Abstract

一种具有Akt抑制活性的如下通式的芳基二氢萘类木脂素衍生物,以及该化合物和含有该化合物的药物组合物通过抑制Akt活性通路治疗癌症的方法。其中,X为C=O、C=S、C=N、亚甲基或烯基;Y是氢原子、羟基、氨基、烷基或没有Y基团;R1、R2分别为氢原子、烷基、烯基、葡萄糖基、葡萄糖醛酸基、酰基或芳基;R3为氢原子或葡萄糖基;R4为甲氧基或氢原子;R5为甲氧基或氢原子;母核中三位和四位的氢为(3R,4S)。
