Abstract
本发明为自动扶梯的安全装置,为提高自动扶梯侧板(10)和梯级(12)间运行间隙区内的安全性,在正对梯级的侧板背面设置一根具有侧板运行长度的细长管状软壳(24)。当一个物体被夹在梯级和侧板间而出现侧板向内挠曲时使软壳中的气压增加。对软壳压力增高敏感的开关(30)控制继电器(32),以便关断电梯驱动马达(33)并使电梯制动器(34)起作用。
Description
本发明涉及自动扶梯的安全装置。
自动扶梯的夹持危险是由其相邻部件间的运行间隙所引起的。正如国家标准(法规)所表明的那样,现有的一种解决方法似乎已将这种间隙减小到了切实可行的极限程度。现已在扶手侧板对着梯级间隙的区域采用特殊材料制成和/或表面涂层,以制造摩擦力小的扶手侧板。尽管如此,物体仍有可能被夹在梯级和该侧板之间。此时可引起侧板向内挠曲。为在出现这种侧板弯曲事故时关断自动扶梯,先有技术的做法是沿其长度对着各个阶梯的在侧板背面,分散地设置微动开关。当这些微动开关动作时就中断了电梯驱动马达的电源并使制动器起作用。这种分立方法不能为“完全的”保护提供保证。
本发明的一个目的就是为在侧板和梯级的夹物事件发生时关断自动扶梯,为其提供涉及整个范围的保护。
根据本发明,沿着通常对着梯级的自动扶梯的侧板内侧,设置一根与之接触的管状软壳。一旦由于某个物体被夹在梯级和侧板间的运行间隙而使侧板挠曲时,该软壳内的空气压力就增高。压力操纵的电气开关响应软壳的气压增高并且控制继电器,从而关断自动扶梯。
本发明的其它目的、特征和优点将由以下说明中明显地看到。
图1是一个立体图,以部分断裂和部分横截面来揭示本发明。
图2是本发明开关机构处于未动作状态的横截面图。
图3是本发明开关机构动作时的横截面图。
图1示出了一块扶手侧板10,置于该板外侧上的自动扶梯的梯级12,和置于该板内侧(背面)用于支承自动扶梯各种零部件的桁架部件14。板10在其上缘16和接近其底缘18处被合适地附装到自动扶梯的固定件20和22(象征性地示出)-诸如支柱、盖板(braces,decking profiles)等。
一个细长的管状软壳24被置于侧板10的背面,同梯级踏板26相应的软壳毗连区25相接触并沿侧板的长度纵向地延伸。软壳的两端由相配的密封装置(图中未示)封闭,并利用钢轨27安装到桁架部件14。对一个本领域的技术人员来说,本发明同样可应用于没有梯级的连续皮带运输机(travolator),则是显而易见的。
要注意的是:侧板是由位于该板内侧的软壳邻接区25上、下方的纵向部件28和29所加固。这使软壳邻接区25为侧板10的最有弹性的柔软区,因此当一个物体被夹在梯级和侧板之间时,物体将使侧板很容易地向里弯曲。侧板的向内挠曲加载和挤压软壳。与软壳24连通的操纵开关30气流的压力使响应该压力的相应的关断继电器32起作用,从而关断自动扶梯马达33并使其制动器34动作。
图2详细地图示了软壳24和压力开关30。所示软壳24处于未加载时的情况-毗连侧板10处未变形。软壳通常具有半圆形截面,该半圆的顶部35与侧板10毗连,而半圆的底36由钢轨27固定。软壳的顶壁比较薄,以便易于变形。软壳的底部比顶部厚并沿其上、下表面有纵向凹槽(如图所示),以便可靠地卡装入“C”形剖面的钢轨27中。诸如聚氯乙烯管38等类通道提供了软壳24和开关30之间的气流传递。
开关30包括一个由膜片42分成两室的构架40;一个气压室44和一个软壳压力室46。膜片42有一个电气接点48,该接点置于气压室一侧的膜片中心并由相应导线连到开关外侧。构架40有一个可用螺钉调节的相应电接点50,该接点置于气压室侧面上、邻近接点48处并由相应导线连至开关外侧。当软壳24未被加载时,换句话说,当侧板未受弯时,接点48和50处于(常)开的状态。
正如图3所示。当侧板10发生形变时,软壳24被加载(鼓胀)并对开关的室46加压。这引起膜片42向上的挠曲,从而使电接点48、50接通继电器32的电路。
气压室44的排气口在52处。在室46内装有泄放阀54,以避免造成损坏的过压发生。同样,室44内也装有泄放阀56来防止发生过压造成损坏。
图2和图3中所示的软壳/开关可用“瑞士贝林根一沙夫豪森的皮尔歇股份公司仪器制造部”的产品。这种开关通常用在自动过顶门的下边缘上,以检测该门的是否完全关闭和/或一旦门接触到在该门下自动通过的物体时,实在门的逆行。在只有一些3或4米长的软壳可用而自动扶梯又较长的情况下,则可将侧板挠度开关沿电梯的每侧串联设置。
显然,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可能对其作出各种变动。
Claims (4)
1、一种用于自动扶梯扶手侧板的挠度开关,所述扶手侧板(10)附装到固定件(20和22)上,所述挠度开关与该开关控制的继电器(32)相连,以便当侧板(10)向内弯曲时,控制关断自动扶梯,所述挠度开关包括一充满气体的软管及与该软管连通并带有电气接点的压力操纵开关(30),其特征在于:
-所述软管包括其顶部(35)与侧板(10)内侧接触并沿侧板长度纵向延伸的半圆形密封软壳(24),该软壳借助钢轨(27)安装到桁架部件(41)上而该软壳半圆的底(36)由钢轨(27)固定;
-在软壳(24)接触区(25)上下的侧板(10)上设置有加强部件(28,29)以使侧板(10)上的软壳接触区成为良好弹性区。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动扶梯扶手侧板的挠度开关,其特征在于,所述软壳(24)的顶部(35)较薄,使其易于变形,沿其较厚的底部(36)之上下表面有纵向凹槽,以便可靠地卡装入“C”形剖面的钢轨(27)中。
