Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可再封闭的包装。
尤其在食品包装领域,希望为用户提供既容易打开又容易再封闭的包装。对于可再封闭的包装而言,存在一个问题,密封强度随着每次打开和重封闭会降低。特别是,当仅有小部分食品被吃掉时,包装一方面可再封闭,但在重封闭状态下密封坚固程度又不足以保持例如面包屑或小块巧克力这些食品部分,或者例如巧克力棒或片这样的较大的剩余食品部分。同时,当重封闭的密封强度较高时,用户会产生这样的印象-包装不是处于重封闭的状态而是处于最初尚未开封的状态。因此,期望的是,重封闭的密封强度显著低于最初尚未开封时的密封强度,但高到足以为重封闭状态下的包装提供可靠密封。
背景技术
本申请人的专利EP1288139A1涉及一种容易打开并可再封闭的包装。
本申请人的专利EP1714895A1描述了一种具有改动迹象特征的可再封闭的包装。换句话说,当包装已经被初次打开时用户可以看到这一点,从而为用户呈现了这样的信息-已经被初次打开过,包装不是处于最初的未开封状态而是处于重封闭的状态。
关于上述两种包装,需要指出的是,包括其所有实施方案和优选特征在内的下述发明适用于上述文献中所述的包装。因此,这些文献的公开内容,特别是关于包装及其密封的特征包括在本文中作为参考并认作本申请的主题。
发明内容
本发明的根本目的在于提供一种对其可再封闭性进行改良的包装。
这一目的通过本发明的可再封闭包装解决。优选实施方案如下所述。
具体实施方式
根据上述主题的第一个解决方案,食品的可再封闭包装具有形成在第一密封部和第二密封部之间的密封件。这些密封部分可提供为构成包装的基材部分。换句话说,基材可适当地折叠于自身之上,从而密封可形成在其各部分之间。特别是,根据本申请的包装可提供为具有平行于轴线方向的所谓翅片密封的所谓“流体包装”,基材围绕此轴线折叠以形成该包装。此外,在端部上可提供有端部密封件。关于本申请,一个或多个端部密封和/或翅片密封件可具有下述特征以提高可再封闭性。然而,这些密封件中只有一些如下所述形成,以仅在这些区域内改善可再封闭性。
密封通过施加在第一和第二密封部之间的冷密封物形成。该冷密封物可以一定图案提供在第一和/或第二密封部上。该冷密封物可为粘结剂。已经发现,关于本发明冷密封物特别适于提供更好的可再封闭性。本文中,已经特别发现,当冷密封物形成在第一和第二密封部之间时,可再封闭性可得到提高,其中,冷密封物与第一、第二密封部之间的粘结力大于冷密封物内部的粘结力。这使得当包装打开且密封遭破坏时冷密封物被分离。继而,冷密封物部分地粘结于第一密封部上,且部分地粘结于第二密封部上。冷密封物的这种表现使得可再封闭的包装具有这样的密封件:提供足够的初始密封力以及可再封闭性,并在重封闭后提供高到足以保持食品或其碎片同时又稍低于初始粘结力的密封力,从而用户可以方便地感知该包装处于重封闭状态。
这可称为粘着开裂且特别有利,因为当密封件打开时冷密封物将可靠地与第一和第二密封部共存且不会从第一和第二密封部上撕下在其上的层。在制造过程中,目前优选的是既将冷密封物施加于第一密封部又将其施加于第二密封部。当包装被密封时,这些密封部合在一起,两个密封部的冷密封物彼此结合。已经发现,在密封件破裂时这一点为期望的粘着开裂提供良好基础,密封件破裂会导致优良的可再封闭性。如以下更详细地描述的那样,第一和第二密封部可提供为具有不同层的基材部。当冷密封物与(上面提供有冷密封物的)密封部顶层之间的结合太强时,存在冷密封物将基材上的层从基材分离的风险。这是人们所不期望的,因为它将恶化重封闭的可靠性。这种可靠性在冷密封物的一部分与第一密封部共存而冷密封物的另一部分与第二密封部共存时尤需确保,从而冷密封物的这些部分在包装重封闭时合在一起。换句话说,冷密封物 在其厚度处分离。因此,当考虑一定表面部分时,靠近第一密封部的冷密封物部分粘结于第一密封部上,靠近第二密封部的冷密封物部分粘结于第二密封部上。这一粘着开裂发生在冷密封物的至少50%,优选至少70%,最优选100%的区域内。在一些部位中,冷密封物可完全粘结于第一或第二密封部,且将不降低可再封闭性。
第二,根据本发明,改进的可再封闭包装可以由一个具有初始开口力为2、优选2.5至4N/15mm,并且一次或多次重封闭后开口力为0.5至2N/15mm,优选1至1.5N/15mm的密封件的包装形成。给定的作用力对应于剥去宽度15mm并装有所述密封的材料条所需的作用力。这一作用力尤其可根据DIN55529草案测量。所给作用力首先显示出具有足够的初始开口力,同时不足以高到用户很难打开该包装。重封闭状态的打开力首先高到足以保持食品或其碎片,其次显著低于初始打开力从而用户可感受到重封闭状态和最初的未开封状态之间的差异。随着更多次重封闭,该打开力会变得越来越小。当然,目前优选的是打开力在第四次重封闭之后仍高于1N/15mm。此外,对于第一次重封闭,打开力可高于2N/15mm,条件是最初打开力还稍高,例如2.5N/15mm以上。此外,上述值已显示出有效避免第一、第二密封部的分层。如上所述,这些部分通常将提供作为具有各种层的薄膜型基材的部分。如果冷密封物与基材顶层之间的粘结力过高,存在基材顶层从与冷密封物连结的基材分离的风险。如所述的,粘结力的上述值防止这一不期望的情况出现。
这里所述的包装特别适用于食品固体或块,例如巧克力、可卷裹的干酪片、饼干、(健康)食品条等。这里所述的包装还适用于非食品固体或块,很有利于为它们提供容易打开和/或重封闭的包装。
最后,当第一和第二密封部中的至少一个具有较低表面粗糙度时,即相对光滑时,可重封闭特性还可得到提高。例如这可通过丙烯酸类覆盖层或底漆获得,第一和/或第二密封部可用它们进行涂敷。已经发现冷密封物可在包装最初打开时经历所谓的粘着开裂。换句话说,最初开封时,即第一和第二表面部分离时,一部分冷密封物将位于第一表面部上而一部分冷密封物将位于第二表面部上。已经发现可再封闭性在获得这种粘着开裂时特别良好。当包装重封闭时,冷密封物的各分离部合在一起并提供粘结力,该粘结力显示出即使在多次重封闭之后,例如五次或六次重封闭之后,仍然高到足以保持该物品及其如碎屑的 小块。同时,用户可以感觉到包装并非处于初始的封闭状态,而是处于重封闭的状态,从而需要比最初使用更小的打开力。因此,能够提供改进的可再封闭包装。采用这里所述的所有实施方案,可再封闭性更为稳定、可靠。
当分别考虑理想表面粗糙度、冷密封物的粘着开裂以及理想的粘结力时,关于本发明已经发现,涂敷第一和/或第二密封部是有益的,优选是用丙烯酸类覆盖层或底漆涂敷。前述覆盖层可涂敷有0.5至1.5gm2的量,优选大约0.9g/m2。用这些数值所作的测试已经显示出卓越的特征。
这也应用于优选类型的冷密封物,即,基于天然乳胶的冷密封物。对于这种密封件,已经发现的是剥离打开能够以低线状或网状效应实现。
总体上,相比传统具有较高橡胶含量和较低聚合物含量的“软”冷密封物而言,优选的冷密封物可被描述为“硬”冷密封物。高橡胶含量导致不期望的线状或条状效应,其中冷密封物的线状物从密封部分离。相反,优选的“硬”冷密封物含有较少的橡胶和较多的聚合物或共聚物,特别是丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物。本文中,聚合物/共聚物含量高于30%,优选高于50%甚至更优选高于70%,这将是有利的。特别是已经发现,至少含有一种丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物的冷密封物提供良好的可再封闭性。特别是,这种冷密封物可有利地与第一和/或第二密封部上的丙烯酸类覆盖层相结合。已经发现,这种结合提供特别良好的可再封闭性能并导致如上所述的可靠粘着开裂。一种解释是丙烯酸类覆盖层和丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物提供彼此的良好锚式固定,但是本发明不仅限于此。
本文中,目前优选的是,冷密封物含有至少一种苯乙烯丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物,优选其中两种不同类型。特别是,较软的苯乙烯丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物可具有相对较大的分子并将与橡胶(特别是基于天然乳胶的橡胶)一起提供良好的初始密封。
特别是,用Swale等级8113的冷密封物得到优良的测试结果,该冷密封物因此优选用于本发明。
关于所施加冷密封物的最佳量也已经进行了试验。本文中,用每个密封部上3至5、优选3.5至4.9g/m2的量获得非常好的结果。
实施例
举例来说,本发明提及的包装可由具有下述结构的基材构成。构成基材的 薄膜总厚度在60μ到70μ之间,其上设有第一和第二密封部。从包装外侧开始,可设置一个厚度约为3μ的OPP(取向聚丙烯)火焰处理过的剥离层,以免薄膜粘连和/或冷密封物脱落。朝向包装内部的下一层优选配备一个厚度约为14μ的纯OPP芯,使基材具备一定刚性,以保护下文提及的用于涂写图形信息的油墨,并提供光滑的外观。
接着,设置大致3μ的OPP电晕处理过的剥离层用于促进粘结。接着2至3g/m2的粘合剂量提供用于粘结上述OPP薄膜。
朝着包装内侧,涂布大约1至4g/m2的油墨用于显示图形信息。
接着,朝向包装内侧,存在大约0.9g/m2的丙烯酸类覆盖层充当气味屏障和/或适于在其上印刷的表面。
接着,设置大约0.3g/m2的底漆用于涂敷粘合。作为朝向包装内侧的下一层,存在具有大约3μ厚度的OPP表皮层用于保护下述芯层。该芯层例如由厚度大约27μ至37μ的超白色不透明形成空洞的(cavitated)OPP形成,从而提供刚性、不透明性和光保护。
朝向包装内侧设置另一大约3μ的OPP表皮层用于保护上述芯层。朝向包装内侧,优选存在底漆具有大约0.3g/m2的量来涂敷粘合。接着,在优选实施例中,设置丙烯酸类覆盖层具有大约0.9g/m2的量以提供气味屏障和具有良好光滑度的表面或粗糙度低于预定值的表面,从而提供适于施加冷密封物图案的表面。冷密封物优选施加有大约4g/m2的量以提供优选易于打开和可再封闭的密封。
对于粘结力,虽然它们尚未被提及,冷密封物与第一和/或第二密封部的粘着强度,换句话说与上述实施例中的丙烯酸类覆盖层的粘着强度优选介于4.5与7N/15mm之间,以获得上述粘着开裂。因此,丙烯酸类覆盖层与底漆之间的粘着强度优选高于冷密封物与丙烯酸类覆盖层之间的粘着强度以避免分层,换句话说避免冷密封物将丙烯酸类覆盖层从基材去除的效应。
Claims (15)
1.-种具有形成在第一和第二密封部之间的冷密封物的可再封闭包装,所述冷密封物在最初尚未开封的状态下密封所述包装,其中冷密封物与第一和第二密封部的粘结力大于冷密封物内部的粘结力,从而当密封打开时,冷密封物分离并部分粘结于第一密封部上,部分粘结于第二密封部上,冷密封物还在重封闭状态下密封该包装,其中重封闭状态下的密封力比最初密封力小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可再封闭包装,其具有2N/15mm到4N/15mm的初始打开力,和一次或多次重封闭的打开力为0.5N/15mm至2N/15mm的密封。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可再封闭包装,其具有2.5N/15mm到4N/15mm的初始打开力的密封。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可再封闭包装,其具有一次或多次重封闭的打开力为1N/15mm至1.5N/15mm的密封。
5.根据权利要求3所述的可再封闭包装,其具有一次或多次重封闭的打开力为1N/15mm至1.5N/15mm的密封。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于第一和第二密封部中的至少一个被涂敷。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于第一和第二密封部中的至少一个由丙烯酸类覆盖层或底漆涂敷。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于覆盖层施加有0.5g/m2至1.5g/m2的量。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于覆盖层施加有大约0.9g/m2的量。
10.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于冷密封物为基于天然乳胶的冷密封物。
11.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于冷密封物含有至少一种丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物。
12.根据权利要求11所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于冷密封物包含至少一种苯乙烯丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物。
13.根据权利要求12所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于冷密封物包含两种不同类型的苯乙烯丙烯酸类聚合物或共聚物。
14.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于冷密封物在每个密封部上施加有3g/m2至5g/m2的量。
15.根据权利要求14所述的可再封闭包装,其特征在于冷密封物在每个密封部上施加有3.5g/m2至4.9g/m2的量。
