Abstract
一种营养果冻它主要是由海产品(鱼类、虾类、蟹类、贝类、藻类等)或野菜(枸杞子、枸杞叶、蒲公英叶、牛黄草、苜蓿、地笋等),以明胶、卡拉胶、琼脂等作为凝固剂,调味剂(食盐、糖、味精、香精等),经过比例调和,搅拌制成果冻。本发明的产品色泽鲜明、香气浓郁、营养丰富、含有多种维生素、氨基酸、矿物质、对人体骨骼发育、皮肤及发质的改善、增强消化功能、蛋白质合成及骨细胞的分化等具有促进作用,是上乘的营养食品,部分产品还具有药用价值。
Description
一种营养果冻
本发明涉及的是一种食品,特别是一种海鲜果冻和野菜 果冻的制品。
如今果冻的种类极其有限,也就水果果冻、果肉果冻比 较畅销。作为海边城市的人想吃海鲜很容易,但是内陆地区 的人要吃海鲜就不容易了,而且发现很多野菜比常规蔬菜的 营养成份多出几倍几十倍。本产品考虑以上因素研究发明出 营养果冻。
其制作方法如下:
例一:将虾洗净,去皮,作为原料1,将一定量的食盐、味 精、糖等调味剂作为原料2,将增稠剂作为原料3,水为原 料4。然后将占总体积1%-10%的原料1和占总体积0.1%~5% 的原料2与占总体积0,1%—0.5%原料3再和占剩余体积的 原料4进行搅拌,制成果冻。
例二:将海参洗净,取其可食用部分,加工成l立方毫米左 右的小块,作为原料1,将一定量的食盐、味精、糖等调味 剂作为原料2,将增稠剂作为原料3,水为原料4。然后将占 总体积1%-10%的原料1和占总体积0.1%-5%的原料2与占 总体积0.1%—0.5%原料3再和占剩余体积的原料4进行搅 拌,制成果冻。例三:将雪鱼洗净,取其可食用部分,打成酱,作为原料l, 将一定量的食盐、味精、糖等调味剂作为原料2,将增稠剂 作为原料3,水为原料4。然后将占总体积1%-10%的原料1 和占总体积0.1%>5%的原料2与占总体积0.1%—0.5%原料 3再和占剩余体积的原料4进行搅拌,制成果冻。例四:将枇笆虾的卵烘干,磨成粉,作为原料1,将一定量 的食盐、味精、糖等调味剂作为原料2,将增稠剂作为原料 3,水为原料4。然后将占总体积1%40%的原料1和占总体 积0.1%>5%的原料2与占总体积0.1%—0.5%原料3再和占 剩余体积的原料4进行搅拌,制成果冻。例五:将螺旋藻洗净,取其可食用部分,进行提纯,作为原 料1,将一定量的食盐、味精、糖等调味剂作为原料2,将 增稠剂作为原料3,水为原料4。然后将占总体积0.01%-0.1%的原料1和占总体积0.1%-5%的原料2与占总体积0.1 % — 0.5%原料3再和占剩余体积的原料4进行搅拌,制成果冻。例六:将牛黄草洗净,取其可食用部分,打成酱,作为原料 1,将一定量的食盐、味精、糖等调味剂作为原料2,将增稠 剂作为原料3,水为原料4。然后将占总体积0.1%^5%的原 料1和占总体积0.1%»5%的原料2与占总体积0.1%—0.5% 原料3再和占剩余体积的原料4进行搅拌,制成果冻。
Claims (11)
1、一种营养果冻其特征是:营养果冻主要是由:海产品0.01%-10%或野菜0.1%-10%、(明胶或卡拉胶或琼脂等凝固剂)0.1%-5%、调味剂0.01%-5%、其余为水。其海产品形态为(原型、酱、小块、干粉、精华)。
2、 海产品包括:虾类(批把虾、厉虾、竹节虾、鸡尾虾、 虾皮等)、鱼类(鲅鱼、刀鱼、鲳鱼、雪鱼、三文鱼、鱼翅 等)、蟹类(梭蟹、元宝蟹、大扎蟹、十甲红等)、海参类(刺 参、茄子参、北极参等)、贝类(蛤蜊、牡蛎、扇贝、鲍鱼 等)、藻类(海带、螺旋藻、紫菜、石花菜、海苔等)等。
3、 野菜包括:蒲公英叶、牛黄草、苜蓿、地笋等。
4、 酱形态的说明:取其可食用部分,粉碎为酱。
5、 小块形态的说明:取其可食用部分,加工成1立方亳米 左右的小块。
6、 干粉形态的说明:取其可食用部分,烘干磨成粉末。
7、 原形形态的说明:取其可食用部分,不再做任何处理。
8、 精华形态的说明:取其可使用部分,经过提纯得到精华。
9、 调味剂包括:食盐、糖、味精、香精、辣椒、胡椒等。
10、 其中海产品和调味剂可以一味或多味混合。
