Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及所谓拉链固定件的领域,换句话,该固定件可通过拉动两个连接件中任一个来打开和关合,其中连接件通过各自的环件连接到滑动块的相对侧,换句话,连接到可与所述固定件的齿结合和脱开的构件。
背景技术
这种滑动块的示例在YKK公司拥有的欧洲专利EP 204 186 B1公开,另一示例在本申请人提交的瑞士专利申请01697/03中给出了介绍。
在这两个示例中,滑动块是通过插到固定件的齿之间的尖状物锁定到适当位置,为了移动滑动块首先要使尖状物与齿脱开,该尖状物也可称作爪。
为了保证锁定操作可通过拉动连接到滑动块的两个连接件的任一个来进行,连接件的固定环与两个杆连接,该杆位于滑动块的中空体内部固定件平面的相对侧,通过直接接触或通过适当回转件互相连接。一个杆整体连接到所述爪,杆设计成当拉动两个连接件中任一个时可直接或间接地使所述爪移动,与所述固定件的齿脱离。
制造上述杆和相应促动系统必然使生产和装配成本严重影响到最终成本,带有两个连接件的滑动块原来具有较低价格。
此外,由于组件的零件数量增加还可能造成故障增加,上述滑动块的可靠性通常会有问题,为了实现无错操作,就必须使用价格更高的方法和材料,这转而使价格增加。
带有两个连接件的滑动块的发明人提出了一技术方案,其中前述两个杆形成单件,具体地,单个叉状件,其两个叉端部具有所述两个杆的功能。这种叉状件通过前述的叉端部连接到一个滑动块和前面提到的爪。叉状件可在所述滑动块的中空体内作枢轴转动,其形状和位置设计成,使用者通过拉动所述两个连接件中的任一个,可使爪动作,使其与固定件的齿脱离,这样固定块就可以移动。
如同所有具有两个连接件的滑动块,如上所述,根据本发明的滑动块包括弹性件,可保持爪插到所述固定件的齿之间,直到当所述叉端部受力,使弹性件弹性变形到足够程度,所述爪脱开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种用于固定件的具有两个连接件的滑动块,其包括设有构件的中空体,所述构件设计成,当拉动所述两个连接件中任一个时,能够克服弹性件的抗力,使爪与所述固定件的齿Zi脱离,其中所述弹性件用于保持所述爪插到所述齿Zi之间;其特征在于,所述构件由带有两个叉端部的叉状件构成,两个叉端部分别位于所述齿Zi平面β的相对侧,叉状件可绕所述滑动块上的点P,Q作枢轴转动;当通过由环件相连接的连接件施加力到叉端部的至少一个端部时,叉状件可在与所述齿Zi平面β正交的平面α上转动。

图4是第二实施例的纵向放大截面图,其中爪与叉状件的一个叉端部的固定部分整体形成,弹性件可使爪返回锁定滑动块的位置,弹性件由设置在所述叉状件与滑动块的中空体之间的弹簧构成;
图5是与图4相同的纵向截面图,其中通过图上部的连接件,支撑爪的叉端部已经转动,因此齿与爪脱离;
图6是图5显示的部分,其中通过位于图中下部的连接件拉动另一叉端部,支撑爪的叉端部已经转动。
具体实施方式
开始参考图1、2、3,图中显示了根据本发明的带有两个连接件2,3的滑动块1,中空体4中容纳有叉状件10,其可绕滑动块的点P作枢轴转动,并由位于平面β的相对侧的两个叉端部5和6构成。平面β由固定件的齿Zi形成(未全部显示)。柔性的弹性片8固定到爪7,片8的形状设计成,当片上没有力施加时,可保持爪7插到所述齿Zi之间锁定滑动块1。所述片8的位置面对并平行于叉状件10的叉端部5。
位于图中上部的连接件2通过环件2a连接到所述片8,当拉动连接件(见图2)可使爪7与齿Zi脱离(见箭头M)。
位于图中下部的连接件3通过环件3a连接到位于图中下部的叉端部6,拉动连接件3可使叉状件10绕所述点P在平面α上转动(见图3中箭头R),平面α与齿Zi所在平面β正交,可使得位于图中上部的与条8接触的叉端部5造成条8弹性变形,从而使爪7脱开齿Zi(见箭头N)。
应当注意到,图中上部的连接件2通过牵拉直接作用于条8,在图中下部的连接件3通过环件3a压到倾斜表面S的表面,作用于所述叉端部6,使得叉状件10进行所述转动R。
通过倾斜面进行连接的系统对于所述领域的技术人员是已知的。
图4显示了根据本发明的滑动块的另一实施例。在这个实施例中,滑动块11包括中空体14,其中容纳带有两个叉端部15和16的叉状件20,其可绕点Q作枢轴转动,在与固定件(未全部显示)的齿Zi平面β正交的平面a上转动(见图5和6中的箭头O)。
在这种情况下,所述爪17不是作为单独件的一部分,而是与叉端部15的自由端15t整体形成,显示于图中上部。
如图5和6所显示,拉动通过各自环件2a,3a连接到两个叉端部15,16的两个连接件2,3可使叉状件20沿所述箭头O的方向转动,因此牵拉(见箭头V)所述爪17脱开固定件的齿Zi。
在这种情况下,保持爪17插在所述齿Zi之间的弹性力由位于叉状件20与滑动块11的中空体4之间的弹簧9提供,弹簧的位置设计成相对于叉状件20的所述转动O。
在上面介绍的实施例中,设置了根据本发明的滑动块1,11,该滑动块由较少的零件组成,具有更高的可靠性和低生产成本。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于拉链固定件的带有两个连接件(2,3)的滑动块(1,11),其包括设有构件(10,20,5,6,15,16)的中空体(4),所述构件设计成,当拉动所述两个连接件(2,3)中任一个时,能够克服弹性件(8,9)的抗力,使爪(7,17)与所述固定件的齿(Zi)脱离,其中所述弹性件用于保持所述爪插到所述齿(Zi)之间;其特征在于,所述构件由带有两个叉端部(5,6,15,16)的叉状件(10,20)构成,两个叉端部分别位于所述齿(Zi)平面β的相对侧,所述叉状件可在所述滑动块(1,11)上的点(P,Q)作枢轴转动;当通过由环件(3a)相连接的所述连接件(3)施加力到所述叉端部(5,15,6,16)中至少一个端部(6,16)时,可在与所述齿(Zi)平面β正交的平面α上转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动块,其特征在于,所述两个连接件(2,3)中的一个(2)连接到固定于所述爪(7)的弹性片(8),可使所述爪脱离所述齿(Zi),所述另一个连接件(3)连接到所述叉状件(10)的叉端部(6),另一个叉端部(5)面对所述弹性片(8),由于所述另一叉端部(5)移动,可使所述另一连接件(3)造成所述叉状件(10)转动R,形成与所述齿(Zi)的脱离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑动块,其特征在于,所述爪(17)在一个所述叉端部(15,16)的自由端(15t)上形成,可弹性压缩的弹簧(9)插入所述叉状件(20)与所述滑动块(11)的所述中空体(14)之间,当没有力施加到所述叉状件(20)时,所述弹簧可保持所述爪(17)插到所述固定件的齿(Zi)之间,各所述叉端部(15,16)通过相应的环件(2a,3a)连接到一个所述连接件(2,3),当拉动所述两个连接件(2,3)中的任一个时,所述叉状件(20)转动O,使所述爪(17)与所述固定件的所述齿(Zi)脱离。
