技术领域
本发明涉及镇静效果赋予剂以及含有其的镇静香料组合物、特别是赋予镇静效果的香料成分的香气散发性(香り立ち)的改善。
背景技术
以往,在芳香疗法领域中,例如,对于熏衣草或春黄菊(カモミル)等的精油,传承地确认具有镇静效果,它们由于可以通过吸入香气赋予镇静效果,与药物的口服给药或注射给药等相比,具有不会附加新的压力的优点。但是,这些精油由于为各种香料成分的混合物,含有大量的不具有镇静效果的成分,结果为了发挥充分的效果必须使用大量的精油。个人对于香气的嗜好有较大的影响,不能根据不同的人得到所期望的效果,不仅如此,还产生给予完全相反的影响的问题。对此,近年有通过二甲氧基甲基苯(例如参照专利文献1)或三甲氧基苯等三烷氧基苯(例如参照专利文献2)等单一的香料成分得到镇静效果的报告。

发明内容
但是,对于上述二甲氧基甲基苯、三烷氧基苯等镇静香料成分,由于该香料成分的挥散性、即香气散发性不充分,因此在实际使用时存在难以立即得到镇静效果的问题。另一方面,为了易得到镇静效果,若增加这些成分在香料中的配合量则对香料整体的香调有较强的影响,此外,增加香料整体的适用量时,存在气味过强的问题。因此,为了解决这些问题,期待开发香气散发性优异的新型镇静效果赋予剂。
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术的问题而进行的,其目的在于提供发挥优异的镇静效果的同时香气散发性优异、且可以立即赋予优异的镇静效果的镇静效果赋予剂。
为了解决上述问题,本发明人进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过气化吸入二甲氧基苯可以赋予优异的镇静效果;进一步地该二甲氧基苯与以往用作镇静用香料成分的二甲氧基甲基苯、三烷氧基苯相比,香气散发性优异,可以立即赋予优异的镇静效果,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明的第一主题为含有二甲氧基苯的镇静效果赋予剂。此外,本发明的第二主题为以含有上述镇静效果赋予剂0.01~50质量%为特征的镇静香料组合物。
此外,本发明的第三主题为以含有上述镇静效果赋予剂为特征的化妆品。此外,本发明的第四主题为以含有上述镇静效果赋予剂为特征的杂货类(雑貨類)。此外,本发明的第五主题为以含有上述镇静效果赋予剂为特征的衣料。
本发明的镇静效果赋予剂由于含有在发挥优异的镇静效果的同时香气散发性优异的二甲氧基苯,因此可以立即赋予优异的镇静效果。

具体实施方式
下文对本发明的结构进行更详细的说明。
本发明的镇静效果赋予剂含有下述通式(1)所示的二甲氧基苯。

对于本发明中所使用的二甲氧基苯,虽然2个甲氧基在苯环上的键合位置可以为o型、m型、p型的任意一种,但是优选为o型、m型。而且,这些二甲氧基苯的香气各自不同,若稀释邻二甲氧基苯则具有成为甜香草醛样香气的甜奶油样香气,间二甲氧基苯具有强的榛子香,此外,对二甲氧基苯具有甜香豆素、坚果、枯草样的香气,而且已知为舞妃莲的香气的特征成分(合成香料化学和商品知识,印藤元一著,化学工业日报社)。
此外,本发明的镇静香料组合物含有任意的香料成分的组合,作为有效成分的本发明的镇静效果赋予剂即二甲氧基苯的含量为组合物总量的0.01~50质量%。二甲氧基苯的含量特别优选为0.1~10质量%。二甲氧基甲基苯的含量为0.01质量%以下时,有时不能表现出有效的镇静效果,另一方面,即使超过50质量%进行配合也未发现显著的镇静效果的提高,若考虑到与其它香料成分的平衡则不优选添加多于此的量。本发明的镇静香料组合物,可以直接或通过用适当的溶剂稀释,用作香水、古龙水等。
此外,本发明的镇静效果赋予剂,可以根据需要与其它的配合成分组合,用作香波、护发素类、护肤用品、体用香波、体用洗剂、体用粉末类、芳香剂、除臭剂、浴液等化妆品。进一步可以使用本发明的镇静效果赋予剂向杂货类、衣料等赋予香气。
下文对本发明的实施方式进行更详细的说明。
首先,对于本发明中为了确认镇静效果而采用的试验方法进行说明。
对被称为关联性负变(contigent negative variation下文称为CNV)的事件相关电位的脑波的一种负性电位变化进行测定。有报告称,CNV脑波,其前期成分变化的大小与注意度、期待度等意识的觉醒水平表现出正的相关,可以定量评价香气对意识水平的效果(精神镇静/兴奋效果)(Torii S等人:Contingent negative variation(CNV)and thepsychological effects of odour.In Perfumery:The Psychology and Biologyof Fragrance,Edited by Toller SV and Dodd GH,107-120,Chapman andHall,London(1998))。
本发明中,在受试者的前头部(Cz)和左耳(A1)装配电极,用脑波计测定电位差。让受试者用耳机听卡塔声(クリツク音),声音响起数秒后合着一亮一灭的发光二极管的亮灭来按身边的开关的课题,对伴随着课题产生的CNV脑波进行测定。提供香气时渗入约0.5cm×0.5cm方形的棉花,粘贴于鼻下,在一系列的动作期间使其始终与呼吸一起闻到香气。此外,不提供香气时,将未添加香料的约0.5cm×0.5cm方形的棉花粘贴于鼻下,进行同样的作业。对于提供香气时和未提供时分别重复30次测定CNV脑波,由卡塔声对400ms~1000ms的CNV脑波早期成分的累计值进行比较,对香气的效果进行评价。
镇静效果
本发明人首先使用各种二甲氧基苯,通过上述试验方法对镇静效果的有无进行了确认。
分别将邻二甲氧基苯(o-DMB)、间二甲氧基苯(m-DMB)、对二甲氧基苯(p-DMB)制成1质量%乙醇溶液,根据上述试验方法测定对于CNV的影响。而且,作为受试组,通过健康的成人女性3~6名进行试验。结果如图1所示。
由图1可知,使用o型、m型、p型的任意一种二甲氧基苯时,都具有将受试者引向镇静方向的效果。此外,特别是o型、m型,得到优异的镇静效果。
香气散发性
然后,本发明人对上述各种二甲氧基苯的香气散发性进行评价。
为了对各种香料成分的香气散发性进行比较,制备配合有邻二甲氧基苯(o-DMB)、间二甲氧基苯(m-DMB)、对二甲氧基苯(p-DMB)、1,3-二甲氧基-5-甲基苯(DMMB)和1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(TMB)5种香料成分的三乙基柠檬酸酯溶液(各配合2质量%),通过顶空GCMS分析对挥散的香料成分进行分析。结果如图2所示。

由图2可知,尽管以溶解于溶液中的状态等量(每种2%)配合各种香料成分,但是在空间中的挥散量根据香料成分的种类的不同而有较大的差异。即,由于3种二甲氧基苯(DMB)与已知的镇静香料成分1,3-二甲氧基-5-甲基苯(DMMB)或1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(TMB)相比,挥散性高,因此认为香气散发性优异,可以在更短的时间气化被人吸入。因此,使用上述二甲氧基苯作为镇静效果赋予剂时,与以往使用的DMMB、TMB相比,可以立即赋予优异的镇静效果。

实施例2-19芳香性纤维
在铜铵纤维素(キユプロアンモニウムセルロ一ス)溶液(纤维素浓度10质量%、铵浓度7质量%、铜浓度3.6质量%)中,以相对于纤维素质量为0.1~20质量的范围内添加内包有实施例1-1的镇静香料组合物的微囊(粒径为50μm 以下,精油占微囊的比率为50质量%),混合后,根据通常的湿式纺丝法纺丝,经过精练步骤、干燥步骤得到芳香性纤维。

1.镇静效果赋予剂,其含有二甲氧基苯。
2.镇静香料组合物,其特征在于含有权利要求1所述的镇静效果赋予剂0.01~50质量%。
3.化妆品,其特征在于含有权利要求1所述的镇静效果赋予剂。
4.杂货类,其特征在于含有权利要求1所述的镇静效果赋予剂。
5.衣料,其特征在于含有权利要求1所述的镇静效果赋予剂。
