本发明涉及一种模具。
背景技术:
现有的轮胎硫化胶囊模具,注胶复杂,脱模困难,制成的产品成品率低,工作性能不理想。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,工作效果好的子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具,包括上模、下模、芯模,其特征是:在上、下模与芯模形成的模具内型腔上方,设置与模具内型腔相通的注射孔,在模具内型腔下方,设置与模具内型腔相通的抽真空通道,模具内型腔中排气筋线与模具呈一体形式,上、下模外腔中设置使导热介质的导流隔板,导流隔板为多块,呈辐射状排列。
在芯模中间部位设置气体通道,该气体通道通过气阀与芯模外表面相通。芯模内腔与加热介质的进、出管相通。模具曲面精度≤0.05mm,同心度≤0.01mm。
本发明结构合理,注胶方便、快速,能在1分钟内完成注射,模具始终处于真空封闭状态下,防止了气泡的产生,上、下模外腔中导流隔板变传统直流气为循环气,提高了蒸气利用效率,缩短硫化时间,降低成本。采用筋模一体形式,避免了传统工艺的缺陷,保证了用户胶囊的质量,确保模具长久使用。

具体实施方式:
一种子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具,包括上模1、下模2、芯模3,在上、下模与芯模形成的模具内型腔4上方芯模盖6中(或上模中),设置与模具内型腔相通的注射孔5,在模具内型腔下方,设置与模具内型腔相通的抽真空通道7。
在芯模中间部位设置气体通道8,该气体通道通过气阀9与芯模外表面相通,可以通过气体进行脱模。芯模内腔与加热介质的进、出管10、11相通。上、下模外腔中设置使导热介质的导流隔板12。导流隔板为多块,呈辐射状排列。模具曲面精度≤0.05mm,同心度≤0.01mm。模具内型腔中排气筋线与模具呈一体形式。

1、一种子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具,包括上模、下模、芯模,其特征是:在上、下模与芯模形成的模具内型腔上方,设置与模具内型腔相通的注射孔,在模具内型腔下方,设置与模具内型腔相通的抽真空通道,模具内型腔中排气筋线与模具呈一体形式,上、下模外腔中设置使导热介质的导流隔板,导流隔板为多块,呈辐射状排列。
2、根据权利要求1所述的子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具,其特征是:在芯模中间部位设置气体通道,该气体通道通过气阀与芯模外表面相通。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具,其特征是:芯模内腔与加热介质的进、出管相通。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的子午线轮胎注射式硫化胶囊模具,其特征是:模具曲面精度≤0.05mm,同心度≤0.01mm。
