扬声器箱 技术领域
本申请涉及声电技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
随着智能移动终端的广泛应用,用于播放声音的扬声器箱也被大量应用。扬声器箱在工作时,其内部产生大量的热量,会使后腔内的气体膨胀气压升高,从而导致前腔和后腔内的气压不平衡,影响扬声器箱的正常工作,为了使扬声器箱能正常工作,通常需在与后腔对应的壳体上开设泄漏孔,并配置封盖泄漏孔的透气隔离件。另外,为了使扬声器箱获得更好的音频效果,在扬声器箱的后腔部分会填充吸音颗粒,相应地在与后腔对应的壳体上也会开设用于灌入吸音颗粒的灌粉孔,并配置用于封盖灌粉孔的盖板。所以,现有的扬声器箱既需要开设泄漏孔又需要开设灌粉孔,并且要配置封盖泄漏孔的透气隔离件和封盖灌粉孔的盖板,结构复杂,工艺流程繁琐。请参阅图1,扬声器箱100'的壳体1'上分别设有泄漏孔121和灌粉孔122,同时为泄漏孔121配置了透气隔离件31',为灌粉孔122配置了盖板32'。

请再次参阅图2、图3和图5,壳体1之设有通孔12的部位设有孔径大于通孔12的沉孔13,通孔12从沉孔13的底部延伸连通容置腔11,透气隔离件31和盖板32均容置于沉孔13内。通过该种设置方式,盖板32不会凸出于壳体1之外,既方便扬声器箱100安装到智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备上,又美观大方。
优选地,壳体1包括前盖14和后盖15,前盖14和后盖15围合形成容置腔11,发声单体2与前盖14围合形成前腔111,发声单体2、前盖14和后盖15围合形成后腔112,通孔12贯穿设于后盖15,遮盖组件3固设于后盖15的外表面。

Claims (10)

  1. 扬声器箱,其特征在于,包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内的发声单体以及固设于所述壳体外的遮盖组件,所述壳体设有容置腔和通孔,所述发声单体固设于所述容置腔内并将所述容置腔分隔为前腔和后腔,所述通孔与所述后腔连通;
    所述遮盖组件包括透气隔离件和盖板,所述透气隔离件遮盖所述通孔且固定于所述盖板上,所述盖板与所述壳体连接并设于所述透气隔离件之远离所述通孔的一侧,所述盖板设有盖孔,所述后腔中的气体依次流过所述通孔、所述透气隔离件和所述盖孔流到所述壳体之外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述遮盖组件还包括第一粘接件,所述透气隔离件通过所述第一粘接件固定于所述盖板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一粘接件具有第一内孔,所述第一内孔的孔径大于或等于所述盖孔的孔径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述遮盖组件还包括第二粘接件,所述盖板通过所述第二粘接件固定于所述壳体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第二粘接件具有第二内孔,所述透气隔离件和所述第一粘接件均容置于所述第二内孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第二内孔的孔径大于所述通孔的孔径。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述盖孔、所述第一内孔、所述第二内孔以及所述通孔同轴设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件为无纺布、尼龙编织网、羊毛编织网、金属网以及调音纸中的任意一种。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述盖板为包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯中任意一种材质的面板。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体之设有所述通孔的部位设有孔径大于所述通孔的沉孔,所述通孔从所述沉孔的底部延伸连通所述容置腔,所述透气隔离件和所述盖板均容置于所述沉孔内。
