Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于安全气囊的具有经纱和纬纱的织物,其中织物中的至少大多数纬纱分别由至少两根并排分布的纱线构成。
背景技术
这种织物例如由DE 198 07 572 A1中已知。众所周知,两根或多根纬纱同时放入相同梭道中会导致,放入的纬纱具有不相等的长度和/或不相等的纱线张力,从而由于同时放入纬纱而产生很不均匀的织物,这种织物不适合于生产安全气囊。因此,DE 198 07 572 A1推荐,制造这种织物时将纬纱前后相继地放入相同梭道中。如果将纬纱前后相继地放入相同梭道中,则自然会降低织造效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种能经济地生产的用于安全气囊的具有经纱和纬纱的织物,其中织物中的至少大多数纬纱分别由至少两根并排延伸的纱线构成。
所述目的由一种用于安全气囊的具有经纱和纬纱的织物来实现,其中织物中的至少大多数纬纱分别由至少两根并排延伸的纱线构成,所述织物的特征在于,并排延伸的纱线中的至少一根是涡流变形/喷气变形的复丝纱,其中复丝纱中的一些单丝与相邻纱线中的一些单丝(通过涡流变形)相扭绞/交织(verwirbel)。
由于至少一根纬纱是涡流变形的复丝纱,这保证了并排布置的纬纱仍然保持为(原)纱线并且保持并排布置的纱线的性质。由于一根纬纱的一些单丝与挨着这根纬纱延伸的另一根纱线的一些单丝一起涡流变形,所以现在所述纱线能共同且同时地放入梭道中。由此可知,本发明的织物能较经济地制造。
例如可以这样来制造本发明的织物,即,将之前已经相互扭绞的纱线用作纬纱,所述纱线中的至少一根必须是已经涡流变形的纱。成本显著更低廉的是,使用DE 196 53 028 C1中所描述的方法,在该方法中对纬纱进行中间存储之前借助于涡流变形装置对其进行涡流变形。为了得到本发明的织物,只需将在织物中应当并排地放入梭道中的纬纱共同送入DE 196 53028 C1中所述的涡流变形装置中。通过该涡流变形可实现,并排的纱线放入梭道中后至少具有大致相同的长度和张力,并且由于纬纱中的至少一根之前已经进行了涡流变形,所述纱线仍能作为并排延伸的纱线在制成的织物中被识别出来,从而它们与并排布置的纬纱相继放入制得的织物是相当的。但因此,与已知的织物相比,本发明的织物的不同之处在于,相邻布置的纬纱的至少一些单丝是相互扭绞的。
本发明所提出的目的同样由一种具有至少一个上层织物和至少一个下层织物的织物来实现,所述上层和下层织物在选定的范围内共同编织成一个单一的织物,其中上层和下层织物内至少大多数的纬纱由至少两根并排延伸的纱线构成,其特征为,并排延伸的纱线中的至少一根是涡流变形的复丝纱,其中复丝纱中的一些单丝与相邻纱线中的一些单丝通过相扭绞。这种织物同样具有上面所述的优点。
在本发明的织物中证实,如果相邻纱线的各5%到25%的单丝相互扭绞则尤其有利。多种实验证实,在涡流变形工艺中,当一根纱线的少于5%的单丝与第二根纱线的同样少于5%的单丝发生扭绞时,两根纱线的结合不足以使这两根纱线能共同放入梭道中。如果相邻纱线的各多于25%的单丝相互扭绞,则随着相邻纱线中相互扭绞的单丝的增多,所述纱线就失去其独立性。
对于本发明的织物来说,如果所有并排延伸的纬纱都是涡流变形的复丝纱,则尤其有利。这里,所使用和相互扭绞的纬纱可以都由相同的材料例如聚酰胺或聚酯制成。然而,为了调整本发明的织物的特性,使由不同材料制成的纱线相互扭绞也是有利的。
本发明的织物的特征尤其在于:经纱和/或纬纱具有235dtex到700 dtex的纤度和/或经纱和/或纬纱的单根单丝具有不超过5dtex的纤度。例如在EP 0 738 793 A1中所描述的这种纱线尤其适合于制造本发明的织物。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于安全气囊的、具有经纱和纬纱的织物,其中所述织物中至少大多数的纬纱分别由至少两根并排延伸的纱线构成,其特征在于,所述并排延伸的纱线中的至少一根是涡流变形的复丝纱,其中所述复丝纱的一些单丝与相邻纱线的一些单丝扭绞在一起。
2.具有至少一个上层织物和至少一个下层织物的织物,所述上层织物和下层织物在选定的范围内编织在一起成为一个单一的织物,其中上层织物和下层织物中至少大多数的纬纱由至少两根并排延伸的纱线构成,其特征在于,所述并排延伸的纱线中的至少一根是涡流变形的复丝纱,其中所述复丝纱的一些单丝与相邻纱线的一些单丝相互扭绞。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的织物,其特征在于,相邻纱线的各5%至25%的单丝相互扭绞。
4.按照权利要求1至3所述的织物,其特征在于,所有的并排延伸的纬纱都是涡流变形的复丝纱。
5.按照权利要求1至4中一项或多项所述的织物,其特征在于,经纱和/或纬纱具有235dtex到700dtex的纤度。
6.按照权利要求1至5中一项或多项所述的织物,其特征在于,经纱和/或纬纱的单根单丝具有不超过5dtex的纤度。
7.按照权利要求1至5中一项或多项所述的织物,其特征在于,经纱和每根并排延伸的纬纱具有相同的纤度。
