Abstract

一种制造绝缘套的设备,包括把绝缘材料绕到芯子上的装置,固化装置,移出芯子的装置和把空芯退回到缠绕装置的装置,其特征在于芯子成组设置在传送带上,芯组间间隔跟芯组本身宽度相当,当每组芯子缠绕时,传送带以相邻两芯子间距步进移动,在每组最后一个芯子移出缠绕装置时,传送带以芯组间间隔移动,当传送带移过该一间隔距离,整组芯子离开传送带进入回化装置固化,固化后再返回到传送带上。这种设备比现有设备效率更高。

Description

本发明涉及制造绝缘套的设备,更具体地是涉及制造玻璃棉绝缘套的设备。
本发明所涉及的制造绝缘套的设备包括把多层的绝缘材料缠绕到芯子上的装置;固化缠绕在芯子上的绝缘材料的装置;从芯子上移出已固化的绝缘材料的装置;和把空的芯轴装进所述的缠绕装置的装置。
很久就已经开始设法使这类设备进行连续操作和尽可能地自动化。已经用一些方法以均匀的速率把芯子送入缠绕装置,然后通过一个炉状的固化装置。绝缘套的固化,好比烘焙一样,进行得很慢,因而固化炉很大,很贵,并且当芯子从绝缘套中移出以送回到缠绕装置的时候会发生其它的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种新的制造绝缘套的装置,这种装置比以前的装置简单且效率高。
按本发明的装置的特征在于芯子成组地安置在环形的传送带上,在相邻的两组芯子之间的间隔跟每组芯子在传送带上所占的宽度相当,当每组芯子中第一个芯子到达缠绕装置时使传送带步进移动相当于每组芯子中相邻两组芯子之间的距离,当每组芯子中最后一个芯子离开缠绕装置时使传送带步进移动相当于相邻两组芯子之间的间隔距离,设置的固化绝缘材料的装置能在一段时间内固化一组芯子,其能从传送带上把整组芯子移下来,进行固化,再把该组芯子放回到传送带上下一组芯子前所留的间隔。
包覆及切割绝缘套的装置最好设置在固化装置后,它们同缠绕装置同步操作以使各组芯子之间的相互位置始终保持不变,且设备能自动连续操作。
最好同时加上压力及热空气来固化每组芯子上的绝缘套。
在本发明一个最佳实施例中,在缠绕时每组芯子从传送带上移下来,缠绕完后再送回传送带上,因而在芯子上可绕上厚度变化很大的绝缘套而不会中断整个设备的操作。
下面将结合附图详细说明本发明,附图中:
图1是本发明设备的示意图的侧视图;
图2-图4示出了包含在本发明设备的传送带中的芯子支撑装置的最佳实施例;
图5示出了在缠绕装置处把芯子从传送带上移出来并把芯子送回到传送带上。
图1中,标号1表示一个环形的传送带,其绕在两个托辊2,3上,在一个垂直平面内移动,并且可具有两条平行的链,链上设置了可在两端可装卸式地支撑芯子的支座。标号4表示把绝缘材料层缠绕到芯子12上的装置;标号5表示固化绝缘材料的装置;标号6表示包覆装置;标号7表示移出芯子及切割绝缘套的装置。
三个顺序排列的芯子12形成一个组,在传送带1上每两组相邻的芯子组之间留有相当于三个芯子宽的间隔8。
当一组芯子中的第一个芯子12到达缠绕装置4时,如图1所示,缠绕装置4把芯子从传送带1上卸下来,并以一层一层地缠绕的方式把缠绕材料绕到芯子上绕到要求的厚度,然后将已缠绕的芯子送回到传送带1。然后传送带1继续移动使下一个芯子到达缠绕装置。如此继续一直到缠绕完该组中最后一个芯子12。该组中第一个芯子已紧挨着固化装置5的入口处。
当一组芯子进行缠绕时,固化装置5正对缠绕在前一组芯子上的绝缘材料进行固化。固化装置5包括一个固定的上半部10和一个活动的下半部11。活动的下半部11设置来从传送带1上提升起一组已缠绕上绝缘材料的芯子并把这组芯子对着固定的上半部10压。固化是部分由于压缩作用,部分由于通入热空气到绝缘材料和空心的芯子中而完成的。当下一组芯子在缠绕绝缘材料时,前一组芯子上的绝缘材料进行固化。在该组完成固化后,固化装置5的活动下半部11下降,在固化装置中的该组芯子再放在传送带1上。然后传送带1移动相当于一组芯子宽的距离以使已固化的一组离开固化装置5,并把新的一组芯子放入其中。在固化一组芯子时,芯子组之间的间隔距离缩短,而在下一组芯子缠绕时传送带1穿过空心固化装置5时,该间隔又延伸到它的正常距离。
包覆装置6和移出芯子和切割绝缘套的装置7最好设计成与缠绕装置4同步操作;装置6和7的操作将在下面详细讨论。
图2、3和4示出了芯子12在传送带1上的传送,在传送带上部靠近包覆装置6,移出芯子和切割绝缘套的装置7和在传送带下部靠近缠绕装置4和固化装置5处,芯子可暂时地从传送带上移开。
图2示出了芯子12的一端;标号21表示芯轴,标号22表示支撑轴端的一个轴颈。
标号23表示传送带1中的一条链。标号24表示链的支撑和导向装置。包括两个最好相互垂直臂的芯子支座25和26固定地连到链23上。标号27表示轴颈22的一个支撑凹槽,在图3和图4表达得更清楚。
图3表示图2中类似的情况,其为侧视图,也就是示出了图1中的传送带1的上面部分,其沿箭头方向31朝向托辊2。在移出芯子和切割绝缘套的装置7处,芯子12可很容易地从轴颈22上提升起来通过开口29以从传送带上移开,还可以很容易地再降下来。当支撑芯子的支座26到达托辊2,它以反时针方向逐渐倾转,直到从凹槽27中脱出轴颈22。在芯子12的重量的影响下,轴颈沿着大体上如箭头33的轨迹边滑边往下掉落通过通道28进到接收槽32。
图4示出了图3的颠倒状态,也就是处在传送带的下半部的状况。这时传送带的运动沿着箭头31′的方向向托辊3运动。在缠绕装置4处,轴颈22从接收槽32中提升起来,经过通道28再往下通过开口29。在固化装置5处,轴颈22可被从传送带上提升起往上通过开口30和放回传送带上。当支座26到达托辊3,它又开始反时针方向逐渐倾转直到轴颈22从接收槽32中脱开,并沿着大体上如箭头47的轨迹放入到另一边的凹槽27中。
图5图示了一个技术方案,在该方案中,在缠绕装置4处芯子12从传送带上移出,而在芯子上已绕上要求厚度的绝缘材料层后,其又可返回到传送带上。
在到达缠绕装置4时,芯子12的轴颈22插入到支座26的接收槽32中。在支座26旁边设置的一根臂把轴颈22从槽32中提升起来,在支座26旁边类似地设置的一根臂40用来停止轴颈22,以使它被设置在提升臂42的末端的支座43 支撑着。当在底部开口的开口29处在提升臂42处,如图5所示,传送带停止,从而芯子12能降入到缠绕装置4。在缠绕过程中,传送带停在原位,停止臂40绕轴承41旋转到如图5所示的左边位置。已缠绕好的芯子提升到通道28中的开口29中,然后把臂40再插入到槽32中。停止臂40及提升臂42最好用液压操纵。
与缠绕装置4同步操作的包覆绝缘材料的装置6最好设置在托辊3之后,如图1所示,而传送带1上的芯子支座26在如图2所示的位置,而芯子12的轴颈22放在楔形的凹槽27中。
包层13一般由铝箔构成。图1中标号14表示卷着包层材料的辊,标号15表示送料及切割装置标号16表示压辊。
为进行包层操作,芯子的辊颈22被例如锥形的支座从楔形凹槽27上提升起来,因而加热的压辊可以转动芯子并用熔化掉铝箔上的塑料层来把包层箔固紧在固化的绝缘材料表面上。然后切掉铝箔13以形成一条包层带,其后其可沿着绝缘套被锯开的线闭合起来。然后,芯子12又降回到传送带1中,也就是轴颈22再插入到楔形凹槽27中。
在从包覆装置6到切割装置7的途径中,芯子不再转固到楔形凹槽27中,因而在由包层形成的闭合带的旁边,可以很容易地切割开绝缘套。切割绝缘套,移出芯子及把芯子返回到传送带1上的装置可以用已知的装置。
为清楚起见,在附图中未示出传动及控制装置。但是对本专业普通技术人员而言,如何在这些装置间起到配合是显而易见的。

Claims (8)

1、一种制造绝缘套的设备,更具体是制造玻璃棉的绝缘套的设备,包括把多层的绝缘材料缠绕到芯子上的装置;固化缠绕在芯子上的绝缘材料的装置;从芯子上移出已固化的绝缘材料的装置;和把空的芯轴装进所述的缠绕装置的装置,其特征在于:芯子(12)成组地安置在环形的传动带(1)上;在相邻的两组芯子之间的间隔跟每组芯子在传送带上所占的宽度相当;当每组芯子中第一个芯子(12)到达缠绕装置(4)时使传送带(1)步进移动相当于每组芯子中相邻两芯子之间的距离,当每组芯子中最后一个芯子离开缠绕装置(4)时使传送带步进移动相当于相邻两组芯子之间的间隔距离;和设置了固化绝缘材料的装置(5)在一段时间内固化一组芯子,其能从传送带(1)上把整组芯子移下来,进行固化,再把该组芯子放回到传送带上下一组芯子前所留的间隔。
2、根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于在固化装置(5)之后设置了与传送带(1)有联系的包覆已固化的绝缘材料的装置(6),该装置(6)与缠绕装置(4)同步操作。
3、根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于在固化装置(5)后与传送带(1)相联系地设置了移出芯子及切割绝缘套的装置(7),所述的装置(7)与缠绕装置(4)同步操作。
4、根据权利要求1的设备,其特征在于缠绕装置(4)在缠绕时能把芯子(12)从传送带上移下来,而在缠绕完后又能把芯子返回到传送带上。
5、根据上述任一权利要求的设备,其特征在于设置的传送带(1)最好绕置于一个平面的两个托辊(2,3)移动并可拆卸地把每个芯子(12)支撑在其两端。
6、根据权利要求2或3的设备,其特征在于包覆装置(6)及移出芯子和分割绝缘套装置(7)设置在传送带运动路线的上半部。
7、根据权利要求5的设备,其特征在于传送带(1)包括相应于传送带不可转动的芯子支座(26),所述的支座(26)包括分别在传送带(1)的上部及下部支撑芯子(12)的支撑元件(27,32),以使在传送带装置(1)的托辊(2,3)处在重力的作用下就可使芯子(12)从一个支撑元件移到另一个支撑元件(分别从元件(27)到元件(32)上,或者相反)。
8、根据权利要求7的设备,其特征在于在传送带(1)运动路程的上半部起作用的支撑元件(27)是楔形的凹槽。
