技术领域
本发明涉及接纳并夹持轴的紧固件,其通过简单的轴向插到轴上而施加。更具体地,本发明涉及能施加剩余夹紧载荷的极小或微小尺寸的弹簧螺母。
背景技术
当前的微型紧固件或焊接技术在所有情况下都不能为紧固需求提供良好的解决方案。通常期望大多数紧固系统的三个主要功能方面:夹紧载荷、易于安装和可移除性。当前,没有满足所有这三个需求的微型紧固件。许多应用需要或将受益于在两个配合部件之间产生的夹紧载荷。此外,在组装操作中,采用简单的安装运动是有用的,最简单的是施加到紧固件的轴向载荷。这节省了安装工具作业的时间和成本。与使用依靠扭矩和驱动系统来转动紧固件的螺纹紧固件相比,施加轴向载荷更为简单。诸如铆接和点焊之类的面板附连方法形成了永久连接,但不允许轻易更换或维修零件。

发明内容

Claims (15)
