Abstract

Description

本发明涉及制造装有粉末的袋子和类似物的方法和装置。尤其是,但并非仅仅是,涉及包装或添加吸潮粉末或别的粉末或粉末状材料到盛装该材料的产品中的方法和装置,而不使制造者和使用者遭受吸入该粉末-特别是非常轻的粉料的危险,该粉料倾向飘浮或扩散于大气中,并能危害呼吸系统的健康。
仅仅为了说明起见,本发明将根据由丙炳酸盐膨胀钢聚合物和类似物制造的超级吸收剂粉末加以叙述。它们能吸收大于自身重量一千多倍的潮气,并且极轻,对于孩子或成年人的卫生巾和其它应用都是极其有用的。按照本发明,所采用的技术包括在连续的流水线上或不在流水线上制作袋子和填充过程中的粉末分配或定量技术,封罩或由操作者遥控的技术以及确保利用者安全的技术。
因此,本发明的目的是欲提供一种制作填充粉末、并经专门设计的袋子的方法和装置,借助于本发明的推压粉末装置结构,使袋子制作过程中粉末逸散最少。
总之,根据本发明的一个重要的观点,本发明包括制作装有定量粉料的密封袋子的方法,它包括使第一坯料通过热融粘结剂涂刷区,周期地加热间隔的热融条,它在坯料上形成所希望的袋子周边;把第一坯料传输到某一区域,第二坯料也被传输到那里与其压合;沿某一 事先确定的通道,从粉料仓输送粉料;间歇地控制送料,把定量粉末带到上述通道中的某位置,该位置于坯料要在那里压合的那个区域的正上方;将定量粉料从上述位置撒落到上述区域,它和第一坯料上的热融粘结条传输到该处是同步的;而后压合两坯料,以连续的热融粘结条周边来密封袋子,定量的粉末被密封在袋子中。
在机械结构方面,本发明仔细考虑了用于制作包有粉料的密封袋子的装置,总的来说,具有将第一和第二坯料传输到压合滚轮上的装置;周期地加热热融条,在第一坯料上形成所希望的袋子周边,通过第一坯料和第二坯料压合使一系列的袋子密封的装置;沿着压合滚轮区上方的某一预定通道推压粉料的装置;在所述压合滚轮区正上方的某一位置,沿所述预定的通道,周期地控制粉料推压装置,将被控制的定量粉料从所述位置撒入到将要进入压合滚轮的所述两坯料间的区域的装置;以及使所述粉料推压与控制装置跟第一坯料上一系列热融粘结条来到所述区域保持同步的装置,使第一和第二坯料通过该压合滚轮时,将充以定量粉料的一系列袋子密封。
下文叙述的是优选的和最佳状态的方案及其细节。
现在参考附图叙述本发明,该附图是用于实施作为本发明基础的所述方法的优选装置的轴侧图。
参考附图,一块薄的多孔织物或其它的非纺织薄片坯料1(作为本发明组成部分的典型的吸湿剂袋子的实例),沿图中所示箭头A方向前进,经过热融加热装置2,例如,美国专利第3,595,204号里的间歇计量型缝隙喷嘴,在该处热融带条由水平或垂直缝隙喷嘴周期地或间歇地加热(用虚线S表示),以形成延续的袋子的周边。坯料被传送到一个激冷的滚筒4上,以便控制热融条,这样它们已准备好粘 合。然后垂直向下地被送到左面的钢制压合滚筒上,它与一个软压合滚筒8协同运转,软筒上运送的是多孔薄织物、非纺织品或聚合薄膜或者其它的塑料薄膜坯料1′,它按B所示方向进料。刚好在压合滚筒6和8的上方R区时,从粉末排出管10里定量排出粉末,在重力的作用下落下。同时,坯料1上的热融周边带条S正好被送到,以便跟压合滚筒6和8的相邻配合表面上的坯料1′压合。这种挤压压合封闭了已成形的封有定量粉末的袋子P。在压合滚筒上方包括推压和排出粉末在内的区域,可用一个罩子盖住,示意地用H表示。
具有断续的充以超级吸潮剂粉末的袋子的坯料,或者至少具有部分多孔性袋子的坯料(正如坯料是一种聚合膜或类似物),被水平地(旋转大约90°)送到旋转的切刀工位12切成单独的一个一个的袋子P′,它可以同相应的卫生巾坯料4压合。带有多个袋子的坯料可通过串接的卫生巾制作机。在这种情况下,为了直接输送卫生巾,旋转切刀装置系统12就先将装有粉末的坯料切成单个袋子。在非串接制作机的情况下,带有袋子的坯料就被卷到一个大滚筒上,这个滚筒再装到卫生巾制造机上,然而卷开并切下单个的袋子,此时,应与卫生巾制作机的生产同步并配准。后者的制作过程与前述的安排成串连的制袋系统相同。
现在回到排料器10的细节上,在该结构中,螺旋推料器3从粉料料仓9的下方区域延伸水平地通过同心配置的排料管区域,并沿着柔性螺旋返回推料器通道5延伸。该螺旋推料器3由驱动装置7从端部驱动,在粉末分配区R上方,它被设置在开始计量部位的右端,具有第一个闸门S1,它可间歇地周期打开;在此位置的左端,有第二个闸门S2,当闸汴S1打开时,它关闭。粉末袋子的“X”长度由闸门S1的周 期开关率决定,“Y”宽度由排料管直径-其底部开口10′决定。这样,通过螺旋实现的闸门控制的或定量的排出粉末就被撒到该区内。
螺旋3以坯料速度同步驱动,以便每次都是输送同样的粉末量而与传输速度无关。所述两个闸门S1和S2位于螺旋进给料筒系统的端部,用以将粉末周期和配准地排出。粉末被撒在两坯料要压合的位置。两个闸门提供了一种导向手段,要么使全部100%的粉末输送到返回管道(柔性螺旋区5)而回到料仓9,要么100%的螺旋进给量输送到压合坯料上。在粉末撒到坯料上期间,闸门S1打开,而闸门S2关闭。在关闭期间内,没有粉末撒出,闸门S1是关闭的,而闸门S2是打开的,使粉末返回料仓。粉末的返回速度要比供给速度快。常用的撒粉重量是每袋1-3克;常用的袋子尺寸可从2英寸宽×6英寸长到6英寸宽×18英寸长,取决于所制造的卫生巾产品的规格。
本技术领域内的技术熟练者还可进一步改进,而上述情况被视为属于在所附的权利要求中被限定的本发明的精神和范围内。

Claims (13)

1、制造定量粉料密封袋子的方法,其包括下列步骤:将第一坯料传送至压合滚子与传送至此处的第二坯料压合,压合前,坯料压合处上方的粉料供给装置从粉料仓将粉料沿预先确定的通道输送至压合处正上方并间歇地将粉料供入坯料中进行压合,制造好的带密封粉料袋的坯料传送至切割装置,其特征在于:第一坯料传送至压合滚子之前经过热融粘合区,周期地使用间隔热融带在坯料上形成所要求的袋子的周边,该周边与第二坯料在压合滚子上压合成所需的袋子,所述粉料的供给是通过螺旋推压沿所述通道进给并控制推料时间决定在所述位置粉料的定量,当粉料沿所述通道输送至处于压合滚子正上方一位置前的一适当点时,打开第一个闸门,输送粉料使其通过第一个闸门进入所述区域上方的所述位置,当定量粉末通过第一闸门进入所述位置时,第一闸门关闭,粉料从此位置落向要被压合的坯料上,第一闸门一当关闭,沿着所述通道在所述位置末端的第二个闸门打开,多余的粉料被送回到粉料仓,在从此位置撒下定量粉末到所述区域的同时,第一个坯料上的热融粘合带被输送到,在一系列热融粘合带周边上,压合坯料,封闭袋子,定量的粉末就密封在里面了。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:当第一坯料上的热融带周边来到所述区域时,在重力的作用下,粉料降落到两坯料之间。
3、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的第一个坯料为多孔薄材料以保持相对干燥,另一密闭袋子的坯料至少是一种薄的多孔材料或塑料薄膜。
4、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:所述粉料选用吸潮粉料,第一个坯料是用于卫生巾的材料。
5、按权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:一系列装有粉末的袋子从压合的坯料上切下,然后依次贴到卫生巾坯料上。
6、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:压合的包含充料袋的坯料被缠绕到一个滚筒上,作为随后在非流水线上切断和装料用。
7、用于权利要求1所述方法的装置,它包括传送第一和第二坯料到压合滚筒上的装置,沿预定通道送料的装置以及间歇地控制粉料排出,将被控制的定量粉料从所述位置撒入到将要进入压合滚轮的所述两坯料间的区域的装置,其特征在于:该装置还包括周期地加热热融带,在第一坯料上形成所要求的袋子周边的装置,该周边然后与第二个坯料压合,封闭形成一个一个袋子,所述的送料装置包括位于压合滚筒的所述区域上方、从粉料仓供料的螺旋推料器,所述的控制装置包括处于所述位置起终点的第一和第二操纵闸门,以及使所述粉料排出和控制装置与所述第一个坯料上的一系列的热融粘带在该区域出现相同步的装置。
8、按权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的螺旋推料器在其底部并位于所述位置的上方处有一开口,同步装置使第一个操纵闸门打开,而第二个操纵闸门关闭,粉料通过上述打开的底部撒落到填充袋子的所述区域。
9、按权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的螺旋推料器在其底部并位于所述位置的上方处有一开口,同步装置操作第一操纵闸门关闭上述开口,并打开第二操纵闸门,多余的粉料沿柔性螺旋返回推料器通道输回料仓。
10、按权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于:撒下粉料的范围与袋宽度大致相符,它是由所述位置上方的排料器底部开口的尺寸决定的,粉料的数量与袋长大致相符合,它由控制装置的间歇动作频率决定。
11、按权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:所述排料装置以及它与压合滚筒之间的所述区域都在一个防护罩里。
12、按权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:在该装置中确保将已压合的带有一系列充有粉料的袋子的第一和第二个坯料送到切刀处,切成一个一个袋子。
13、按权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于:所述粉料包括用于卫生巾和类似品的吸潮材料,所述第一个坯料属于卫生巾材料,由薄绢的和非纺织薄层材料制成,所述第二个坯料属于类似的薄层材料和塑料薄膜。
