的径向轴承设一个牵引部,便于从外部将轴承取出。因此,由于外侧的径向轴承易于从外方卸除,更换轴封机构的维修过程得到改进。
Description
本发明与一种压缩机有关,具体有关有支承传动轴的径向轴承的压缩机。
参看图1,显示传统涡卷式压缩机的结构。压缩机1有机壳10,有前端板11和杯形壳12,后者固定在前端板11的一个端面上。压缩机壳10中放置一个驱动机构和作压缩运转的压缩机构。
在前端板11中心形成供传动轴13穿过的开孔111。传动轴13的一端和环形圆盘14固定连接,环形圆盘用在开孔111中固定放置的径向轴承15支持作旋转。传动轴13的另端穿出管形前轴毂16空腔的外侧,前轴毂16用螺栓17紧固在前端板11的外端面上。径向轴承18在管形前轴毂16的内表面上紧固,支持传动轴13的另端作旋转。轴密封件19位于管形前轴毂16的内表面和传动轴13的外表面之间,位于接近前端板11的一侧,而不是位于接近径向轴承18一侧,密封了压缩机壳10的内部,防止其中的冷冻剂和润滑油漏出。
在上述结构中,因为轴封机构19易损坏,轴封机构19比任何其他部件更需经常更换。因此,理想是使轴封机构易维修。在上述的压缩机中,轴封机构19的维修按下述步骤先后进行。首先拧松螺栓17,将前轴毂16和前端板11松卸。其次将前轴毂16从前端板11上拆卸。同时,将固定放在前毂16内的径向轴承18,和前轴毂16一同从传动轴13上拆卸。第三步中将轴封机构19通过传动轴13的端部拆卸。
但是上述的更换步骤很复杂,从而维修效率低。此外,因为前轴毂16及前端板11分别制造和组装,所以制造成本高。
本发明的一个主要目的,是提出有支承传动轴的径向轴承的压缩机,其维修性能优越。
本发明的另一目的,是提出一种有支承传动轴的径向轴承的压缩机,其制造成本低廉。
本发明提出的一种压缩机有一个压缩机壳,有一个固定在压缩机壳一端上的前壳,和通过径向轴承安装在前壳中旋转的传动轴。一个放在两径向轴承间的轴封机构,作压缩机壳内外侧间的密封。放在外侧的一个径向轴承设有牵引部,以便从外侧取出。
本发明的其他目的,特点和其他方面,从附图对本发明理想实施方案的详细叙述便可有所了解。
图1为传统涡卷式压缩机的剖视。
图2为前壳结构的剖视,其中有根据本发明一实例支承传动轴的径向轴承。
参看图2,示一个前壳结构,其中有根据本发明一实例支承传动轴的径向轴承。杯形壳12的一个开孔,用一个前壳20盖闭,前壳20有整体的前端板部201和管形轴毂部202。第一通孔201a在前端板部201的中心上形成,第二通孔202a在管形前轴毂部202上形成,和第一通孔201a接通,从而传动轴13通过第一及第二通孔201a及202a伸到外面。传动轴13的环形圆盘14通过在第一通孔201a中固定的径向轴承21,用第一通孔201a支承作旋转。传动轴13的另端也用固定在第二通孔202a内表面和传动轴13外表面之间的径向轴承22,支承在管形前轴毂部202中作旋转。轴封机构19放在传动轴13外表面上并与第一及第二通孔201a及202a压紧,防止冷冻剂气体和润滑油通过通孔201a及202a向外漏出。
径向轴承22的一端有一个露出部分221。环形槽221a在露出部分221的外表面上形成将其围绕。因此更换径向轴承22时方便,仅需用夹具在环形槽221a中吊往。因此,在上述压缩机壳中,通过从壳外将径向
轴承22拉出,便很容易将轴封机构19从传动轴13上取下,从而改进更换轴封机构的维修操作。
上面结合理想实施方案,已对本发明作详细叙述,但仅作为举例而不对本发明进行限制。熟悉本技艺者易于了解,在本发明的范围内可作其他的变化和修改。
Claims (2)
1、一种压缩机,有一压缩机壳,一前壳固定在该压缩机壳的一端,一传动轴通过两径向轴承支承在该前壳中作旋转,一轴封机构位于该两径向轴承之间,将该压缩机壳的内侧与外侧间密封,其特征在于,放置在外侧的一个径向轴承设有环形槽,以便将该轴承从传动轴拉出。
2、如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,该压缩机壳有整体形成的一个前端板部和一个管形前轴毂部,前端板部设开孔,供该传动轴外伸,管形前轴毂部和该开孔接通,在外侧围绕该传动轴。
