本发明涉及一个加工站,它具有一个台站框架,在这框架里在导向柱上设有一个底横梁和一个顶横梁。
背景技术
这种加工站在实践中已众所周知,其中使模具沿着台站框架进行调整,以加工例如由薄膜幅所构成的材料,这些薄膜幅在模具之间穿过。为了加工这些薄膜幅,必须对模具进行调整,其中所希望的是具有尽可能可变化的调整可能性,而不必对模具之间的薄膜幅运输段施加影响。
发明内容
因而发明的任务是设计一种开头所述种类的加工站,使得对底横梁或顶横梁具有可变化的调整可能性。
此任务按照本发明在一种开头所述种类的加工站中按如下方法来解决:在底横梁和顶横梁之间设置了一个可以借助于布置在台站框架里的驱动装置调整高度和升降台,而且该台站框架与底横梁、顶横梁和升降台可以借助于驱动装置相对于静止不动的台站机架进行高度调整。
一种这样的加工站的优点在于:用一个驱动装置既可实现对升降台的调整又可实现对台站框架的调整,就是说实现双行程,这就简化了模具相对于薄膜幅的调整。
有利的是:驱动装置包括有一个偏心轴,在该轴上设有一个支承升降台的连杆,因为这样就可以简单地通过偏心轴的旋转运动实现升降台沿着导向柱的高度调整。
双行程则可以简单地通过以下途径来实现:偏心轴设置在底横梁或顶横梁中的一个里,而且偏心轴设有一个盘形凸轮,它支承于台站机架对面。台站机架规定了固定的座标系,对照此座标系实施升降台和台站框架的运动。
其中,盘形凸轮如此成形,使升降台和台站框架的升降运动反向,就是说由偏心轴驱动的构件的运动相向进行。在盘形凸轮里可以设有止动座或者静止表面用于加工站运动的终端位置。
为了实现台站框架的准确规定的运动,台站机架配有一个支承滚轮,盘形凸轮就置于该滚轮上。
此外该台站框架具有重力平衡装置,以便保证只要通过使盘形凸轮在支承滚轮上的滑动就可对台站框架进行方便的调整。重力平衡可以按如下方法简单地达到:这种重力平衡装置通过弹簧,优先通过一种机械的或气动的或液压的弹簧来形成。另一种选择是也可以通过一个配重来形成该重力平衡装置。
又是为了实现一种准确规定的运动,在台站机架和台站框架之间设有直线导向装置,它最好设置四个并成对地配置于顶横梁和底横梁以及台站机架。
按照本发明的另一种优选的实施形式,台站框架配置了一个可水平直线调整的凸轮支架,该支架具有一个倾斜于水平面而布置的控制凸轮,该凸轮支承于一个设置于台站机架里的滚轮轴承上。通过这种凸轮支架使加工站不仅实现双行程,而且可以实现另一个行程,因为通过调整具有支承于滚轮轴承上的控制凸轮的凸轮支架达到了:台站框架整体上可以实现另外一种提升运动。为了调整该凸轮支架设有一个气动缸或液压缸或直线电机,以便能够独立于偏心轴的驱动装置来实现对凸轮支架的调整。
有利的是设有一个止挡螺栓,该螺栓用于限制凸轮支架的滑移行程可以可逆地调整到该滑移行程中,因而该止挡螺栓就是凸轮支架的一个挡块,它确定了控制凸轮在滚轮轴承上的准确规定的位置,因此用该止挡螺栓就可以将下降行程限制在一个中间位置上。
因此有利的是止挡螺栓设有多个,沿着滑移行程分布布置或者止挡螺栓可以沿着滑移行程进行调整,因为这样的话通过止挡螺栓所规定的行程大小是可以改变的并因此总的来说用加工站可以实现多行程。

具体实施方式
附图表示了一个加工站1,它具有一个台站框架2,在该框架里在导向柱3上设有一个底横梁4以及一个顶横梁5。在底横梁4的顶横梁5之间设置有一个借助于一个布置在台站框架2里的驱动装置7而可以调整高度的升降台6,其中台站框架2连同底横梁4,顶横梁5和升降台6可以借助于驱动装置7相对于固定不动的台站机架8调整高度。驱动装置7包括有一个偏心轴9,在该轴上设有一个支承升降台6的连杆10。偏心轴9在该附图所示的实施例中设置于底横梁4里,其中偏心轴9装有一个盘形凸轮11,它支承于台站机架8对面,其中盘形凸轮11如此成形使升降台6和台站框架2的升降运动是反向的。盘形凸轮11位于一个支承滚轮12上,该滚轮配属于台站机架8。
为使台站框架2相对于台站机架8的调整更简单,台站框架2设有重力平衡装置13,该装置在附图所示的实施例中用一个机械弹簧14来表示,但该装置也还可以用气动的或者液压的弹簧或者用配重来实现。
在台站机架8和台站框架2之间设有直线导向装置15,它设成四个,其中顶横梁5和底横梁4以及台站机架8的相应位置各配有二个直线导向装置15。
由图2至5可见:台站框架2配有一个可以水平直线调整的凸轮支架16,该支架具有一个倾斜于水平线布置的控制凸轮17,该凸轮支承在一个设置于台站机架8里的滚轮轴承18上;凸轮支架16借助于驱动装置实现调整,该驱动装置可以由一种气动缸或液压缸或者一种直线电机构成。凸轮支架16对应有一个止挡螺栓19,该螺栓可以可逆地调整到凸轮支架16的滑动行程中,以限制这种滑动行程。为了可变地限制该滑移行程可以设有多个止挡螺栓19,沿着滑移行程分布布置,或者止挡螺栓19本身可以沿滑移行程进行调整。
用一个这种构造的加工站1可以在加工站1运行时很灵活地对各种不同的要求作出反应,其中在正常工作过程中实行双行程,这由升降台6和台站框架2实现,该双行程使模具20关闭。必须注意到:在模具20之间穿过的薄膜21的水平高度并没有发生移置。即使模具20在加工站1里打开着,这种薄膜高度也保持着使薄膜21在运输时不与模具20接触。这种双行程的实现不必应用第二个升降台,也不必应用第二个驱动装置。直线可调的凸轮支架16与该止挡螺栓19实现了框架2的多行程,通过多行程可以阻止负面的影响,例如在停机时热的模具20对装有产品的薄膜21产生热辐射。对于加工站1的某些工作状态也提供了中间位置,其中可以沿着同一个导向装置实现多重升降。形成一种无间隙的、抗变形的台站机械构造。

Claims (15)

1.加工站,具有台站框架(2),在该台站框架(2)里在导向柱(3)上布置有底横梁(4)以及顶横梁(5),其中,在底横梁(4)和顶横梁(5)之间设有可以借助于布置在台站框架(2)里的驱动装置(7)调整高度的升降台(6),其中台站框架(2)与底横梁(4)、顶横梁(5)和升降台(6)借助于驱动装置(7)可以相对于固定不动的台站机架(8)进行高度调整,其中,驱动装置(7)包括有偏心轴(9),在该偏心轴上设有支承升降台(6)的连杆(10),并且其中,偏心轴(9)设置在底横梁(4)或顶横梁(5)中。
2.按权利要求1所述的加工站,其特征在于,偏心轴(9)配有盘形凸轮(11),该盘形凸轮(11)与台站机架(8)对置地得到支承。
3.按权利要求2所述的加工站,其特征在于,盘形凸轮(11)如此成形,使升降台(6)和台站框架(2)的升降运动是反向的。
