本发明公开了一种铰链四杆机构液压箱梁内模,这种箱梁内模,包括主梁、顶模板、上动模板、带动上动模板伸缩的侧向油缸,还包括两摇杆,所述顶模板和上动模板之间通过两摇杆铰接连接,顶模板和上动模板均有耳板,两摇杆与顶模板的耳板、上动模板的耳板之间形成了铰链四杆机构,且上动模板以两摇杆为半径作圆弧运动。本发明可以保证脱模时上动模与混凝土不再发生干涉,能采用液压方式来实现模板的整体收缩,不仅使箱梁质量得到保证,而且可使模板的装卸方便、快捷、省时省力,大大缩短工期,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,从而能保证生产速度,适应箱梁的大批量生产。

Description

铰链四杆机构液压箱梁内模
技术领域
本发明涉及一种架设铁路、公路及城市钢筋混凝土预制箱梁采用的液压箱梁内模。
背景技术
国内铁路、公路及城市桥梁以钢筋混凝土结构为主导,并且大部份箱型梁采用预制方式制作。目前制作混凝土箱梁的箱梁内模,其上动模与顶模之间普遍采用耳板铰接,并连接成一个整体(见图1),这种结构的缺陷是模板整体收缩时,上动模板的C点总是绕固定在顶模板上的铰接点O沿轨迹d做圆弧运动,如图2可知AB段圆弧已陷入已预制好的混凝土内,导致模板不能实现整体脱模,只能人工拆出单块模板,这样脱模不但费时,劳动强度大,生产率低,而且模板易刮伤混凝土表面,影响产品外观质量,无法实现模板在箱梁内腔整体收缩脱模,导致该类型箱梁无法进行大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能采用液压方式来实现模板在箱梁内腔内整体收缩的铰链四杆机构液压箱梁内模。
本发明提供的这种铰链四杆机构液压箱梁内模,包括主梁、顶模板、上动模板、带动上动模板伸缩的侧向油缸,还包括两摇杆,所述顶模板和上动模板之间通过两摇杆铰接连接,顶模板和上动模板均有耳板,两摇杆与顶模板的耳板、上动模板的耳板之间形成了铰链四杆机构,且上动模板以两摇杆为半径作圆弧运动。
本发明由于是通过两摇杆分别与顶模板和上动模板上的耳板铰接,它们形成了铰链四杆机构,由带动上动模板向内收的油缸来驱动,当该油缸伸缩时上动模板以两摇杆为半径做圆弧运动,这样可以保证脱模时上动模与混凝土不再发生干涉,能采用液压方式来实现模板的整体收缩,不仅使箱梁质量得到保证,而且可使模板的装卸方便、快捷、省时省力,大大缩短工期,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,从而能保证生产速度,适应箱梁的大批量生产。

具体实施方式
从图3和图4可以看出,本发明包括主梁1、顶模板2、上动模板3、下动模板8、带动上动模板3向外张开或向内收拢的侧向油缸4,其中,上动模板3与下动模板8之间仍然是铰接,顶模板2仍安装在主梁1顶端,侧向油缸4仍然一端与主梁1连接,另一端与上动模板3连接。但从图3中我们还可看到在上动模板3和顶模板2之间的连接是通过两摇杆5实现的,顶模板和上动模板上各焊接有若干个耳板,两摇杆5一端均与顶模板的耳板6铰接,另一端均与上动模板的耳板7铰接,使顶模板2、上动模板3及两摇杆5形成了铰链四杆机构13。
结合图4可以看出本发明结构的全貌,主梁1、顶模板2、上动模板3、下动模板8均贯穿箱梁内模的全长,主梁1内分布有若干导柱9,导柱9安装在走行小车10上,各走行小车坐落在轨道11上,并均匀分布在主梁长度方向,每个导柱9中都装有顶升油缸12,用于顶升主梁1和顶模板2。侧向油缸4在主梁1全长方向上均匀分布,并且每个侧向油缸4的两边分别对应有铰链四杆机构13,当所有的侧向油缸4同步动作时,将带动上动模板3张开或收拢。
从图5可以看出本发明铰链四杆机构的运动轨迹,在收拢上动模板3时,两摇杆5分别绕其自身与顶模板2的固定铰接点做圆弧运动,其运动轨迹分别如图4中b、c所示,两摇杆5的运动带动上动模板3沿轨迹a做圆周运动。本新型采用这种双摇杆四杆机构的优点在于上动模板3上各点均围绕某一个固定点做圆弧运动,收模时模板不会与混凝土发生干涉,用本发明内模预制出的箱梁,能完好地保证箱梁的内腔棱角,各部分结构均能很好的达到设计要求,通过在武广铁路客运专线及广珠城际轨道交通预制箱梁工程上的试用均获得成功。由于本发明能采用液压方式来实现模板的整体收缩,因此非常适用箱梁的大批量生产。

1、一种铰链四杆机构液压箱梁内模,包括主梁(1)、顶模板(2)、上动模板(3)、带动上动模板伸缩的侧向油缸(4),其特征在于还包括两摇杆(5),所述顶模板和上动模板之间通过两摇杆(5)铰接连接,顶模板(2)和上动模板(3)均有耳板(6、7),两摇杆(5)与顶模板的耳板(6)、上动模板的耳板(7)之间形成了铰链四杆机构,且上动模板(3)以两摇杆(5)为半径作圆弧运动。
