Abstract

Description

可易於拆卸之推入式彈簧螺帽
本發明係有關於收置及夾緊桿部之緊固件,藉由桿部上的簡單軸向插入來施加緊固件。更具體地,本發明係有關於非常小或微型尺寸的彈簧螺帽,其可以施加殘餘的夾持負載(residual clamp load)。
目前微型緊固件或焊接技術無法對所有情況的緊固需求提供良好的解決方案。一般期望的大多數緊固系統具有三個主要功能面:夾持負載、容易安裝及可拆卸。目前並沒有微型緊固件符合所有的三個需求。許多的應用都需要或可以受益於在兩個配對組件之間所產生的夾持負載。再者,在組裝操作中,這對於採用的簡單安裝動作係有用的,最簡單的是施加在緊固件上的軸向負載。這節省安裝工具的時間及成本。施加軸向負載比使用螺紋緊固件還簡單,螺紋緊固件依賴扭矩及用於轉動緊固件的驅動系統。附接面板的方法,例如鉚釘及點焊之類,形成永久接合點,但是不允許容易地更換或修理部件。
因此,在緊固技術中需要一種緊固件,其可輕易安裝及移除,並且向組裝物件提供殘餘的夾持負載。還需要一種具有這些特徵的微型尺寸緊固件。

圖5A及5B描繪緊固件10在進行如上所述的擠壓時之前後狀況。為清楚起見,在此只顯示移除工具的突出針21。當擠壓緊固件時,所述的孔靠得更近,這如上所述使緊固件變形且迫使彈簧臂11進一步分開。緊固件10的這些狀況分別對應於圖6及7所示的工具之施用順序。緊固件10的變形移動凸片遠離被抓住的大頭釘17,以釋放保持力。一旦彈簧臂11不與大頭釘接觸,緊固件10在沒有阻力下可自由地滑出大頭釘17。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種單一緊固件,包括:一單一主體,其由彈性材料所構成,該主體具有一帶有圓形周邊的平坦頂面;一實質上矩形開口,其穿過該頂面的中心,該開口具有成對的相對短邊及長邊,該等相對短邊及長邊的中線分別定義該緊固件的短軸及長軸;一對相對彈性臂,其從該頂面向上且向內地延伸,每個彈性臂固定至沿著該長軸之該開口的短邊中之一;以及複數個向外且向下延伸彈性指狀部,其位於該頂面的周邊上,其中,該頂面具有兩個貫穿孔,每個貫穿孔位於該開口的相對側上且相鄰於沿著該短軸之該開口的較長邊,該等孔具有適用於接收一向內導向力的施加之內側,藉以使該緊固件變形,以便該等彈性臂分開。
  2. 如請求項1之緊固件,其中,該等彈性臂之每一者在其遠端處具有一弓形爪。
  3. 如請求項2之緊固件,其中,該等指狀部之每一者係在徑向上成錐形的。
  4. 如請求項3之緊固件,其中,該整個緊固件係一由彈簧鋼或不鏽鋼所構成的單一元件。
  5. 如請求項4之緊固件,其中,該緊固件整個具有相同的厚度。
  6. 如請求項1之緊固件,其中,該等指狀部在周邊上等距隔開。
  7. 如請求項1之緊固件,其中,只有兩個彈性臂。
  8. 一種組合件,包括:一第一緊固件構件,其具有一頭部及一從該頭部延伸之細長桿部; 以及如請求項1之緊固件,其位於該桿部的周圍,使得該等彈性臂與該桿部接合且對該頭部施加一殘餘夾持負載(residual clamp load),其中,該頂面具有兩個貫穿孔,每個貫穿孔位於該開口的相對側上且相鄰於沿著該短軸之該開口的較長邊,該等孔適用於接收一向內導向力的施加,藉以使該緊固件變形,以便該等彈性臂分開。
