Abstract
本发明提供一种座垫,其具有带有外围部分的海绵垫体。在垫体外布置有套,且套具有围绕垫体的外围延伸的边缘,且与垫体的外围部分并置。垫体内部设有衬垫,衬垫具有沿着垫体的外围延伸的外壁,且衬垫与垫体的外围之间有一段间隔,以容纳垫体的外围部分。该外围部分的泡沫密度比垫体主体的泡沫密度大,且套的边缘直接与外围部分相结合。此外,还使用了支撑壁或槽,其尺寸或结构能够容纳带有套的座垫,且当座位完全安装后套的边缘都布置在支撑壁内。本发明同时还公开了座垫的制作方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明的技术总体上涉及座椅。特别地,本发明涉及带有完整的座套附属物的座垫。
背景技术
轿车、卡车或其他道路交通工具中的座椅的一种常用形式是座垫上套有织物或塑料层。这种座椅的问题之一是如何将套的边缘与垫体结合起来。现有技术中包括使用钉书钉、曲别针和其他各种机械固定部件。也可以使用黏合剂。现有技术也可以在座垫的泡沫成型过程中将套与垫体结合起来。而后者的模制技术的问题之一是在座垫的使用期内,垫体所用的海绵可能不具牢固地保持套的边缘的适宜的物理特性。
发明内容
本发明是针对一种座椅,其具有座垫及套,其中,垫体在泡沫成型时,套的边缘被直接结合在垫体上。除了垫体和套,座椅还包括衬垫,其在垫体泡沫成型时被置于垫体中。衬垫包括围绕垫体外周边延伸的外壁,其与垫体外周边之间有一段间距,以在衬垫和套之间形成相对小而薄的垫体的外围部分。外围部分的泡沫密度比垫体主体的泡沫密度大,因此其用于保持套的边缘的物理特性得以增强。
本发明同时也针对一种座垫的制作方法,该座垫包括垫体,套和前面所述的完整的套的附属物。根据该方法,提供了两个模部件,它们形成了一个模穴。套先置于其中的一个模部件内,然后合上第二个模部件以形成一个穴。衬垫被置于模穴中,衬垫的外壁围绕着穴的外周延伸,并与穴的外周之间有一段微小的间距。接着将适当的树脂注入或倒入穴中并使其发泡,从而充满整个穴。由于衬垫外壁与穴的外周之间的空间小,垫体的该外围部分的海绵的间隙结构就较小,因而比垫体主体的泡沫密度大。因此,该外围部分的海绵的物理特性更适于支持套的边缘的定位。
根据本发明的较佳实施例,提供了一种具有外围部分的海绵垫体的座垫。在本体表面上布置有套,套具有沿着垫体的外周延伸的且与垫体的外围部分并置的边缘。垫体内设有衬垫,衬垫具有沿着垫体的外周延伸的外壁,且该外壁与垫体的外周之间有一段间距,以容纳垫体的外围部分。外围部分的泡沫密度比垫体主体的泡沫密度大,并且套的边缘直接与该外围部分结合。此外,还使用了支撑壁或槽,当座椅完全安装好后,支撑壁或槽的形状和结构能够容纳带有套的座垫,且套的边缘都布置在支撑壁内。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一种较佳实施例,车辆用泡沫座垫10包括海绵体12,海绵体外围部分14,套16,衬垫18,及座垫支撑壁或槽20。
垫体12由传统方式制成,可采用现有技术中熟知的任何一种海绵树脂。较佳地可采用聚亚安酯树脂。实施本发明所采用的聚亚安酯的典型的化学式对于本领域的技术人员应当是熟知的。请参考Flexible polyurethane Foams,by Herrington and hock,Chapter 11,published by the Dow Chemical Company(1997)。最初的液体树脂料22被注入由第一、第二模部件26及28形成的模穴24中,并使料液发泡并扩张以充满整个模穴。第二模部件28具有通气孔38,当泡沫扩张时,其将穴24内的空气排出。
套16可以是织物或聚合物薄膜,或者是背面为织物的聚合物薄膜。在树脂被注入前,它被置于穴的第一模部件26内,并可以通过真空用传统的公知方法将其保持在模穴壁上。
衬垫18被放置在穴内,典型的是将其固定在模具盖或第二模部件28上。衬垫18包括外壁30,该外壁围绕垫体12的外围延伸。外壁30与模穴壁和套之间有一段小间距,以允许形成较薄的座垫外围部分14,该外围部分14的海绵比座垫主体的海绵泡沫形状都小,且密度要大。因此,其有效地固定套16的边缘36的粘合强度及性能都得到增强。当使用聚合海绵时,为了获得外围部分的期望的性能,发现外围部分的横断面尺寸应当介于2.5mm至5.5mm之间。如果横断面尺寸过小,那么树脂就可能不会充满衬垫外壁30和套的边缘36之间的整个空间。这样就会产生致使套的边缘分离的空隙。另一方面,如果横断面尺寸过大,产生的泡沫的间隙结构就会过大,那么就会影响保持边缘36所需的物理特性。为了保证在座垫外围部分中发泡的完整和均匀,第二模部件28设有围绕模穴且与外围部分对齐的通气孔39。
衬垫18可以由金属或塑料制成,但最好选用高强度塑料。衬垫材料的选择应当使其能很好地与所使用的聚合海绵粘合。当然,衬垫是作为制成的座垫的一部分,并且可以用于通过传统的紧固技术将座垫机械地固定到支撑槽20上。虽然衬垫18在图中被表示为带角度的横断面,可以证明,其它的形状(如条状,管状或者通道)都是适宜的。然而,最好是外围部分14的横断面尺寸保持基本持续地围绕垫体的整个外周边。
把垫体和套移出模穴后,可以很容易地裁去多余的边界,接着带有套的座垫就可以安装到支撑槽20上了。
当最后安装带有套的座垫时,套的边缘36被收固在支撑槽20内,且座垫轻微受压形成恰好夹紧的状态,以进一步提供边缘的机械保持力。
本领域技术人员可以理解,在不脱离本发明实质的前提下,可以对图示的实施例进行各种变化和修改。这些修改和变化都将包含在权利要求的范围内。
Claims (3)
1、一种座垫,包括:
一体的海绵垫体,其包括具有第一泡沫密度的主体部分,和具有第二泡沫密度的外围部分,其中,第二泡沫密度大于第一泡沫密度;
布置于垫体表面的套,所述套具有围绕垫体的外周边延伸的边缘;
在垫体内部成型的衬垫,所述衬垫具有沿着垫体外周边延伸且与所述垫体外周边间隔开的外壁,所述外壁将垫体的主体部分与外围部分分开;
与垫体的外围部分相结合的套的边缘;以及
座垫支撑壁,其尺寸及结构能够容纳座垫及套,套的边缘布置在支撑壁内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的座垫,其中,所述衬垫具有带角度的横断面。
3、根据权利要求2所述的座垫,其中,所述衬垫的外壁由具有L形横断而的衬垫的一个支脚组成。
