鞋底
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底,其能够在使用者行走时水平地保持鞋具(footware)的内部底部分。更具体的说,本发明涉及一种鞋底,其中,在外底的底部表面提供了多个突起,从而使得这些突起能够彼此独立移动,中底和嵌入件顺序叠放在外底上,且多个弹性突起从嵌入件的底部表面穿过中底向下突出,以便支撑外底的突起,从而即使负荷施加于鞋底,外底的突起也能够彼此独立移动,同时被弹性突起所支撑,进而水平地保持鞋具的内部底部分。
背景技术
近来,随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的出现了各种休闲运动。因此,对于适合于休闲运动的功能性鞋具的需求就很大。为此,各种类型的适于休闲运动的功能性鞋具被开发出来并投放市场。尽管鞋具的结构随着其功能性目的而变化,但是鞋具基本上都包括鞋底和与鞋底的上部相连的鞋面。
此外,鞋底包括:中底,用于为鞋具提供衬垫;以及设置在鞋底的最外部分的外底,这样外底能够与地面相接触。在上述鞋具的鞋底中,中底是使用各种合成树脂通过将合成树脂发泡而制成的,使得中底具有弹性。此外,外底由橡胶材料制成,从而使得外底具有抗磨损和防滑的特性。
具体来说,最近,重量轻且减震和恢复性能超强的EVA(乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物)树脂被作为中底的材料广泛应用。由于中底必须具有不同于外底的性能,中底是与外底分开制造的,然后再通过在外底和中底之间涂胶将中底粘合到外底上,从而获得鞋具的鞋底。
鞋具的鞋底的一个基本功能是保护脚底同时减轻通过脚施加给人体的冲击。为此,发展出了各种减震结构来减小通过鞋具的鞋底施加给人体的冲击。例如,有建议使用减震凝胶。但是,由于只有少量的减震凝胶被施加于鞋具的脚跟部,减震凝胶不能足够地吸收施加给人体的冲击。
为了解决上述问题,在韩国知识产权局已经提交和注册了各种适于鞋底的减震结构。例如,韩国未审查专利公开No.2004-54868公开了一种“具有减震结构的鞋底”。
图1是示出在韩国未审查专利公开No.2004-54868中公开的鞋底的分解剖视图。如图1所示,鞋底包括形成在其前、后部分的中底10,分别带有安装凹陷11和12。此外,在安装凹陷11和12的底部上形成有多个嵌入凹陷13和14。多个减震海绵件15和16分别固定地嵌入形成在安装凹陷11和12中的嵌入凹陷13和14。此外,透明窗口21a安装在外底20的前、后部分,中底10叠在外底20上,从而使用者能够看到设置在中底10的前、后部分的减震海绵件15和16。
具有上述结构的鞋底能够吸收通过外底20施加于其上的外界压力,因为减震海绵件15和16是分别与中底10接合在一起的。但是,由于仅仅减震海绵件15和16的上端部是固定嵌入嵌入凹陷13和14的,如果外界压力连续施加于鞋底,减震海绵件15和16可能会容易地从嵌入凹陷13和14中脱离。此外,由于中底所叠放的外底是一体件制造的,施加于鞋底的前、后部分的外界压力可能会分布在鞋底的整个面积上。
此外,韩国未审查专利公开No.1998-76776公开了一种“包括具有双孔的衬垫管的鞋底”。图2是示出在韩国未审查专利公开No.1998-76776中公开的鞋底结构的示意图。如图2所示,鞋底包括夹在上、下覆盖层20、30之间的内管20,其中多个圆柱形空穴部分11形成在内管20中,且在同一平面上通过多个通道12彼此连接。
具有上述结构的鞋底能够提供足够的衬垫缓冲,因为内管被空气填充且空气层形成于内管和上覆盖层之间以及内管和下覆盖层之间。但是,鞋底可能会提供过度的缓冲。在此情况下,穿着鞋具的使用者的稳定性可能会降低。此外,鞋底的结构也很复杂,使得制造这样的鞋底不够经济。
发明内容
因此,作出本发明是为了解决上述的发生在现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种鞋底,其中,多个突起设置在与地面相接触的外底的底部表面,使突起能够独立移动,并在鞋具中安装用于吸收通过各突起传递的冲击的装置,使鞋底能够有效地吸收外界冲击,并且即使使用者行走在未铺平的道路上,鞋具的内部底部分也能够在水平方向上被保持,从而缓解足部疲劳。
为了达成该目的,根据本发明,提供一种鞋底,其包括外底,在外底的底部表面的前、后部分设有能够独立移动的多个突起;以及嵌入件,该嵌入件具有由弹性材料制成的若干突起,以便弹性支撑外底的突起。
根据本发明的鞋底包括:与地面接触的外底,在鞋具中叠在外底的上表面上的板形的中底,嵌入形成在中底的上表面上的凹陷中的嵌入件,以及叠在与嵌入件相连的中底的上表面上的耐久板。
在外底的底部表面的前、后部设有多个与地面接触的突起。这些突起能够独立移动。即,具有反U形部分和较薄的厚度的连接环形成在突起的上端部与外底的底部表面之间,从而各突起能够相对于外底的底部表面围绕具有反U形部分的连接环移动。
例如,在截面图中看,突起的侧壁从反U形的连接环的一个下端部竖直向下延伸,且外底的底部表面从反U形的连接环的另一个下端部水平延伸。此外,反U形连接环从外底的上表面向上突出。
此时,在俯视图中看,反U形连接环形成了封闭环,同时围绕着突起。因此,该反U形连接环被称为“外轮(outer wheel)”。
中底叠在外底的上表面上,从而为鞋底提供强度和衬垫缓冲。中底是板形的垫并且形成有多个穿孔,与形成在外底的前、后部分上的突起相应对齐。
嵌入件是板状件,叠在中底的上表面上。在嵌入件的底部表面设有与外底的突起相应的多个突起。当嵌入件叠在中底的上表面上时,从嵌入件的底部表面向下突出的嵌入件的突起就穿过中底的穿孔而嵌入外轮,从而弹性支撑外底的突起。
此时,不需要将嵌入件设计成与中底的尺寸完全一样。即,只要嵌入件能够覆盖带有突起的外底的前、后部分就足够了。因此,也可以提供一对嵌入件,使得嵌入件能够分别覆盖外底的前、后部分。
如果嵌入件的尺寸小于中底的尺寸,或者如果提供了一对嵌入件,则当嵌入件叠在中底的上表面上时将形成阶梯部分,因为嵌入件的上表面会从中底的上表面突出。在这种情况下,通过在中底的上表面上形成凹陷并将嵌入件容纳在凹陷中,优选地将嵌入件的上表面变平,与中底的上表面相一致。
耐久板固定叠放在设在中底的上表面上的插入件的上表面上,从而形成鞋具的内部底部分。耐久板稳定地支撑嵌入件,其方式使得嵌入件的突起能够稳定地支撑外底的突起,同时向外底的突起施加弹性力,即使外底的突起由于对其施加的外界冲击产生了移动。
根据本发明的具有上述结构的鞋底,当外底与地面相接触时,根据地面的状况,外底的突起被不同的压力压下,所以外底的突起能够彼此独立移动。此时,由于外底的突起是由嵌入外轮的嵌入件的突起弹性支撑的,由外底的突起形成的鞋具的外部底部分的轮廓将与地面的轮廓相一致,且鞋具的内部底部分的轮廓,即耐久板的上表面的轮廓,能够在水平方向上被保持。

如图3到7所示,根据本发明的鞋底100包括设置在其底部表面的外底110,带有多个突起111和112,其中,通过具有反U形部分并形成闭环的外轮113,每个突起的上端的外围部分都与底部表面一体连接;
中底120叠在外底110的上表面上并形成有与外轮113相应对齐的穿孔121;
叠在中底120的上表面上的嵌入件130,在其底部表面设有多个突起131,该多个突起131与中底120的穿孔121相应对齐;以及
叠在与中底120相接合的嵌入件130的上表面上的耐久板140。
在仰视图中看时,圆形突起111形成在外底110的底部表面的中心部分,且非对称矩形的突起112设置在外底110的底部表面的外围部分。但是,突起111、112的形状和位置是可以根据其应用而改变的。
此外,当在俯视图中看时,具有反U形部分并作为将突起111、112连接到外底110的底部表面的连接件的外轮113可以形成闭环,以便围绕突起111、112并从外底110的上表面向上突出。当外界冲击从地面传递到突起111、112时,外轮113弹性变形,从而使突起111、112能够彼此独立移动。
此外,从嵌入件130的底部表面突出的突起131的下端部嵌入具有反U形部分的外轮113。也就是说,嵌入件130的各突起131穿过叠在外底110的上表面上的中底120的穿孔121分别嵌入外轮113。
优选地,具有从嵌入件130底部表面向下突出的突起131的嵌入件130由具有高弹性的聚氨酯制成。在这种情况下,当局部压力从外底110的突起111、112施加到突起131时,各突起131弹性变形,从而吸收局部压力。当施加给突起131的局部压力被释放时,突起131依靠聚氨酯的弹性恢复力可以恢复到其原始形状。
同时,叠在外底110的上表面上的中底120通过将EVA树脂注模成型制成。优选地,对中底120赋予弹性,除了中底120的穿孔121以外,嵌入件130的突起131嵌入在穿孔121中。
此外,多个穿孔121形成在中底120的前、后部分,与设置在外底110的前、后部分的突起111和112相应。尽管嵌入件130可以制成单件,根据本发明的优选实施例,如图3所示,提供一对嵌入件130。在这种情况下,一个嵌入件130具有与形成在中底120的前部的穿孔相应的突起131,另一个嵌入件130具有与形成在中底120的后部的穿孔121相应对齐的突起131。
此外,如果嵌入件制成尺寸不同于中底尺寸的单件,即,如果嵌入件的尺寸小于中底的尺寸或者提供了一对嵌入件,则在嵌入件叠在中底的上表面上时就形成阶梯部分,因为嵌入件的上表面会从中底的上表面上突出。在这个情况下,优选通过使嵌入件的上表面变平而除去阶梯的部分,通过在中底的上表面上形成凹陷并在凹陷中容纳嵌入件而与中底的上表面相一致。
图8是沿图5中所示A-A′线截开的剖视图,图9是示出根据本发明的鞋底在接触地面时的横剖视图。
如图8和9所示,根据本发明的鞋底100包括反U形的外轮113,其设置在从外底110向下突出的突起111、112的上端部,从而将突起111、112连接到外底110的底部表面。此外,嵌入件130的突起131穿过中底120的穿孔121插入外轮113。
因此,如果由于使用者的体重,负荷施加到外底110的突起111、112,同时突起111、112与不规则的地面E相接触,则设在突起111、112的上端部的外轮113发生变形,使突起能够独立移动。因此,由聚氨酯制成的嵌入件130的突起131能够与外轮113的弹性变形引起的突起111、112的运动相对应地弹性变形。此外,当外底110与地面分离时,由于使用者的体重而施加给外底110的突起111、112的载荷将会消失,从而外底110的突起111、112以及嵌入件130的突起131恢复其原始形状。
具体来说,如图9所示,当外底110的预定的突起111、112被置于地面的突出部分P上时,在外底110接触地面的同时,相对较大的压力施加在置于突出部分P上的突起111、112,因而突起111、112的弹性变形程度大于其他的突起。但是,弹性支撑突起111、112的突起131能够吸收突起111、112的弹性变形,使得弹性变形力不会传递到邻近的突起131或中底120。因此,鞋底100的内部底部分能够在水平方向上被保持。
优选的,将外底的底部表面与从外底110突出的突起111、112相连的外轮113的厚度为约1.1到1.3mm。如果外轮113的厚度小于1.1mm,则外轮113不能充分地支撑突起111、112克服外界压力。相反,如果外轮113的厚度超过1.3mm,则外轮113将难以克服外界压力而容易地得到弹性变形。
如上所述,根据本发明的鞋底,叠在中底上时与中底接合的突起被嵌入与外底的突起相对应的外轮中,外底的突起藉由具有反U形部分的外轮而彼此独立移动,从而使施加到外底的突起的外界冲击能够有效地被吸收且鞋具的内部底部分能够在水平方向上被保持。因此,即使在使用者行走在未铺平的道路上或者在爬山时,根据本发明的鞋底也能够缓解足部疲劳并提供舒适的穿着感觉。
尽管以上出于说明的目的已经对本发明的优选实施例进行了说明,但是,本领域的技术人员能够理解,只要不背离如权利要求中所限定的本发明的范围和宗旨,各种变化、增加、替换都是可能的。

Claims (2)

1.一种鞋底,包括:
外底,在外底的底部表面设有多个突起,其中,每个突起的上端的外围部分通过若干外轮与底部表面一体地连接,外轮从外底的上表面向上突出并同时形成封闭的环,其中,每个突起为圆形或非对称的矩形,外轮具有反U形部分并且其厚度为约1.1到1.3mm;叠在外底的上表面上的中底,中底形成有与外轮相应对齐的穿孔;
叠在中底的上表面上的嵌入件,在嵌入件的底部表面设有多个突起,该多个突起通过中底的穿孔嵌入外轮;以及
叠在与中底相接合的嵌入件的上表面上的耐久板。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,嵌入件由具有高弹性的聚氨酯制成。
