Description

具有可换拉片的拉链的拉头
技术领域
本发明涉及拉链的一部分,其中通过在两个方向上滑动形状适当的构件、即所谓的拉头(slider),两排面对面的拉链牙相互接合和脱离。
背景技术
这种拉头通过操作叫做拉片的成形板来移动,所述拉片以环为尾,所述环被约束至接合构件(也大致为环形),所述接合构件从拉头的背部向上突起(拉链的拉链牙被设置在所述背部和基部之间,其中所述基部与所述背部成一体,并以平行方式面向所述背部)。
所述接合构件通常是闭合的环,所述闭合环与拉头背部形成为一体,并且,为了使拉片可换,需要通过将后者的连接环设计成使其可以弹性方式打开来修改后者的连接环,但这导致结构的复杂性和一定的结构弱化。
申请人知道,已经作出了努力以实现能够在没有结构变形的情况下以容易的方式将拉片与拉头接合以及使拉片从拉头脱离,但是所获得的结果与制造各种部件的附加成本和困难不成比例。
例如,在US-A-5864 928中,接合构件在拉头主体附近敞开,通过销被枢转安装在后者上,并设有复位弹簧,在拉片已与接合构件接合后,所述复位弹簧作用于传动构件、将接合构件带回至闭合位置。
此方案的主要缺点在于由于制造和组装的部件数量导致制造复杂性和相对高的成本;为了相对拉链的成排拉链牙在其所需位置上实现拉头锁定,另一构件被铰接在拉头上,并以擒纵方式操作、在所述拉链牙之间插入它的自由端,由于这一点,上述两方面还被进一步恶化。
显然迄今为止,所述构造设计的复杂性除了对成本有影响外,对于拉头的坚固性和工作寿命也造成负面结果。
发明内容
本申请目的的发明人设计了用于拉链的拉头,该拉头简单、成本低,并能执行上述两种功能,也就是,允许拉片的接合和脱离以及拉头与拉链牙的锁定。
将在下文中看到,该拉头通过将仅两个部分固定在一起而形成,所述两个部分具有简单的设计。
实际上,在本发明所述的拉头中,上述接合构件大致成U形,它的两个平行侧中的第一侧被固定至拉头的所述基部,而第二侧以平行方式面对所述背部,并以指向所述背部的钩形部为尾,并且,至少垂直连接上述两侧的第三侧是具有弯曲弹性的。
通过在所述第一侧上施加力、且该力趋于将第一侧从拉头的背部升高,则由于第二侧(如适用,还有第三侧)的柔性,可以将上述钩形部与拉头背部分开一定距离,该距离足以产生空隙以便引入或取出拉片的环。
当接合构件接着被释放时,它的弹性将它带回闭合位置,在该闭合位置,可被插入接合构件内的、拉片的环保持被牢固地约束在那里,并且上述钩形部的、还沿第三侧的方向向内弯曲的形式防止拉头的环在沿任意方向取向的拉力被施加在其上时被去除。
所述U形接合构件的钩形部被插入形成在拉头背部上的凹陷中,并且,如果此凹陷是打通的凹陷,那么该钩形部达到位于拉头内部的拉链牙,钩形部被插入这些拉链牙之间并实际上将拉链锁定。
因此,本发明的目的由用于拉链的拉头组成,所述用于拉链的拉头如所附权利要求1中所述。

具体实施方式
在图1至图6中,可以看出本发明所述的拉头1是如何依据公知标准包括基部2和背部3以及接合构件5,其中,背部3与基部2为一体,拉链的成排的拉链牙4i(仅在图中示意性地指示)被设置在背部3与基部2之间,接合构件5从所述背部3向上突起,并能够被约束至拉片的连接环6(没有全部显示)。结果,拉头1只由两个被固定在一起的部分组成,这两个部分包括拉头主体和接合构件5。
在本发明的拉头1中,所述接合构件5大致成U形,在此U中,它的两个平行侧7、8中的第一侧7被固定至所述基部2,第二侧8以大致平行的方式面对背部3,并以向内弯曲的钩形部9为尾,并且,垂直连接上述另外两侧的第三侧10是具有弯曲弹性的。
应该指出的是,如果需要,两个所述平行侧7、8中的一侧或者这两者也可具有此弯曲弹性。
从图中可看出,通过施加趋于令接合构件的所述第一侧7分离的力,则造成了通道P以便允许拉片的连接环6插入(如图所示)或脱离,还允许极容易地去除和/或替换连接环6。
当所述接合构件5被松开时,它被重新布置在它的初始闭合位置,由于其钩形部9的形式,特别是该钩形部9在其自由端9e处向内、也就是朝所述U的第三侧10弯曲,故接合构件5防止了所述连接环6由于在任意方向上施加的力而被意外取出。
有利地,为了给该组件给予更大的刚度,发明人设想到在本发明的拉头1的背部3上形成凹陷13,所述凹陷被设计用来优选以互补的方式容纳钩形部9的所述自由端9c,从而防止其横向运动,这种运动会跟随冲击或其它类似事件而发生,其中接合构件5以该钩形部9为尾。
由于接合构件5可以有限的横向厚度形成,所以发明人还设想到:两个保护性的加强凸缘11、12从拉头1的背部3延伸,凸缘11、12靠在所述接合构件5的旁边以平行方式设置在接合构件5的相对侧。
这些凸缘11、12的轮廓与形成接合构件5形状的U的所述第一和第二侧7、8的轮廓相似,以便覆盖后者,并保护其免受横向应力的损坏(关于这一点也可参见图7)。
本发明人所设想的更进一步的措施在于在已经描述了的钩形部9的自由端9e上提供倒角14的可能性,其中,所述自由端9e被容纳在所述凹陷13内。该倒角的轮廓有倾斜,以便允许拉片环6从外部向内插入所述倒角和所述背部3的表面之间。这种插入通过平行于拉头1的背部3以力F(见图8)挤压来进行,其中力F通过连接环6来施加,由于该倾斜表面,该插入通过克服接合构件的弯曲阻力并抬起它从而导致接合构件升高(箭头S),以便允许和方便所述环6的插入。
在各图中可以看出,所述凹陷可以像所示例子中那样是打通的凹陷,以便允许接合构件9的所述自由端9c达到拉链牙4i占据的区域,并楔入它们之间超过即便仅十分之几个毫米的深度R(图1、6中显示),从而防止拉头1的进一步运动并事实上锁定关联的拉链。
拉链的解锁自动发生,这是因为,为了在任意方向上移动拉头1,基本上需要施加力,所述力至少有一个分力沿着导致接合构件5轻微弯曲的方向(图8中的S),以便打开接合构件5,该弯曲作用足以升高已经描述过的其自由端9e超过深度F,从而将自由端9e从拉链牙4i占据的区域中取出并释放拉头1。
没有用附图来说明上述自动锁定和解锁的操作,因为本领域技术人员可以容易地理解和想象这些操作。
如果不需要获得这种“自动”锁定作用,则只要将凹陷13设计成具有深度较小的、“盲”的形式就可以了(没有在图中图示这种可能性)。
本发明所述的拉头仅由两部分制成并因而简单、制造起来低廉,以该拉头可以执行上述所有的功能,也就是:容易地接合和脱离拉片,没有任何机械操作也没有永久变形,以及拉头在拉链上的简单锁定。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于拉链的拉头(1),包括基部(2)和背部(3)以及接合构件(5),其中,所述基部(2)与所述背部(3)相互成一体,所述拉链的成排的拉链牙(4i)被设置在所述基部(2)与所述背部(3)之间,所述接合构件(5)从所述背部(3)向上突起,并能够被约束至拉片的连接环(6),所述接合构件(5)大致成U形的形式,所述U的两个平行侧(7、8)中的第一侧(7)被固定至所述基部(2),且第二侧(8)以平行方式面对所述背部(3)并以向内弯曲的钩形部(9)为尾,至少垂直连接上述两侧的、所述U的第三侧(10)是具有弯曲弹性的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉头,其中,从所述背部(3)突起的两个刚性凸缘(11、12)靠在所述接合构件(5)的旁边以平行方式设置在相对侧,其中所述两个刚性凸缘与所述背部(3)成一体,所述凸缘(11、12)的轮廓与所述接合构件(5)上没有被施力时其所采取的位置上的、所述U的所述第一和第二侧(7、8)的轮廓相类似,其中所述U形成接合构件(5)的形状。
3.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的拉头,其中,所述背部(3)在其中形成有凹陷(13),所述凹陷能容纳所述钩形部(9)的自由端(9e),其中上述接合构件(5)以所述钩形部(9)为尾。
4.根据权利要求3所述的拉头,其中,所述凹陷(13)是打通的凹陷,所述凹陷(13)的尺寸使得允许所述接合构件(5)的所述自由端(9e)达到所述拉链牙(4i)占据的区域,并楔入所述拉链牙(4i)之间超过预定的深度(R),以便防止所述拉头(1)的运动。
