技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的喷射装置和尤其是喷射装置的转换阀单元的温度控制(Temperierung)。
背景技术
在共轨喷射系统中通过转换阀控制喷射阀,如例如一种电控的2位/2通阀。此时转换阀布置在喷射器中或者喷射器的外部。
在共轨系统应用于船舶发动机制造中时,亦即在使用高粘度的燃料如例如重油(HFO)时,产生以下的问题之处。在采用重油下冷启动时必须加热转换阀,以保证转换阀的转换能力。在内燃机运行时重油被加热,以保证到达合适的粘度。转换阀具有可电控的磁体。为了防止磁体被热的重油损坏,磁体必须远离热的重油布置。例如为此在转换阀和喷射器的喷嘴针之间使用长的活塞杆。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供紧凑的和仍然可以用重油工作的喷射系统的喷射器。
该任务通过本发明的独立权利要求解决。从属权利要求是本发明的一些有利的实施例。
按照本发明,提供一种用于内燃机的具有压力控制的喷射阀和蓄压器的喷射装置。蓄压器储积处于压力下的燃料。在喷射阀和蓄压器之间设有转换阀,它控制喷射阀和蓄压器之间的流动连接。转换阀配置有温度控制装置。
温度控制装置用于加热和/或冷却转换阀。由此温度控制装置可以用于在冷启动时加热转换阀。由于按照本发明现在也可以冷却转换阀,因此转换阀的磁体可以布置在紧靠近引导被加热的重油的部件的地方。亦即温度控制装置可以防止对于重油来说常具有的约120℃的温度作用到转换阀的磁体上。
本发明以下依据本发明有利的实施例和对照附图进行描述。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种具有喷射器6的喷射装置1,喷射器具有位于下端部上的喷射阀2。该喷射器6涉及一种受压力控制的喷射器,它在下部的压力室10中的存在的燃料压力作用下开启。
位于燃料箱或蓄储体积(没有示出)中的燃料经燃料管以大约600至2500巴的压力输送到蓄储体积中。连接在蓄储体积上的转换阀3,它例如可以构造成2位/2通阀,依据转换阀的位置将燃料输送给喷射器6。作用在喷嘴针7上的燃料压力克服弹簧8的弹簧压力使喷嘴针7运动和由此打开喷射横截面,从而燃料进入燃烧室中。
在转换阀3上布置有温度控制装置5,它通过流入和流出使一种流体在温度控制装置5中循环。温度控制装置5可以依据内燃机的不同的运行状态实施加热或冷却,从而转换阀具有最佳的温度。通过温度控制,一方面保护了电控装置的磁体和另一方面保持高粘度的重油在冷启动时的流动能力。必要时还可以通过转换阀和引导热的重油的部件之间的合适的绝缘材料支持温度控制功能。
图2也示出了一个受压力控制的喷射器,它与图1的实施例的不同之处主要在于转换阀3被布置在喷射器6中。
图3和4示出了按照本发明的喷射装置的另一种实施形式,即受升程控制的喷射器6。受升程控制的喷射器6与图1和2的实施例的不同之处主要在于,喷嘴针7的位置通过在上部的压力室9和下部的压力室10中的压力的比率进行控制。在图3中的升降活塞11按照比例较长地构造,但是如图中所示,升降活塞11也可以构造得很短。但是,在短的升降活塞情况下用于转换阀的温度控制费用增大,因为转换阀处于由热的重油施加的提高的温度影响下。此外按照图4的实施形式具有集成在喷射器6中的蓄储体积或蓄压器4。

Claims (11)

1.用于内燃机的喷射装置(1),它具有喷射阀(2)和蓄压器(4),蓄压器储积处于压力下的燃料,其中设有用于控制喷射的转换阀(3),其特征在于,转换阀(3)配置有温度控制装置(5),该温度控制装置用于对于转换阀进行加热和/或冷却,由此,该温度控制装置能够依据内燃机的不同的运行状态实施加热或冷却,因此转换阀的磁体布置得紧靠近引导被加热的重油的部件,通过流入和流出使一种流体在温度控制装置(5)中循环。
2.按照权利要求1所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,温度控制装置(5)布置在转换阀(3)上并且具有用一种流体通流的空心体,它的温度借助于流体来确定。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,流体是水、机油或燃油。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,该流体也用于喷嘴或发动机温度控制。
5.按照权利要求1所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,温度控制装置(5)涉及一种借助于热电效应进行温度控制的装置。
6.按照权利要求5所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,温度控制装置(5)的工作方式基于珀耳帖效应。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,转换阀涉及一种二位二通阀,三位二通阀或二位二通阀与三位二通阀的一种组合。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,温度控制装置(5)实施加热和/或冷却。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,喷射阀(2)是受压力控制地或受升程控制地构造的。
10.按照权利要求1或2所述的喷射装置,其特征在于,转换阀(3)布置在喷射阀(2)和蓄压器(4)之间。
11.内燃机,其具有按照前面权利要求中之一所述的喷射装置。
