Abstract

Description

用于传动皮带轮的附装制动器
在具有轿厢的电梯中,其利用绳索经由传动皮带轮和配重驱动,这可能导致问题,即在电梯的部件失效时向上的电梯不能得到足够的保险。在电梯一定的向下速度时拦截装置就起作用。向上的拦截装置在过去的电梯中不被重视。
因此需要的是,给电梯配备附加的制动器,其停止向上的运动并且提供更多的事故安全性。可能的故障源例如是传动装置的输出轴的断裂,或传动装置内部的齿轮断裂,以及例如常用制动器的失效,尽管其构成为双系统制动系统。
本发明的目的在于,利用最佳放置的制动器确保提高电梯在向下以及向上行驶时的安全性。
上述目的如此实现,即一个附加的制动器直接安装在传动皮带轮上并且直接作用在传动皮带轮上,轿厢和配重的绳索经由所述传动皮带轮行进。因此也在制动器的每个制动保持位置提高安全性。附加地在紧急情况下拦截装置(制动器)不仅向下而且向上制动,当制动器得到速度过高的信号时。
另外的目的是存在这样的需要,即,使得制动器必须可以附装在现有的电梯设备上。因此必须寻找结构方案,其使得可以将安全制动器安装在这种传动皮带轮的各不同的构造和结构条件下。传动装置输出轴,具有传动皮带轮,其附加地具有一个轴颈,该轴颈在相反侧上、即在传动皮带轮的与驱动轴(见在图4中的轴16)背对的一侧上具有单独的支承。此外存在具有压力盖的圆锥形的输出轴(图5,轴16)。同样存在在轮毂侧(图6,轮毂27)具有材料的传动皮带轮,在该侧上可以安装一个附加的用于转矩传递的螺纹(图6中的28)。在轮毂侧具有较小的材料的传动皮带轮中,传动皮带轮在外圆周上(图7中的15)设有螺纹。其它的可能性在于,利用传动皮带轮的轮辐用于转矩传递(图8)。
本发明的目的如此实现,即开发一个待在现有的传动皮带轮旁边安装的附装制动器,其包含传动皮带轮在制动器中的附加支承可能性或者经由具有弹性部件的附加法兰承担从制动器向传动皮带轮的转矩传递。
利用各单个的实施方式可以确保,可以无较大花费地给现有的电梯后续配备一个附加的制动器,该制动器安置到现有的传动皮带轮旁边。在后续配备时仅需要在建筑物的基座和制动器的安装夹之间设置一个用于高度补偿的中间件。
利用这个方案制动器直接作用在传动皮带轮上,制动器与传动皮带轮以转矩固定的方式连接。在驱动装置和传动皮带轮之间取消了或不存在任何可能导致故障的中间部件。
下面借助于附图详细说明本发明的多个实施例。附图表示:

待附加安装的制动器涉及一个静电流操作的弹簧压力制动器的已知原理,其因此作为安全制动器工作,即它在用于电磁铁的电流中断时通过压力弹簧触发制动作用。
图1示出制动器1,在其中存在一个励磁线圈2。压力弹簧3将电枢盘4压靠在转子5上,该转子在左右侧(即两侧)配备各一个摩擦片衬面6。通过压力弹簧3将电枢盘4压靠在具有两个摩擦片衬面6的转子5上并且压靠在法兰板7上,产生转矩(制动力矩)。从转子5向传动法兰8的转矩传递经由传动法兰上的圆周齿部实现。
为了释放或分离制动器,在励磁线圈2上施加直流电并且形成一个磁场,该磁场拉动电枢盘4经过气隙30克服压力弹簧3贴靠在制动器1上,并且因此释放转子5和经由圆周齿部也释放传动法兰8使其旋转。
制动器1经由与中心纵向轴线轴向平行延伸的固定螺钉10和在固定螺钉上设置的间隔套筒9与法兰板7拧接。在此之间存在一个安装夹11,该安装夹经由长孔12在一个与之成90°弯曲的底部件上固定在相应建筑物的基板或基座23(图4)上。
在图2中示出连接箱体14以及分离监测装置13,其监测制动器的状态(制动或分离)或对所属的控制装置进行指示。
在图3中示出具有相应的圆周齿部的中心的传动法兰8,其在轴向伸入转子5(图1)内并且传递转矩。安装夹11利用长孔12固定在基座23(图4)上。
图4示出了一个被未示出的传统的驱动装置驱动的传动皮带轮轴16,传动皮带轮15借助于滑键旋转刚性地固定在所述传动皮带轮轴上。传动皮带轮轴16在其原始形状上具有一个附加的轴颈17,传动皮带轮附加地利用一个传统的轴承座支承在所述轴颈上。取消这个轴承座,并且安装具有附加的轴承18的附装制动器,该轴承作为摆动轴承,该摆动轴承因此承担对轴颈17的支承。附装轮毂19具有弹性部件21,利用该弹性部件将转矩传递至制动器的转子5上,所述附装轮毂具有经由滑键连接的附加轮毂20。附装轮毂19通过轴颈17借助于一个圆锥形的夹紧连接件17固定并且将转矩传递至传动皮带轮轴16,该传动皮带轮轴经由滑键与传动皮带轮15连接。附加的滑动轴承22用于进一步支承。
在图5中附装轮毂19通过固定螺钉29与中间法兰25连接。所替换的压力盖,其过去用于将传动皮带轮15轴向固定在圆锥体上,通过一个新的连接法兰26替换,该连接法兰通过弹性部件21连接并且传递转矩。附装轮毂19分别利用一个轴承18和24单独地支承在制动器内部。
图6示出一个与图5类似的方案,然而在此连接法兰26仅仅借助于螺钉28固定在传动皮带轮15的内轮毂27上。
在图7中示出一个方案,其中连接法兰26固定在传动皮带轮15的外圈上。
在图8中示出一个方案,其中从中间法兰25出发弹性部件21直接伸入传动皮带轮15的轮辐内。在此总是2个弹性部件21分别在左右侧贴靠在轮辐上(图8a),从而确保一个尽可能小间隙的转矩传递。

Claims (8)

1.电磁分离的弹簧压力制动器,用于附装在电梯中现有的传动皮带轮(15)或传动皮带轮轴(16)上,该传动皮带轮轴借助绳索经由传动皮带轮驱动,其特征在于,制动器(1)与传动皮带轮(15)或传动皮带轮轴(16)的中心轴线同心地在建筑物的一单独的基座(23)上设置在传动皮带轮(15)的自由侧(与驱动侧对置)上并且位置及旋转固定地固定,其中制动器(1)的转子(5)固定地或弹性地与传动皮带轮(15)或传动皮带轮轴(16)的自由端部连接,以便将附装制动器的制动力矩传递至传动皮带轮(15)。
2.如权利要求1所述的制动器,其特征在于,制动器可以经由具有长孔(12)的安装夹(11)固定在建筑物的基座(23)上。

6.如上述权利要求之一项所述的制动器,其特征在于,弹性部件(21)可以经由中间法兰(25)内的多个孔与轮辐的间距相适配,所述弹性部件在圆周上分布地轴向伸入传动皮带轮(15)的轮辐内。
7.如上述权利要求1-6所述的制动器,其特征在于,制动器构成为双系统制动器,例如两个依次相继的制动器或例如具有划分的电枢盘等。
8.如上述权利要求1-7所述的制动器,其特征在于,制动器具有一个紧急手动分离器,以便例如利用螺钉将电枢盘(4)拉靠在压力弹簧(3)上并且因此分离制动器(1)。
