Abstract
本发明提供一种扬声器装置,其中,用树脂材料形成挡板,该挡板形成扬声器装置中的音响空间,并且在该挡板的安装振动板用的开口部分设置阶梯,通过该阶梯定位振动板。这样,不仅可提高挡板的强度,还可提高扬声器装置的强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使扬声器与形成音响空间的箱体一体化的扬声器装置。
背景技术
一般在移动电话等小型电子设备中,将扬声器直接安装于小型电子设备的外部框体。并且,在进一步提高这种扬声器的音响性能时,形成将扬声器收纳于形成规定音响空间的箱体中的扬声器装置,并将该扬声器装置安装到外部框体。在实开昭57-151086号公报中公开了这样的扬声器装置。
但是,在这样的小型电子设备中,由于小型、轻量化成为重要的因素,因此对于其中所采用的扬声器装置也要求小型、轻量化。结果,对于形成扬声器装置的箱体也采用作为轻量原材料的树脂,从而确保扬声器装置的强度成为课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种扬声器装置,具有:扬声器,其由磁路、由磁路驱动的音圈、以及内周端部与音圈连接的振动板构成;挡板,其由具有连接振动板的外周端部的开口部分的树脂构成;和背面罩,其与挡板的外周端部连接,覆盖扬声器的背面侧,形成规定的音响空间,在挡板的开口部分设置阶梯,通过阶梯定位振动板。通过该结构,可提高形成音响空间的由树脂构成的挡板的强度。结果,可提高小型轻量的扬声器装置的强度。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的一个实施方式进行说明。附图为示意图,并未按尺寸正确表示各位置关系。而且,本发明并不限定于实施方式。
(实施方式)
图1是表示本发明的扬声器装置的剖视图。基本的结构为:将扬声器3连接到挡板1的开口部分2,用背面罩4覆盖扬声器3的背面侧。扬声器3由磁路5、音圈(voice coil)6和振动板7构成。磁路5通过在上部板8与轭9之间配置磁体(magnet)10而构成。而且,在轭9的延伸部分与上部板8之间形成的磁隙11中夹设有音圈6。通过将声音信号输入到音圈6而驱动音圈6。形成通过伴随音圈6的驱动使振动板7振动从而发声的结构。
而且,该扬声器装置的音响空间12由挡板1和背面罩4形成。挡板1和背面罩4分别是树脂成形体,扬声器3与挡板1中的平板状的上面中央部一体化。并且,挡板1具有作为扬声器3的框架(frame)而被活用的开口部分2。另外,作为树脂成形体的例子可举出聚邻苯二甲酰胺、超耐热ABS等。而且,在挡板1的开口部分2的端面设置有阶梯13。形成利用阶梯13进行安装振动板7时的定位、且在从阶梯13延伸的部分固定磁路5的结构。在挡板1的开口部分2形成阶梯13,会在挡板1的音响空间12侧(即扬声器3的背面侧)形成突起。该突起作为由树脂成形形成的柔软的挡板1的肋结构而发挥功能。这样,通过设置阶梯13可获得振动板7的定位作用和挡板1的强度提高效果。结果,可提高小型轻量的扬声器装置的强度。
而且,在这样的扬声器装置中,为了提高音响特性,公知的是设置低音反射端口。实施方式中,在挡板1的外周侧壁部15处设置有贯通孔16,从贯通孔16沿着外周侧壁部15,设置有按照从挡板1抵接于背面罩4的方式而突出的间隔壁17。如图2所示,将由间隔壁17和外周侧壁部15形成的从音响空间12到贯通孔16的音响路径构成为低音反射端口(Bass-reflex port)14。根据该结构,设置于挡板1的外周侧壁部15和间隔壁17,作为树脂成形体的柔软的挡板1的上面的肋结构而发挥功能,提高挡板1的强度。结果,可提高小型轻量扬声器装置的强度。
另外,在本实施方式的扬声器装置中,为了抑制因扬声器3本身振动引起的音响特性的恶化,在磁路5的底面和背面罩4之间设置有缓冲部件19。为了进一步实现低高度化,也可如图3所示那样,采用使磁路5的底面与背面罩4抵接的结构。此外,还可如图4所示那样在背面罩4中设置贯通孔18,从而将磁路5的底部嵌合于贯通孔18。
(工业上的可利用性)
本发明具有在小型轻量化的扬声器装置中提高机械强度的效果。并且,尤其是作为移动电话等的小型电子设备中采用的扬声器装置是有用的。
Claims (4)
1.一种扬声器装置,具有:
扬声器,其由磁路、由所述磁路驱动的音圈、以及内周端部与所述音圈连接的振动板构成;
挡板,其由具有连接所述振动板的外周端部的开口部分的树脂构成;和
背面罩,其与所述挡板的外周端部连接,覆盖所述扬声器的背面侧,形成规定的音响空间,
在所述挡板的开口部分设置阶梯,通过所述阶梯定位所述振动板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,
在所述挡板设置向所述背面罩突出的间隔壁,在音响空间内形成低音反射端口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,
使所述磁路的底部与所述背面罩抵接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,
在所述背面罩设置贯通孔,使所述磁路的底部嵌合于所述贯通孔。
