技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于加工薄板状材料,特别是用于加工玻璃板的自动加工机。
背景技术
业已知晓,在用于加工薄板状材料的自动加工机,特别是用于对玻璃板的周边(perimetric edge)和表面进行加工的自动加工机中,薄板借助吸杯在机器的工作台上保持在位,吸杯是构造成连接于工作台,在一向上的区域内限定有多个用于支承被加工薄板的吸杯。
如果还要求各吸杯元件将薄板定位到工作台上使机器能自动地进行所需的工作步骤,则必须将吸杯元件准确地施加在一预定位置上。
目前已知的方案是,操作者用手工定位各吸杯,按照样板来布置它们,或者可选择地利用机器的自动系统来进行,该系统精确地指示各吸杯的施加位置。
该方案并不实用,因为当(玻璃板)尺寸较大并且要将吸杯元件安置在距离边缘有特定距离的位置上时,操作者实际上必须爬到工作台上,还因为定位的精确度实际上取决于操作者是否足够小心。
另一个问题是,操作者实际上必须倚靠在加工头出没区域,这样就有安全隐患。
在其它已知的方案中,利用加工头来定位吸杯,但是必须用人工将传送空气的软管连接于已经定位的吸杯,这样就有使所述吸杯移动的危险,并存在先前提到过的操作者的安全隐患。
此外,设置有对中或定位元件的吸杯必须用人工定位,因此,只有一部分吸杯的自动定位当然就不是非常有用。
发明内容
本发明的目标在于,通过提供一种用于加工薄板状材料、特别是玻璃板的自动加工机来消除上述缺陷,该玻璃板加工机允许将吸杯元件自动地定位到工作台上的根据需要预选的若干个点上,无需操作者人工干预。
在此目标前提下,本发明的目的在于,提供一种自动加工机,其可以在实现绝对精确的定位的同时,使操作者总是保持在加工区域以外,从而获得相当高的操作安全性。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种自动加工机,其可以实现高度重复的定位,结果能获得最佳的质量。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种自动加工机,其可以很方便地由各种市售的元件和材料构成,仅从经济角度看具有很具有竞争力。

拾取工具20设置有一普通的锥体25,以便连接于加工头。

如图10和11所示,可以采用自动的吸杯元件50,借助该元件,只要将吸杯元件定位在工作台上,就可以自动地与真空源VS形成连接。
为此,在自动吸杯元件50的本体51上设置有控制装置,该控制装置由包含在一座体53中的一气流控制元件52构成,下吸气管道54被引入所述座体。该气流控制元件由弹性装置,例如弹簧55推动,其下端从本体51的下表面突出。
通过将吸杯元件50抵靠于工作台3,可以使致动器52向上移动,由于其为截锥体形状,因而可脱开与管道54的连接,这样就可以自动地生成将吸杯元件锁定的真空作用。
一凹槽57设置在储架15上的受吸杯元件影响的区域,藉以避免气流控制元件脱开,并允许吸杯元件被拾取。
具体请参见图12和13,该机器可以设置有由标号60总的表示的吸杯储架,该储架是预设的,以允许同时定位足以供至少一个工作站使用的多个吸杯元件(重复一下,由标号5和6表示)。
在图示的特定实例中,吸杯储架是预设的,以在两个分开的工作站上接纳吸杯,所述的两个工作站设置在同一个工作表面上。
本发明的特征在于,各吸杯元件已经连接于相应的管道,特别是柔性螺旋软管,即设置有两个管道并用于吸杯5的柔性的真空软管61,以及具有四个管道并用于具有定位元件的吸杯的柔性的真空软管62。

护套65可以联接在设置于吸杯储架60上的护套锁定支架67中。
在此方式下,可以进行吸杯的自动定位,这是由机器通过一个适当的程序来进行的,所述程序可以大大减少机器的设定时间,并使操作者在完全安全的情况下操作,无需在机器上爬上爬下。

借助该管理程序,机器可以进行连续的吸杯定位,不会使螺旋软管交叉重叠,也不会由于已经定位的吸杯而造成妨碍。
为便于设置有对中装置的吸杯6(围绕C轴线或垂直轴线的取向不能改变)的连接,如图14所示,最好是有带取向装置的、用于四个软管之入口的可转动的连接器70,以便于软管的取向,并减少交叉重叠或弯折的可能性。
因此,在实践操作中,可以将机器编程为类似其它任何工具那样使用拾取工具,自动地将其从工具储架中取出并具有拾取各种吸杯元件的可能,借助释放发生时的自动锁定,非常快速而安全地将它们定位到工作台上。
还应该注意的是,拾取工具是这样构造的,即,无论上吸杯的尺寸如何,总是可以与吸杯元件相接合,从而允许精确的角度定位。
因此,本发明的构思很容易有各种变型和改动,所有这些变型和改动均应落入所附权利要求书的范围。
所有的细节都可以用其它技术上等同的元素来代替。

1.一种用于加工薄板状材料的自动加工机,包括一支承框架(2),该支承框架具有一通过吸杯元件(5)来支承被加工薄板(4)的工作台(3),以及一工具储架(8),一用于支承一加工头(9)的框架(10)联系于所述框架(2),所述加工头(9)能从所述工具储架(8)连续地拾取工具并能在所述工作台(3)上方移动,以便在所述薄板(4)上进行各加工步骤,其特征在于,所述自动加工机包括一拾取工具(20),该拾取工具(20)可移动地定位在所述工具储架(8)中,并且该拾取工具可以通过所述加工头(9)移动,以便从吸杯元件储架(15)中拾取通过管线(7)连接于真空源(VS)的吸杯元件(5、6),并将吸杯元件(5、6)定位到所述工作台(3)上,或者是将所述吸杯元件(5、6)从所述工作台(3)传送至所述吸杯元件储架(15),
所述自动加工机还包括一吸杯储架(60),该储架可定位数量足够用于至少一个工作站的吸杯元件(5、6),布置在所述吸杯储架(60)中的所述吸杯元件(5、6)连接于空气和真空软管(61、62)。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动加工机,其特征在于,所述拾取工具(20)具有一夹持件(21),该夹持件由可沿径向移动的销子(22)构成,这些销子可插入设置在所述吸杯元件(5、6)上部的对中孔(23)内。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动加工机,其特征在于,所述拾取工具(20)包括一气动板(30),该气动板可连接于一真空源(VS),并可接合于布置在所述吸杯元件(5、6)上端的吸杯(5a、6a)。

7.如权利要求1所述的自动加工机,其特征在于,所述拾取工具(20)具有一用于连接所述加工头(9)的锥体(25)。
8.如权利要求1所述的自动加工机,其特征在于,它包括一位于所述吸杯储架(60)中的护套锁定支架(67),以便保持护套(65),所述护套用于连接所述吸杯元件(5、6)的真空软管(61、62)和供连接空气和真空歧管(80)用的半刚性软管(66)。
