本发明涉及在粘合剂(也称压敏胶粘剂(pressure-sensitiveadhesive),下同)层上具有剥离衬里的带剥离衬里的粘合片(也称压敏胶粘片(pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet),下同),更具体地,涉及带有使用时(即,从粘合片上将剥离衬里剥离并粘贴到被粘物上时)的作业性好并且该剥离衬里的再循环性优良的剥离衬里的粘合片。另外,本发明涉及粘合片用的剥离衬里,其使用时的作业性及再循环性优良。

背景技术
作为粘合片用的剥离衬里,已知由通过在纸制芯材的表面上层压聚乙烯(PE)膜而得到的基材构成的剥离衬里(剥离纸)。另外,近年来以粘合片粘贴时的气泡排出性等为目的,开发了在剥离衬里的表面上设置凹凸形状并将该凹凸形状转印到粘合剂层上这种结构的带剥离衬里的粘合片。作为与这种技术相关的现有技术,可以列举日本特表2004-506777号公报和日本特开2006-028416号公报。上述在纸芯上层压PE膜构成的剥离衬里也可以优选应用于象这样表面具有凹凸形状的剥离衬里。例如,日本特表2004-506777号公报的实施例(第0043项)中,使用在纸制芯材的两面上具有PE涂层的剥离衬里。

具有象这样在纸制芯材的表面设置了PE层的结构的剥离衬里(以下,有时也简称为“衬里”)的带剥离衬里的粘合片,与纸材所具有的性质相关联,一般具有从粘合片分离(剥离)衬里时以及将该粘合片粘贴到被粘物上时的作业性(即使用时的作业性)好、并且该作业性不易受作业温度影响的优点。但是,所述结构的衬里在使用后(即从粘合片上剥离后)不能将纸和树脂(PE)分离,因此缺乏再循环性。另外,为纸材的情况下,受到纸材自身的纸纹理的表面粗糙度的影响而在衬里或具有该衬里的粘合片的外观中容易产生起伏,因此有时外观质量受到损害。

另一方面,也提出了不含纸制芯材的结构的衬里。例如,日本特表2004-506777号公报的第0022项中,列举了将具有硅酮剥离涂层的PE涂布(层压)到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的表面上而形成的衬里、具有硅酮剥离涂层的铸造聚丙烯膜构成的衬里等。
在此,PE等聚烯烃与PET是不同种类的树脂,因此从进一步提高再循环性的观点考虑,更希望材料为不含有异种树脂(PET等)的聚烯烃材料并且具有可以再循环处理的结构的衬里。

但是,通常合成树脂制成的衬里,与具有纸制芯材的衬里相比难以弯曲,另外具有难以保持该弯曲形状的倾向。因此,例如为了得到从粘合片上剥离衬里的起点而将该衬里的端部向离开粘合层的一侧弯曲时,和/或在进行从粘合片上部分地剥离衬里并且使露出部分的粘合剂层接触被粘物的“定位”操作的同时将上述剥离部分的衬里保持在不妨碍该定位操作的位置(折叠的位置)时,与具有纸制芯材的衬里相比倾向于需要额外的工作。这是使将具有合成树脂制衬里的带剥离衬里粘合片粘贴到被粘物上时的作业性下降的主要原因。另外,合成树脂(特别是热塑性树脂)制的衬里与具有纸制芯材的衬里相比,具有从粘合片剥离衬里时的作业性容易受环境温度影响的倾向。因此,即使是在例如23℃的环境下能够从粘合片上平稳地剥离衬里的剥离条件(剥离姿势、剥离速度、剥离强度等),在超过30℃的(例如35℃左右)的高温环境、相同的条件下也不能稳定地进行上述平稳的剥离,因此有时导致作业效率的降低等。特别是在一边从粘合片上剥离衬里一边连续地将该粘合片粘贴于被粘物的粘合片粘贴作业中,不能维持衬里的平稳剥离,具有引起该衬里的卷起等问题的倾向。

发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种剥离衬里,其以再循环性好的聚丙烯类树脂制的片材为基材,使用时的作业性好。本发明另一目的是提供具有所述剥离衬里的带剥离衬里的粘合片。

根据本发明,提供一种带剥离衬里的粘合片,其具有:粘合片,该粘合片具有支撑体和由该支撑体保持的粘合剂层;和剥离衬里,该剥离衬里配置在所述粘合剂层上,由聚丙烯类树脂片构成。在此,所述聚丙烯类树脂片为具有A层和B层的层状结构,所述A层由含有成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(a)形成,所述B层由不含成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(b)形成。
构成上述带剥离衬里的粘合片的剥离衬里,由聚丙烯类树脂片构成,因此再循环性比含有纸制芯材的剥离衬里或不同种树脂层压而成的剥离衬里(例如,层压PET层和PE层而构成的剥离衬里)优良。另外,该树脂片为具有由含有成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(a)形成的A层(以下,有时也称为“含成核剂PP层”)和由不含成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(b)形成的B层(以下,有时也称为“无成核剂PP层”)的层状结构。由此,可以平衡较好地同时实现衬里的弯曲容易性和环境温度对作业性的较小影响。具有这样的衬里的带剥离衬里的粘合片,由于剥离衬里时的作业性好和/或粘合片的定位容易进行,因此使用时可以实现良好的作业性(粘贴作业性)。

根据本发明,还提供在粘合片的粘合剂层上设置的剥离衬里。该剥离衬里的特征在于,由聚丙烯类树脂片构成,所述聚丙烯类树脂片是具有由含有成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(a)形成的A层(含成核剂PP层)和由不含成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(b)形成的B层(无成核剂PP层)的层状结构。所述剥离衬里适合作为构成在此公开的带剥离衬里的粘合片的衬里。

构成所述带衬里的粘合片的粘合片,具有支撑体和由该支撑体保持的粘合剂层。该粘合片可以是在片状支撑体(基材)的单面具有粘合剂层的形式,也可以是在支撑体的双面具有粘合剂层的形式。在此所述的粘合片的概念中,可以包含称为粘合带、粘合标签、粘合膜等的材料。另外,上述粘合剂层不限于连续形成的粘合剂层,也可以是例如以点状、条纹状等规则或随机图案所形成的粘合剂层。

构成上述带衬里的粘合片的衬里(剥离衬里),实质上由通过将组成不同的至少两种聚丙烯类树脂组合物(以下有时也称为“PP组合物”)成形为片状而得到的聚丙烯类树脂片(以下有时也称为“PP片”)构成。该PP片,具有将由含成核剂PP组合物(a)形成的A层和由无成核剂PP组合物(b)形成的B层在厚度方向上层压而得到的层状结构。仅仅将含成核剂PP组合物成形为片状而得到的PP片(例如,仅由上述A层构成的PP片)与仅仅将不含成核剂的PP组合物成形为片状而得到的PP片(例如,仅由上述B层构成的PP片)相比刚性和耐热特性高。该耐热特性高,例如在室温(典型地是在23℃左右)和高温环境下弯曲强度的差异小,另外即使剥离处理时等进行加热(例如,加热至145℃左右)、片的热收缩也小,在这点上是有利的。另一方面,从PP片的易弯曲的观点来看,优选该片的刚性不过高。在此公开的衬里,通过具有如上所述层压含成核剂PP层(A层)与无成核剂PP层(B层)的结构,可以高水平、平衡良好地同时实现耐热特性高和弯曲容易的相反特性。

A层和B层的配置和层压顺序没有特别限制。例如,在层压一个A层和一个B层的二层结构的PP片中,A层可以配置在粘合剂层一侧(粘合片一侧),B层也可以配置在粘合剂层一侧。可以优选使用B层(无成核剂层)配置在粘合剂层一侧的结构的PP片,特别优选使在该PP片的粘合剂层一侧表面上通过加成固化型硅酮类剥离处理剂(典型地,使用铂催化剂作为固化催化剂)进行了剥离处理的剥离衬里为上述配置。这是因为,当在由含有成核剂的PP组合物形成的层的表面上涂布加成固化型硅酮类剥离处理剂时,该剥离处理剂的固化可以由上述成核剂的种类和配合量等抑制。硅酮类剥离处理剂的固化受到抑制时,该剥离处理剂本身具有的脱模性提高效果(使衬里剥离强度下降的效果)有时不能充分显现。通过将不含成核剂的层(B层)配置在粘合剂层一侧,可以抑制成核剂的种类和配合量以及使用的剥离处理剂的种类带来的影响,可以使该剥离处理剂更适当地固化。因此,A层的组成和剥离处理剂的选择自由度提高。

另外,构成上述PP片的至少粘合剂层一侧的部分的层(即,最靠近粘合剂层一侧配置的层)优选为不含含磷抗氧化剂、或者其含有比例为约0.01质量%以下(典型地是0.001~0.01质量%)的PP组合物形成的层。在PP片的粘合剂层一侧表面通过加成固化型硅酮类剥离处理剂(典型地使用铂催化剂作为固化催化剂)进行了剥离处理的剥离衬里,特别优选上述构成。这是因为,如果在以大于上述比例含有含磷抗氧化剂的PP组合物所形成的层的表面涂布加成固化型的硅酮类剥离处理剂,则该剥离处理剂的固化可以受到上述含磷抗氧化剂的抑制。从避免所述固化抑制的观点考虑,优选使构成上述PP片的至少粘合剂层一侧部分的层为由不含含磷抗氧化剂、含硫抗氧化剂和胺类抗氧化剂中的任何一种或者这些抗氧化剂的合计含有比例为约0.01质量%以下(典型地是0.001~0.01质量%)的PP组合物形成的层。例如,优选将酚类抗氧化剂与上述含有比例的含磷抗氧化剂组合使用作为抗氧化剂的组成的丙烯类聚合物或该丙烯类聚合物与乙烯类聚合物(例如LDPE)以适当比例混合而成的PP组合物所形成的层(优选为B层)配置于粘合剂层一侧的结构的PP片。

另外,上述表1所示的含磷抗氧化剂添加量,均是通过以下方法对各PP树脂进行定量分析而得到的分析值。即,称量约0.5g试样(PP树脂),加入二甲苯约10mL并将该试样加热熔融后,加入乙腈约80mL提取抗氧化剂。将该提取液浓缩,并且用乙腈定容到10mL后,用孔径0.45μm的膜滤器过滤。对得到的滤液进行HPLC(高效液相色谱)测定,由此求出各试样中含磷抗氧化剂的添加量。上述HPLC测定使用Waters公司制造的HPLC装置、Alliance(注册商标)PDA系统,在以下测定条件下进行。

试样的总厚度[μm]使用最小读取值为1/1000mm的千分表进行测定。
构成该试样的支撑层的厚度,通过用电场发射型扫描电镜(株式会社日立High Technologies制造的FE-SEM,商品名“S-4800”)在300倍的倍数观察将试样沿厚度方向切断的剖面而进行测定。
试样表面的凹凸形状通过用激光显微镜(Olympus株式会社制品,商品名“LEXT OLS3000”)观察该表面进行测定。

[弯曲强度]
试样的弯曲强度使用图4中示意地表示的构成的弯曲强度测定装置60(在此,使用ミネベア株式会社制品,拉伸压缩试验机,商品名“TECHNO GRAPH TG-5kN”)如下进行测定。
即,将试样切割为宽度50mm×长度100mm的带状,从而准备了试验片。在规定的环境温度(测定温度)下,将试验片(衬里)10在呈直线状延伸的状态下垂直地设定在图4所示的弯曲强度测定装置60的上板62和下板64之间。并且,在固定下板64的位置的情况下,将上板62以300mm/分钟的速度(压缩速度)向下板64一侧移动(下降)直至与下板64间的距离为5mm(即,自上板62的初期位置的位移为95mm)。通过该上板62的移动,如图所示,凹凸层14成为外侧,并逐渐地使试验片10弯曲为U型、同时使该试验片的两端10C和10D以上述速度靠近。从显示此时上板62的位移量与试验片10上施加的压缩应力之间的关系的图上读取自上板62的初期位置的位移为90mm(即,试验片10的两端10C和10D间的距离为10mm)时的压缩应力(弯曲负荷),将其作为该试样的90mm位移弯曲强度[N/50mm]。在测定温度(环境温度)5℃、23℃和35℃的各条件下进行上述弯曲强度测定。

[弯曲倾向性]
将试样切割为宽度50mm×长度100mm的带状而准备了试验片。在环境温度23℃下,将该试验片在长度方向的中央部进行弯曲使得带凹凸形状的面成为外侧,用手轻轻地将该折回的袋部分压溃,然后把手拿开。观察此时试样的状态,用以下三个等级进行评价。

[衬里剥离强度]
准备厚度90μm的聚丙烯类树脂片作为粘合片的支撑体。在该支撑体的单面涂布丙烯酸类粘合剂(日东电工株式会社制品,丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯类的溶剂型粘合剂),并在100℃干燥1分钟,由此形成厚度约35μm(干燥后)的粘合剂层。在如此得到的粘合片的粘合剂层上粘贴剥离衬里(试样),在温度23℃、压力0.4N/mm2的条件下将粘合片与试样压接5分钟,制成带剥离衬里的粘合片。
将该带剥离衬里的粘合片切割为宽度50mm×长度100mm的带状,从而准备了试验片。对于该试验片,使用高速剥离试验机(株式会社工研制品),在剥离角度90°、拉伸速度1mm/分钟(低速剥离)和48m/分钟(高速剥离)的条件下测定剥离衬里的长度方向的剥离强度[N/50mm]。在测定温度(环境温度)5℃、23℃和35℃的各条件下进行上述剥离强度测定。

[硅酮固化性]
使用荧光X射线分析装置(使用株式会社リガク制品,商品名“ZSX100e”),测定试样的进行了脱模处理的面上存在的硅(Si)元素量。从该Si元素量求出换算为二甲基硅氧烷的质量,将其作为剥离处理剂的涂布量[g/m2]。另外,从上述带剥离衬里的粘合片上将衬里剥离而使粘合剂层露出,对于该露出的粘合剂层同样地测定Si元素量。从该Si元素量求出换算为二甲基硅氧烷的质量,将其作为硅酮向粘合剂层的转移量[mg/m2]。硅酮转移量相对于上述剥离处理剂涂布量的比例越少,说明剥离处理剂的固化性越好。因此,以该比例作为硅酮固化性,用以下三等级进行评价。
○:硅酮转移量小于剥离处理剂涂布量的0.2%。
△:硅酮转移量为剥离处理剂涂布量的0.2%以上且小于0.3%。
×:硅酮转移量为剥离处理剂涂布量的0.3%以上。

<例1:剥离衬里(试样1)的制作>
将PP树脂(1)100份、线性低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)(住友化学株式会社制品,商品名“スミカセンG201-F”,以下有时简单地记作“LDPE”)10份进行捏合,从而准备了含成核剂PP组合物(a1)。另外,将PP树脂(4)100份与上述LDPE 10份进行捏合,从而准备了无成核剂PP组合物(b1)。
通过将这些组合物(a1)和(b1)进行双色挤出成形(共挤出成形),制作由上述组合物(a1)形成的A层与由上述组合物(b1)形成的B层在厚度方向上层压而成的二层结构的PP片。即,将上述组合物(a1)和(b1)投入双色成形用的挤出机中,从该挤出机的T形模(模温240℃)分别呈层状地挤出熔融状态的组合物(a1)和(b1)。此时,进行挤出条件调节使得组合物(a1)和(b1)的挤出量(a1∶b1)的体积比为8∶1。将该挤出物夹在表面设置了格子状的槽的加工辊(冷却辊)与表面光滑的加压辊(冷却辊)之间进行冷却的同时成形为厚度为约170μm的片状。使上述挤出物中的组合物(b1)成为加工辊一侧、组合物(a1)成为加压辊一侧地进行该冷却和成形。由此,得到二层结构的PP片(衬里基材),所述PP片包括由组合物(b1)形成的凹凸层(粘合剂层一侧的层)和由组合物(a1)形成的支撑层,所述凹凸层具有上述加工辊的表面形状(格子状的槽)转印的格子状凸部。
然后,在上述凹凸层的表面(形成格子状的凸部的面)上进行脱模处理。该脱模处理中使用市售的加成固化型(使用铂催化剂)的硅酮类剥离处理剂。即,将上述剥离处理剂(溶液)涂布到上述PP片的凹凸层的表面上,使得固体成分基准的涂布量为约0.3~约0.5g/m2,并在145℃加热1分钟使其干燥和固化。由此,得到例1的剥离衬里。该剥离衬里(试样1)的总厚度为170μm,其中支撑层的厚度为135μm。另外,构成上述PP片的凹凸层的表面上以纵横各500μm的间距呈格子状地形成相互直交的垄状凸部。该凸部的剖面形状是下边68μm、上边10μm、高25μm的梯形。

如表2所示,使用由含成核剂PP组合物形成的A层(支撑层)和由无成核剂PP组合物形成的B层(凹凸层)层压而构成的基材的试样1~3,各自均显示良好的弯曲倾向性及剥离处理耐热性。另外,这些试样由温度上升导致的弯曲强度的下降均较小,更具体而言,35℃的弯曲强度为23℃的弯曲强度的85%以上(大约90%)。从这些结果可知,这些试样1~3的剥离衬里由于由同种树脂材料(烯烃类树脂)构成,因此再循环性优良,并且容易弯曲,粘贴作业性好。
另一方面,仅由无成核剂PP组合物形成的试样4,其剥离处理耐热性低,由温度上升造成的弯曲强度的下降也较大。另外,仅由含成核剂PP组合物形成的试样5难以具有弯曲倾向,基材厚度增大的试样6则弯曲倾向性进一步下降。

对于另外,试样1~3和试样5、7的剥离衬里,通过上述方法,评价了硅酮转移性、衬里剥离强度和剥离作业性。这些结果如表3所示。另外,上述方法测定的剥离处理剂涂布量在试样1中为0.34g/m2,在试样2中为0.37g/m2,在试样3中为0.40g/m2,在试样5中为0.49g/m2,在试样7中为0.45g/m2。另外,上述方法测定的硅酮转移量在试样1中为0.6mg/m2,在试样2中为0.9mg/m2,在试样3中为1.0mg/m2,在试样5中为1.6mg/m2,在试样7中为1.6mg/m2。

如表3所示,由含磷抗氧化剂的含有比例少的组合物(b1)形成基材的粘合剂层一侧部分(凹凸层)的试样1,与由含磷抗氧化剂的含有比例更多的组合物形成该部分的试样2、3和5相比,硅酮类剥离处理剂的固化性(硅酮固化性)明显良好。该硅酮固化性的差异,也反映在衬里剥离强度和剥离作业性的评价结果中。即,硅酮固化性优良的试样1的剥离衬里,显示与使用纸基材的试样7的剥离衬里同样良好的剥离作业性,另外在高温(35℃)下也显示剥离强度为1N/50mm以下的良好剥离性。

产业实用性
如以上说明所述,本发明的带剥离衬里的粘合片粘贴作业性优良。另外,构成该带剥离衬里的粘合片的剥离衬里由PP片(聚烯烃材料)构成,因此与含有纸基材的构成的剥离衬里等不同,再循环性良好。上述带剥离衬里的粘合片,作为各种装饰用片材有用,例如优选作为可以粘贴在车辆外部的涂装替代片、装饰用片或表面保护用粘合片等。因为所述涂装替代片从制造效率的观点考虑对于粘贴作业性的提高要求强烈,并且由于夏天工场内等作业环境可能变成比较高的温度(例如30~35℃),因而要求在高温环境下也具有良好的粘贴作业性。上述带剥离衬里的粘合片,不仅适合手工作业,而且也优选应用在例如通过从粘合片上剥离衬里的同时将该粘合片连续地粘贴于被粘物的粘贴装置(粘贴夹具)而能够进行粘贴的用途中。另外,本发明的剥离衬里也可以优选作为构成上述任何一个带剥离衬里的粘合片的剥离衬里等使用。
Claims (7)
1.一种带剥离衬里的粘合片,具有:
粘合片,该粘合片具有支撑体和由该支撑体保持的粘合剂层,和
剥离衬里,该剥离衬里配置在所述粘合剂层上,由聚丙烯类树脂片构成,
其中,所述树脂片为具有A层和B层的层状结构,所述A层由含有成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(a)形成,所述B层由不含成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(b)形成。
2.权利要求1所述的带剥离衬里的粘合片,其中,所述树脂片中所述粘合剂层一侧的部分由所述B层构成。
3.权利要求1所述的带剥离衬里的粘合片,其中,构成所述树脂片中至少所述粘合剂层一侧的部分的层,为由不含含磷抗氧化剂或者该含磷抗氧化剂的含量比例为0.01质量%以下的聚丙烯类树脂组合物形成的层。
4.权利要求1所述的带剥离衬里的粘合片,其中,所述树脂片的至少所述粘合剂层一侧的表面,由含有铂催化剂的加成固化型硅酮类剥离处理剂进行了脱模处理。
5.权利要求1所述的带剥离衬里的粘合片,其中,所述A层在所述树脂片的每单位面积的体积中所占的体积比例为50%以上。
6.权利要求1所述的带剥离衬里的粘合片,其中,在所述剥离衬里的所述粘合剂层一侧的表面上,以100μm~1000μm的间距相互平行地形成了高度5μm~50μm的垄状凸部。
7.一种剥离衬里,其配置于粘合片的粘合剂层上,其中,
该剥离衬里由具有A层和B层的层状结构的聚丙烯类树脂片构成,所述A层由含有成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(a)形成,所述B层由不含成核剂的聚丙烯类树脂组合物(b)形成。
