Abstract
一种在将安装体固定到基体时补偿偏差的装置,具有与基体连接的固定件(1)、与安装体连接并相对于其移动且具有通道(11)的纵向补偿套件(8),该通道(11)容纳与安装体连接的连接件。固定件(1)与补偿套件(8)通过在移动路径上的光滑壁部分(6、7)彼此自由移动连接,补偿套件(8)的通道(11)在垂直于纵向的方向的尺寸大于连接件的直径,固定件(1)至少在位于与基体的固定区域(2)和补偿套件(8)的容纳区域之间的部分可弯曲构成。由此,实现在简化安装的同时具有良好的偏差补偿特性。
Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分的装置。
DE 201 19 112 U1公开了这种类型的装置,该装置具有纵向固定件,所述纵向固定件能够在插入方向上、通过由具有外螺纹的螺栓构成的连接件、在前端部分与基体连接;该固定件具有内螺纹,其内螺纹与一个纵向补偿套件的外螺纹共同作用;该补偿套件又同样具有在通道中形成的、使连接件能够拧入的内螺纹。通过从固定件中拧出补偿套件直到抵达安装体上的止挡,能够为基体和安装体之间的变化的距离提供偏差补偿。但该装置的缺点是,从固定件中旋出补偿套件比较困难,而且只能在纵向提供偏差补偿。
本发明的目的在于提供一种上述类型的装置,其具有优异的偏差补偿性,同时安装简单。
本发明的目的由上述类型的装置通过权利要求1特征部分实现。
即补偿套件能够自由地在固定件中推移,通道在横向扩大并设有在一定限度下呈柔性的中间段,以实现简化快速的安装,并实现除了在纵向也在横向的偏差补偿,并且还针对倾斜。
从属权利要求对本发明作进一步有益的表达。
由下面参照附图描述的本发明的优选实施例给出进一步有益的表达和优点。其中:
图1是本发明装置第一个实施例的立体图,该装置具有插入固定件中的且具有两个外凸缘的补偿套件;
图2是本发明装置第二个实施例固定件的立体图;
图3是根据第二个实施例具有外凸缘和制动凸起的补偿套件的立体图。
图1为本发明装置第一个实施例的立体图。根据图1,该实施例包括由塑料材料制成的一体固定件1,其通过在固定区域设置的固定座2能够与在图1中未示出的基体连接,即将固定座2插入到基体的空出部中,其中在插入的设置下,固定件1的支承盘3抵靠到基体上。
此外,固定件1由纵向支承套件4构成,其通过在中间部与固定座2连接,第一实施例中的该中间部主要通过选择材料而相对地具有柔性特别是可弯曲。支承套件4的外侧具有外侧加强条5的结构,例如,其在所示实施例中在纵向和横向伸展,对支承套件4起到加强作用。支承套件4由两彼此平行的矩形盖部分6作为壁部分设置,其长边在纵向上且在边缘侧通过同样形成壁部分的半圆形边缘部分7彼此连接。在第一实施例中盖部分6和边缘部分7具有光滑平整的表面。
根据图1的第一实施例,由比固定件1材料坚硬的塑料材料制成的补偿套件8插入支承套件4中,其中支承套件4的内壁环罩补偿套件8同样光滑的外壁。根据图1本发明装置的补偿套件8的纵向尺寸比支承套件4要大,其中在补偿套件8的两端分别形成外凸缘9、10,各外凸缘9、10形成在补偿套件8在纵向移动时的止挡。
补偿套件8具有纵向延伸的内通道11,该内通道11在垂直于纵向的方向具有扩大部,该扩大部大于在图1中未示出的、用于安装体与基体相连接的连接件的直径,连接件结构优选是带自攻螺纹的螺栓,该连接件能够插入内通道11。在所示实施例中,通道11在扩大的横向具有呈波纹状的内壁,使得连接件例如通过螺纹以较大的拉出力与补偿套件8接合。
根据第一实施例,制造固定件1和补偿套件8利用两不同的相互之间不粘结的材料,通过所谓双组分工艺实现。
因此,在本发明的装置中,通过补偿套件8在支承套件4中的纵向移动性,中间部的相对柔性以及通道11在横向较大的扩大部,同时在从补偿套件8两端能够简单安装下,实现了多方向的有效偏差补偿。
图2为本发明装置的第二实施例固定件1的立体图,其基本形状基本与图1实施例的固定件1相同。因此,图1和2中对应的部件采用相同的附图标记,在第二实施例中不再进行进一步描述。
与图1的固定件1的不同之处在于,图2的固定件1具有在纵向延伸的边缘侧的两边槽12、13,它们设置在在边缘部分7且从端面沿纵向向内延伸。此外,在与固定座2对置的盖部分6上同样设置有纵向延伸的盖槽14,它在盖部分6的整个长度上延伸并非对称设置。
在图2第二实施例的固定件1中,主要是支承套件4与固定座2接合的几何形状,也通过材料的老化恢复来保证支承套件4相对于固定座2的弯曲性。
图3示出了第二实施例补偿套件8的立体图,其基本形状基本与图1第一实施例中的补偿套件8相同。在第二实施例中相对于支承套件4的长度补偿套件8比第一实施例中的补偿套件8要短。此外,在第二实施例中,补偿套件8的材料与固定件1的材料相同。
补偿套件8具有唯一作为止挡的外凸缘15,并在边缘侧具有突出于外轮廓的制动凸起16、17,它们通过弹性舌件18、19连接。
此外,在第二实施例中,补偿套件8具有突出在盖侧设置的纵向导轨20,它在补偿套件8的整个长度上延伸,并相应地与盖槽14同样地非对称设置。
在拼合时,制动凸起16、17通过插入边槽12、13、并弹入在边缘部分7中形成的凹部中与其接合,以便形成除了外凸缘15外的另一止挡,从而防止补偿套件8从支承套件4中拉出。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于将安装体固定到基体时补偿偏差的装置,该装置具有能够与基体连接的固定件(1),还具有与安装体连接、能够相对于安装体移动的纵向补偿套件(8),该补偿套件(8)具有用于容纳与安装体连接的连接件的通道(11),其特征在于:所述固定件(1)以及所述补偿套件(8)通过在移动路径上的光滑的壁部分(6、7)彼此自由移动连接,所述补偿套件(8)的通道(11)在垂直于纵向的方向的尺寸大于连接件的直径,所述固定件(1)至少在位于与基体的固定区域(2)和补偿套件(8)的容纳区域之间的中间部分能够弯曲。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:通道(11)在扩大的横向具有呈波纹状的内壁。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:固定件(1)具有环罩补偿套件(8)的支承套件(4)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:补偿套件(8)一端具有向外突出的凸缘(10,15)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于:补偿套件(8)另一端具有另一向外突出的凸缘(9)。
6.按照权利要求3或4所述的装置,其特征在于:在补偿套件(8)至少形成一向外突出的制动凸起(16、17),其与在固定件(1)上设置的接合结构接合,从而至少能够在一个方向上限定固定件(1)与补偿套件(8)的相对运动。
