如图2、图3、图4所示,本实施例的振动发声装置,质量块7对应磁铁6设置有定位槽,磁铁6设置于质量块7的定位槽内,质量块7远离音圈一侧设置有导磁板8,导磁板8固定磁铁,并且有利于调整振动发声装置内部的磁力线分布,有利于提高产品性能。如图2及图3所示,本实施例的振动发声装置,磁铁6为两块,两块磁铁6 分别放置于扁平的跑道形音圈2的两条直边位置,两块磁铁6的充磁方向相反,以保证音圈2的两条直边受力方向相同,两块磁铁6增大了磁场强度,有利于提高产品性能。
如图3和图6所示,本实施例的振动发声装置,音圈2和振膜3通过连接臂4连接,如图7所示,传动臂4为L形,传动臂4的a边上设置有一个连接平面41,传动臂4的b边与音圈固定,如图7所示,与音圈固定位置的传动臂4的b边上设置有定位凹陷,该定位凹陷保证音圈与传动臂紧密装配。如图6所示,传动臂4一端与振膜3固定,另一端通过弹片5与第二壳体12固定,如图4所示,传动臂4将音圈2悬置于磁铁6的上方。如图3所示,振膜3包括中心平面部,传动臂4的连接平面41与振膜3的中心平面部固定结合,以提高传动臂4与振膜3的结合强度,避免传动臂4振动对振膜3造成损坏,有利于振动的传递,提高产品性能。同时,为了提高振膜3与传动臂结合位置的刚性,调整产品的声学性能,如图2和图3所示,振膜3上还设置有补强部3a,补强部3a也设置于振膜3的中心平面部上。
在实际应用中,为了增大振动发声装置内部空间,同时保证外壳的强度,如图2、图3所示,可以在第一壳体11对应音圈和磁路系统的位置设置有钢片11a,钢片11a可以在保证该位置强度的同时,降低厚度,增大该位置的内部空间,有利于增大磁路系统和音圈的厚度,提高产品性能;同时,作为优选方案,在保证产品性能的前提下,本实施例的振动发声装置磁路系统仅设置于音圈2的一侧,更进一步地,可以设置于远离钢片11a的一侧,以最大限度地降低产品厚度,满足应用需要。
本发明的振动发声装置,出声孔设置于与厚度方向垂直的侧壁上,振膜与出声孔所在平面平行、扁平音圈与振膜垂直设置,磁铁与音圈平行设置,音圈的振动方向避开了厚度方向,磁铁与质量块一体结构的振动方向也避开了厚度的方向,有利于产品的薄型化设计,同时, 可以增大振动空间,提高产品性能。因此,本发明振动发声装置具有薄型化设计高,性能好的优点。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种振动发声装置,其特征包括外壳,收容于外壳内的振动系统和磁路系统,其特征在于:
    所述外壳侧面设置有供声音出射的出声孔;
    所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈和传动结构,所述振膜对应所述出声孔设置,所述音圈为扁平结构,所述音圈所在平面与所述振膜所在平面垂直,所述音圈与所述传动结构固定,所述振膜与所述音圈通过所述传动结构连接;
    所述磁路系统包括磁铁,所述磁铁对应所述音圈设置,所述磁铁所在平面与所述音圈所在平面平行;
    所述振动发声装置还包括质量块和连接部,所述磁铁与所述质量块固定一体结合,所述磁铁、质量块一体结构通过所述连接部悬设于所述外壳内,所述磁铁、质量块一体结构可在所述磁铁所在平面作往复振动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述连接部为连接杆,所述连接杆两端与所述外壳固定,所述质量块对应所述连接杆设置固定结构,所述连接杆贯穿所述固定结构;所述质量块可沿所述连接杆延伸方向振动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述质量块固定结构将所述连接杆分隔成两部分,所述两部分连接杆上均套设有弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆为两根,所述两根连接杆对称设置于所述质量块的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述传动结构为传动臂,所述传动臂的一个端部与所述振膜固定结合;所述传动臂的主体位置与所述音圈固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述传动臂为L形,所述L形连接臂的一条(a)边与振膜所在平面平行,另 一条(b)边与所述(a)边垂直,所述(a)边延伸出固定结构与所述振膜固定;所述(b)边与所述音圈固定结合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述(b)边远离所述(a)边的一端通过弹片与外壳固定。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一权利要求所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述传动臂为两部分,所述两部分传动臂对称设置于所述音圈的两端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上下两端以及围绕上下两端设置的侧壁,所述出声孔设置于所述侧壁上;所述振膜与所述出声孔所在平面平行,所述振膜竖直设置于所述外壳内;所述音圈与所述振膜所在平面垂直,所述音圈水平设置于所述外壳内;所述磁路设置于所述音圈的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的振动发声装置,其特征在于:所述音圈为跑道形,所述磁铁包括两块,所述两块磁铁分别对应所述跑道形音圈的两条直边设置,所述两块磁铁的极化方向相反。
