Abstract

本发明涉及制备还原橄榄T(C.I.Vat Black 25)的新方法,与现有技术相比,其优点在于,生产过程容易控制,原料回收率高,成本低,环境污染小,产品质量更好。在此之前的报道的还原橄榄T制备的技术方法均是以3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮与1-氨基蒽醌、氢氧化钾在丁醇溶液中制备得到,丁醇由于沸点低,挥发性大,合成过程中较难控制,回收困难,原材料消耗高,生产成本高并造成环境污染。本发明提供的工艺方法以三甘醇为溶剂制备得到产品,其原材料循环利用率高,工艺易控制,成本低,并且产品质量明显提高的特点,经济效益和环保效益十分明显。

还原橄榄T(C.I.Vat Black 25)制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及-制备还原橄榄T(C.I.Vat black 25)的新方法。
背景技术
还原染料是一类品种众多、色泽鲜艳、牢度优异的高级染料,广泛地应用于棉、毛、丝、麻、合成纤维及其混纺织物、交织物的印染,由于还原染料具有优良的耐晒、耐气候、耐热、耐溶剂、耐洗性能。其中不少品种经过专门的加工可制成有机颜料,用于油漆、塑料、橡胶和涂料方面着色。
还原染料一般生产工艺繁杂,三废污染严重,在当前环保压力下,还原染料及其中间体的生产工艺改进在这类还原染料发展中极为重要。
在此之前报道的还原橄榄T制备的技术方法均是以3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮与1-氨基蒽醌、氢氧化钾在丁醇中制备得到,丁醇由于沸点低,挥发性大,合成过程中较难控制,回收困难,原材料消耗高,生产成本高并造成环境污染。发明提供的工艺方法以三甘醇为溶剂制备得到,其原材料循环利用率高,工艺易控制,成本低,并且产品质量明显提高的特点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种制备还原橄榄T的新方法。
一种结构式(I)所示的化合物还原橄榄T的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤1:将1-氨基蒽醌与3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮发生缩合反应生成二蒽醌苯酮亚胺;
步骤2:将步骤1生成的二蒽醌苯酮亚胺脱氢闭环成还原橄榄T;
所述步骤1的反应条件为:采用氧化铜为催化剂,碳酸钠为缚酸剂在熔融状态下使1-氨基蒽醌与3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮发生缩合反应生成二蒽醌苯酮亚胺,反应温度在240℃~250℃之间,该反应固相反应器中进行;
步骤2的反应条件为:采用三甘醇为溶剂,在碱性条件下,使二蒽醌苯酮亚胺脱氢闭环成还原橄榄T,反应温度在140℃~150℃之间。
本发明的方法,与现有技术相比,其优点在于,生产过程容易控制,原料回收率高,成本低,环境污染小,产品质量更好。
具体实施方式
步骤一
1、将氧化铜、纯碱、1-氨基蒽醌、3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮依次加入固相反应釜,打开燃烧炉加热升温。
2、开动电机,将燃烧炉火苗调至最佳均匀烘烧反应器筒体。
3、升温至125℃左右脱水,待其升华,并确保反应器中心轴及排气畅通。
4、待升温结束后,温度升至190~195℃停止加热,让其自然升温至245±5℃,保温四小时,若反应温度超过250℃,应立即打开炉门,强制降温;若温度保持不住可适当点火升温。
5、保温反应结束后,自然降温至180℃,粉碎4小时,用真空抽料至缩合水煮锅。
6、缩合水煮锅加底水2000L左右,用热水在70~80℃保温2小时。用压缩空气将物料压入滤机。
7、用80~85℃热水洗至中性,卸料待用。
步骤二
1、将三甘醇(或经过浓缩合格的三甘醇回收母液)打入计量槽,按规定的量放入碱熔锅。
2、升温至130℃投二蒽醌苯酮亚胺。
3、待温度升到140℃,在140~150℃保温4小时。
4、保温结束后,加2000L洗水稀释,压到氧化锅。
5、料压到氧化锅后,补水至液位到8000L。
6、开空气氧化,在70~80℃氧化4小时。
7、测氧化终点,渗圈无红色,氧化结束。如渗圈红色深,延长氧化时间1~2小时。
8、检查滤机是否装好,母液泵是否正常,确认后压料。
9、压料开始,收母液,母液收至蒸浓釜。
10、用80~85℃热水洗至洗水PH=8~9,洗涤结束,卸料干燥得还原橄榄T原染料。

1、一种结构式(I)所示的化合物还原橄榄T的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤1:将1-氨基蒽醌与3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮发生缩合反应生成二蒽醌苯酮亚胺;
步骤2:将步骤1生成的二蒽醌苯酮亚胺脱氢闭环成还原橄榄T;
其特征在于:所述步骤1的反应条件为:采用氧化铜为催化剂,碳酸钠为缚酸剂在熔融状态下使1-氨基蒽醌与3,9-二溴苯绕蒽酮发生缩合反应生成二蒽醌苯酮亚胺,反应温度在240℃~250℃之间,该反应固相反应器中进行;
步骤2的反应条件为:采用三甘醇为溶剂,在碱性条件下,使二蒽醌苯酮亚胺脱氢闭环成还原橄榄T,反应温度在140℃~150℃之间。
